The inside was small but it’s perfect! Easy to have my kids help clean because it’s so small. Me and my wife did all the cleaning in the other place because it was bigger. But with it being so small my daughter said that she will love to help clean a lot more because there wouldn’t be so much to do

Glen, Thomas, and their colleagues have successfully iterated to a business approach where they remove money from clients and make it their own, with or without a real service provided in return. They of course did this by pulling themselves up by their own bootstraps. They also accomplished this without the need to worry about whether this flow of funds is ethical, prudent, or reality-based. This frees up their consciences to focus on more important tasks, like helping the poor, cub scouts, and buying up more real estate. But beyond any business success, they also constitute the moral fiber itself of this great nation. I believe that such excellence deserves a case study.I recently called in to address a concern about a fee that was applied to my account. Trina in the office did nothing about my inquiry, after I called twice, once with the initial concern, once to follow-up. Then the weekend happened, which occurred on the first of the month. Renters Warehouse had conveniently applied the fee in question right before the billing cycle, and then just as conveniently ignored my questions around the fee. When I paid my rent, minus the fee (so I could follow up on my question before handing over the amount of the fee), they applied a $174 late fee to my account, which, apparently, is irreversible.When I escalated the issue to the manager, Thomas Illu, I was told that Renters Warehouse operates on the assumption that their renters are lying to them when they bring up billing concerns. When I presented them with the evidence that indeed their own contractor had messed up, they backtracked, but wouldnt remove the $174 late fee, because apparently it is easier to credit your account than reverse a late fee.Renters Warehouse, it turns out, has a system in place to charge fees, but not to reverse them. This is where the thought leadership happens. The go-to-market strategy is as follows:1. Charge a fee,2. Plug your ears when someone says something about the fee so that there is actually no way for them to get it removed3. When they address points 1 and 2 above, tell them that in general, your customers lie, so the only logical assumption is that this person is also lying,4. When presented with evidence that, no, really, nobody is lying here, start digging in more and act like everything was still their fault.5. Go to church on Sunday and gives thank for the Lords abundance and tender mercies. He Lives!6. Pay tithing on my $174.

I was with another agency for over 5 years. For me the communication was lacking with that company. I heard about Renters Warehouse on the radio. I gave them a call, and Glen was able to meet me for an hour that very day. Any questions you have are answered in a timely manner by one of the staff members. Give them a call... what do you have to lose?

Oh wow. I know a few reviews say this but I feel it too, I wish I could give 0 stars. We had a viewing scheduled for 7:00 pm and when we got there we put in all the information to be able to view the location but we couldn’t get the lock box code due to “not being at the location” yet I was leaning on the door. After multiple times trying to contact someone (with the phone number that we were told would get us to someone if we did have questions) but all the offices being closed we finally left. I looked at all the reviews and I should have done it before going to look. My sister spoke to Glenn and found out that the apartment had one application that was put on it 30 ish minutes before our showing was scheduled. We never received a text message, email, or call to let us know that we couldn’t view it anymore. Also Glenn if you had good reviews you would have 5 stars.

Seldom get back to you, and when you go to ask questions about the application information they need, crickets.

We just had a tour of a home less than an hour ago and when I went to call to inquire about pets the listing had been removed. I finally found a phone number that got me to an actual person and they said the home had been rented. They let us tour the place after it had already been rented out. Extremely unprofessional and a waste of time. We drove from SLC for no reason.I just saw the response from the owner to my comment, and their clear lack of professionalism truly just proves my point.

Number one. Nobody is perfect. My friends are important to me and especially if they are helping. In any way. This company is a scare tactic company. You’re nice to them they’re nice to you. They don’t understand an individual with mental, yet functional challenges. They will no longer talk to my friend who is the tenant. They don’t answer his calls. They won’t come to service appliances. They micro manage the location we live in and now that my friend’s job is closing he accepted a rent payment from the church. Bishop sent it to the wrong office and they are now evicting him and his roommate. Maintenance is daytime security. They are starting an eviction process. They still charged late fees during the covid19 pandemic. They are not willing to work with you. They will charge you for maintenance. (Even though it was my downstairs neighbor who called them about a leak. But no leak found) They will not return calls or emails. I was laid off during the pandemic from both jobs. I was trying to keep in contact but my calls and emails were not answered. I sent in paperwork for the pandemic hardship.and they still charge you late fees, and now they have sent me a 3 day notice to pay or vacate. IF THEY WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU DURING A PANDEMIC, what makes u think they will normally.

I have been threatened to be evicted twice with my rent paid. They charged me for contacting the owner and violating my lease when I have not done so 1 time. The owner of my home is the father-in-law to the general manager Thomas. Interesting enough, its safe to say they are the worst company I have come in contact with. They charged me late fees when I wasnt late. They dont return phone calls, they wont respond to emails. I guess I will have to take a face to face visit to their office to discuss the harassment and unfair treatment I have received as a renter.

