I found this salon and decided to go based on the reviews and distance from my home. I made an appointment for a specific day and when I arrived they didn’t have my appointment because the girl I spoke to put me down for the day before; she had offered it as an option but I turned it down because I already have a weekly appointment for that time and wouldn’t be able to make it. After a sour start, I sat with Vicky who completely turned my experience around. She was amazing and very detailed! BUT the next morning as I was typing on my computer, my nail polish got messed up and chipped. I called and tried to book a spot to get it fixed. They did not try to accommodate me at all!!! I went to get my nails done for Mother’s Day and now have an ugly nail and have to wait days before getting it fixed. I’ve been a nail tech and I used to work in nail salons and when a situation like this occurred, we would squeeze them in no matter what. I spent $81 at one shot and still after 2 days have not been able to get ONE nail fixed that chipped when I got gel done so that this wouldn’t happen! Maybe I just had bad luck with this place and it’s really sad, because the reviews were so good! This is how you lose customers that were willing to come back!

I have been going here for about a year now. I love the Miramar nail lounge, everyone is extremely friendly and professional. I get my nails done with Vicky and she does an amazing job, my acrylic nails lasted me 2 months with all of my nails still in tact I just needed a fill. Valentina the receptionist is very sweet and amazing! Definitely recommend :)

Book it girl! No hesitation! The place is impeccably clean, the service is unmatched and I always walk out satisfied and happy! My nail technician said she didn’t have time to do the nail design I showed her. There was some confusion about gel or dip and I felt like a burden to her for clarifying which option was best for me. I also didn’t get to choose a color until I pointed out the fact that because she refused to do a design for me, I now had to choose another color for my nails. My nails turned out wonderful and she did an excellent job but I really wish I got the color and design I wanted and I wish I wasn’t rushed to make a decision.

The only reason I am not giving this salon one star is because IF you are able to ACTUALLY get your service done it will be amazing. I have been coming here since they opened and I have been going to WI for over a year. However the scheduling at this place in the last year has been DEPLORABLE. I have a standing appointment for the same service every time I come yet everytime I go Im being told Im there for a shorter service or minus one of my services altogether. Whats worse is that I have been made to wait at least 15 minutes every single time I have had an appointment and STILL they try to bully into shorter services.It has become very disorganized and I only get this one day to relax and Im always annoyed when I leave. Again the work is impeccable if youre able to get in the seat you booked 3 weeks ago but im honestly done. Im not in the habit of leaving bad reviews but from what Im seeing in the reviews here, not the only one dealing with the scheduling disaster at this place.

The last four times I came for an appointment I was made to wait for at least 15 minutes while she wrapped up appointments. Today I had to deal with the same issue AGAIN trying to convince me I need a fill instead of a new set. Do better man. There is so much talent and potential but scheduling is everything and my time is also important.

Lai did such an amazing job on my nails and best of all she did even better on my ingrown nails, she got everything and was super gentle when most techs have made me bleed. The aesthetics of the place is super nice and its all very clean. This would be my go to if I wasnt moving out of state.

I was a walk- in .the reviews looked good.got there just as they opened. Sat down at 10: 15am was out by 10:50am.Paid $46 for a full set with design. Absolutely hated it. My nails look clumpy and extremely messy. I guess it all depends on the nail tech. Dont walk in because they all dont work as advertised. Wont be returning as im currently fixing my own nails.

I just went to this place a few weeks back and absolutely loved it! It was my first time doing my nails here and I decided to come since I heard many great things about the nail shop. Stephanie did my nails and I really have to say they are amazing! She took her time and this is the best my nails have ever been. My only advice is to book an appointment in advance because it does get busy and it can be a little pricey but they are worth it.

I came in 2years ago to add more gel to my nails because they werent shinning after being done 2 days before by a different nail place. I was treated with the upmost respect, friendly and professional. I was taken in fast by Long, he was awesome and professional then, hes still awesome now. Ive been coming here ever since. Ive had my nails done by Nick, Lon, Mary, and Adam, my pedi by Jack, Nick and many and others. They are all very good at what they do. I totally love this place, I wouldnt change it for the world. I have been coming to this salon for 7 months now, and it was due to a friend’s recommendation. The whole staff is professional and kind. I usually come with an appointment because they can get quite busy, but even the times I have come as a walk-in I have waited 1 hour max. I have had work done by Billy, Emily, Vi, Stephanie and they are all equally great. Cuticle care is great, pedicures are thorough and manicures are too. If you want designs I would recommend calling to see who is available for them - they do some off the chain designs!! :)

Parking is confusing and very congested. Never the less,really excellent nail techs. I visited from Virginia and this is definitely going to be my go-to place when in Miami.

Place is super cute, not the cleanest but it is tidied up. I’ve been doing my nails with Billy and he is BEYOND AMAZING. I highly recommend him. They all look like they work good but I’m picky and Billy has worked for me so far. Despite that, the receptionist is super rude it makes you not even want to be there. She has no customer service skills and every time I say thank you goodbye she just ignores me. It’s called simple customer service. The only reason why I go back is for Billy’s talent. That girl needs some training and though she may just be a receptionist at a salon, professionalism is required. If someone she knows walks in WHILE she’s assisting you, she will completely ignore that you’re there and start gossiping with them. The three stars are simply because of Billy and the personnel that has done my pedicures.