I have been renting a house from them for years. I had no issues until it was time to renew the lease. They conveniently didnt receive any of my emails and charged me many fees that they couldnt/wouldnt explain. They would not answer the phone and as stated before any emails. Since I had no where to go, my wife and I agreed to stay for one more year and look for another place. Now, they are charging us different fees and blindsiding us. I would be very cautious if I were to rent from them. If you are thinking about using them, be aware that you will have many people coming and going because of the way that they treat tenants. I will NEVER rent anything anymore if it is with them.

Glen worked hard to help us get our lease approved - was a great advocate for us with a homeowner who was reluctant to allow our dog. Due to his diligence, we were able come to an agreement that was acceptable to both of us.In addition, we found a handful of maintenance concerns when beginning to move in, and Glen was extremely responsive in getting them addressed in a timely and professional manner. What could have been a poor start to a tenant - landlord relationship instead gave me the confidence that we made the right decision to lease through RW.

The fact that I could schedule a showing online was extremely convenient. I received a quick follow up email from Thomas, which made me feel like a valued potential tenant. During the showing, he informed me that they had never had the chimney looked at and advised that I would be responsible for covering the costs of a chimney sweep. I replied to the follow up email inquiring about this issue and I still have not had an explanation about how that expense should fall on us. They communicated with us in an otherwise thorough manner throughout the application and approval process. The lease states that we are responsible for pest control, which is not something I am happy about as we saw five spiders in the first day of occupying the house. The lease does have a reasonable clause about finding someone to sublet if you are unable to occupy the property for the entire lease. I appreciate the convenience of signing documents online and the option to text Glenn with questions or concerns. I look forward to working with Thomas and Glenn over the course of the next year. Very disrespectful, not honest with the information we were given. We’re going to charge a $250 fee for making a change on our contract. So we never moved in they released it before we would have leased it and just discovered they were still going to charge us the deposit. They sent $1500 bill to collections for a property we never were given keys to. Which they leased out immediately.

After speaking to Glen Clawson, who came out to give us the quote, I decided it was in our best interest to hire them to manage the property.The first thing he said to me was you are not a charity, this is your business. I had already made the charity mistake once. His business model made sense. Everything was researched and handled in a professional manner. I knew exactly what to expect: how many people it would take to look at the house before it rented, what we could expect from people who rented, and how problems would be handled. Our part of the agreement was also made very clear.His assistant Thomas Illu was very good to follow up with us whenever we called with a question. We have been in our rental for a month now. I waited to post a review due to some issues we found the day we took possession.We did an initial walk-thru when the house was open to look at in October. We noticed several things that needed to be done but thought that they would be taken care of before we moved in; they were not. Such as, small things left on the floor, broken blinds, non-working blinds, missing blinds, broken, bent, or missing window screens, garbage in the window wells, weeds in the yard, and more.I took pictures and contacted Glen to let him know that this was all unacceptable. We talked candidly about how dirty the house was. My sister, and her cleaning company, came in to clean the place up. When she was finished the house was completely different. Glen told me that the house only had to be broom clean when the previous renters moved out; however, that wasnt the case.Glen contacted the owner, who called me, to work out the details of what was needed. She told me that her fix-it guy would be contacting us to get things fixed, which he did. He continues to come by to fix things as we find them which we appreciate.Would we go thru Renters Warehouse again? I do believe we would because they did everything they could to make this experience better for us.

Great company helped us sale a 4000sqf commercial property in Orem. Took care of a couple commercial units we needed rented. Also helped rent out a single family property! We would suggest this company!

This company was a hit and miss, complete joke. Ive rented from them and had them managed my rental properties, both experiences were a complete train wreck. First off their lines of communication are pathetic. Secondly they deal with problems after the fact. For example, my tenants had an emergency(a/c stopped working)they called renters warehouse day of, renters warehouse didnt do anything(call me or call a service repairman) about the situation for two days. three day later they call me and I hire a third-party professional and he tells me I have water damaged that could have been prevented if I would have had someone come the day the a/c stopped, thus the backed up water wouldnt of caused so much damaged. Thirdly renters warehouse offered my tenants $100 off one months rent if they would write them a good review. Lesson learned, for anyone reading reviews and is hesitant about this company, save your time, peace of mind, and money!! Renters Warehouse is nothing but bad news!

I have utilized Renters Warehouse - Glen Clawson and his team at Renters Warehouse – in renting my Condominium since May of 2016 and I have been very pleased with their service. At any time if there was any issue such as a work order or special request Glen Clawson and his team at Renters Warehouse would notify me immediately and provide me several options; then immediately take care of the issue. I also have another rental property in Durango Colorado and unfortunately I have had to use a local property management company as there is no Renters Warehouse Representative in the Durango area. The property management company in Durango Colorado is absolute garbage. They don’t communicate with me, they have these ridiculous fees that arise at different times, and by the time I am notified about an issue it is months later and billed for the issue without being provided an opportunity to find an alternative. I dont even know why I pay the local property management company in Durango because they dont do anything. I will be selling that property soon only because of the local property management company. If Renters Warehouse had a branch there I would be keeping it and using their service because Renters Warehouse is awesome. Renters Warehouse just takes care of stuff and I have absolutely no issues or worries. Best Property Management Company out there.