I have been coming here for over a year now! I LOVE THIS PLACE! You are always greeted once you come in. There is always an amazing vibe here. They are always up to date with their colors. I do my nails with Long and he is great, genuinely takes his time with you. I have done my pedicures with numerous techs and they are all just as good. My mom does her nails with Paola and my mom loves her! They really do care about their clients! Kimmie and the other girl in the front do an amazing job at scheduling and helping you when in need! Love this place! My co-workers and I all go here. Kelly does an AMAZING job with acrylics/gels. Ive never had another technician anywhere do them exactly how I like and she nailed it ;)!She is gentle and makes them look totally natural. I will definitely be going back to her as needed. You can make appts online but for Kelly, you have to call. Well worth it! Shes great! :)

All the nail techs do a good job. Place is very clean and stations are sanitized after every client. The quality of the work is very good. My nails and pedi last for more 2 weeks. Definitely recommend. The price are standard or maybe a bit more than other nail salons but its worth it. Appointment are a bit hard so you have to book well in advance to request a specific nails tech or get who ever is available but as I said before they are all good.

So I went with Vicky. She is in fact very good. Something I didnt like: they dont tell you they have different prices depending on the brand, OPI is the most expensive one. I dont get my cuticles removed, and Im not complaining but it would have been nice to get a lower price because she didnt have to take 1:30hr to do my nails and didnt have to do all the regular job. It took her 45-50 min to work on me. What I mean is that the price includes the service and the products they use, and I didnt require the full service. Wrapping up, regular pedi is 26( I know what a weird number) and OPI manicure is 30. So my bill goes up to 56, it was too high and I couldnt give her a tip. Im sorry but I just cant, I have a budget and this went outside it completely. I liked it but I honestly dont know if I will be coming back.

I absolutely love this place! I’ve been coming here for years, I personally always see Wee however all techs do an amazing job. If you’re a nail art lover this is the place for you! They just renovated all the interior design and it’s super chic and the energy is always great. Only thing I would recommend is MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! Even though they do take walk ins and sometimes you get lucky, this place is popular and sometimes the wait times can be lengthy (especially on weekends, although worth the wait).

Prices are reasonable and you get good quality service for the most part. When I got my nails done she did a great job on both my hands and feet. The eyebrow tech however, did a really bad job on my eyebrows. I would not recommend doing your eyebrows here but the nail techs are good.

I came here because I had a gift card . I wouldnt necessarily come back again. My nail tech couldnt understand what I was trying to say. The pedicure was great but the manicure left something to be desired, Ive never had a manicure that I didnt have to soak my nails in water first so I dont think my cuticles were as cleaned up as they could have been, he definitely rushed was not worth $15 . Ill stick to somewhere closer to my house.

I have been going to the nail lounge for years. My 1st time leaving a complaint. I got my nails done last week and three of my nails are already lifting. I came to report it to the manager. Her response was things happen and they only cover up to seven days. I have been coming here for years and that was the best response she had. She then ask me to wait until tomorrow, when my nails are lifting. Ridiculous they just lost a good customer. After getting my nails fixed the manager stated I wasnt trying to here her out. I set there and explained my situation to more than once. The tech replaced my three nails and filed them differently from my other nails. I never complained never had a problem until today, this was horrible.

I went to different nail places to do gel nails and I’ve always had a horrible end product. But this nail place works fast and does the job well done. Not only that, they do amazing brow waxing and tinting! Definitely going back and it’s definitely worth it!!

I was quite disappointed with my experience. I had never been before; I read the reviews but wanted to see for myself. The technician was unfriendly and seemed angry that I did not want a gel manicure; instead, I had only requested a regular manicure. I know manicures are fairly quick, which is why I requested it, but she was finished in less then 15 minutes. I did not receive a hand massage and my hands barely touched the water bowl before she started working on my cuticles. She seemed in a hurry to get me out. Also, I understand not everyone is a talker, but not even a little small talk, just silence. It made the whole experience kind of awkward as I watched everyone else around me having conversations with their technicians. Then, as I was leaving, not even a thank you or have a nice day. I actually said bye to the woman at the desk and she ignored me. She just took my credit card receipt and went back to playing on her cell phone. Its a shame the customer service aspect was lacking, I did like the salon itself.

So Ive been coming here for the last few weeks. Im coming back for Stephanie, finally found someone who can do my eyebrows. She was super sweet also.Both times Ive come, my nails have chipped. I got an OPI gel manicure and it got chipped within a week. I was a little upset. Nonetheless, I got to give my compliments to Kimmy from the front desk. She made feel like it was okay both times I came to fix them. Today she went above and beyond and made sure all my nails were okay. So thank you ! Great customer service ! Ive been there with my son before and he was crying and in a bad mood.... since they werent really busy one of the workers brought out her laptop and put kids videos for him to calm him down and they didnt even make me feel bad bout it! Gel mani and regular pedi in less than an hour, my appointment was at 5:30, the latest I sat on the chair was at 5:40, lets say, and before 6:00 she was done with my feet. The gel was done in less than 30 min!!!! It seems that I did them a week ago, you can see my nail, gel wasnt done correctly! Cuticle was not removed, nails were not well trimmed and they were not buffered. I went there Thursday and my gel nails are already falling out. Too pricey for the bad service they offer. Literally they just painted my nails for $55

I recently called to ask if I can move my appointment up a little earlier and the did not put the phone on hold so could hear there whole conversation in the back ground. I heard them going back and forth saying just tell her (as in me the customer) that her appointment is her appointment. Instead of the receptionist coming back to the phone to say sorry we cant move your appointment up earlier she came back on the phone and said “yeah she said no”. Very unprofessional. I told them that they can just cancel my appointment as a whole and they said okay fine instead of apologizing. Super rude. Wish there customer service would improve for such a beautiful place. I would rather go somewhere else where they don’t disrespect clients who are paying for their services!
