My friend and I were in bad need of a mani & pedi. Due to the pandemic we have not gone to salons for a while. We found this place since it was Sunday and bonus fact, the plaxe was close to our place. The attendants were attentive to our requests. The wait time was not bad (we called prior to make sure they can accomodate) Their hands were light in fixing our nails and the place might not be a HOTEL LIKE SPA but it delivers what we had expected, clean well manicured nails.We will be back....

Asked for a certain design and drew it on very unkept and did not clean the nails at all. If they could not do the design they should have just said that. Did not file under nails after application of acrylic. Did not cut down real nails before applying. Would probably not go again.

Really like it the store did not have too many customers the lady who help me did a good job she take her time with me specially to recomend the shape that go better with my hands.

They always talking and not English either. Some of the workers are rude. But Lee always does amazing work. I just hope he take his business seriously and get better people with better attitude to work for him. Please speak English and it’s just very rude to speak your language when your customer is in your seat. They love our money, but don’t respect us.I stop going there because of the service and language.

Kayla hands down best Pedicurist. Lee does bomb nails and his wife Leena does great eyelashes and eyebrows. Everyones nice.

My nail tech needed direction on how to properly paint my nails. I came for a nail repair and she didn’t even attempt to match the one nail with the others. When I tried to speak to the owner/ manager ( the First Lady on the left) she wouldn’t even look at me while I was talking. I would NEVER return. They were just RUDE!

Henry does a good manicure and pedicure but the guy they gave me yesterday did a terrible pedicure. I went back to get it corrected and the treatmemt from the wife was nonchalant. Thats poor customer service will not go back ever.

Pedicurist did a very good job but I was very unsatisfied with nails, the guy couldnt do the simple overlay and build a tip, didnt try to find the color I wanted and didnt listen when I told him how I wanted him to shape my nail for a natural look. Nail broke on second day. Would not recommend visiting if youre thinking about going.

I had the worst pedicure in my life here. Sad to say befor I moved to Atlanta in 2012 this was my nail spot for years. Back in town and went for a full set and pedicure. Pedicure is $22 which isn’t bad but i didn’t get a massage, no oil/ lotion to rehydrate my skin. Tech didn’t clean under my toe nails or cut them down as I requested. Basically a I received a $22 polish change. In Atlanta I receive a massage, sugar scrub, cleaned and clipped toenails and a hot towel for $25. I was very displeased. I expressed this to the owner and was told for massage is $35. Pedicures include a 2-3 minute foot/leg massage and oil/ lotion. Are you kidding me. So i was going to Lee for my nails, he proceeds to tell me to wait so he can do a pedicure for a woman that literally just walked in. Really????? I’m going to wait for you to service another customer that came in after me. I paid for my horrific pedicure and left. Never Again. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤧🤮🤧

It’s like they don’t care to fix it. Talk about you right in your face. Wish I can give a zero. What’s crazy I do not even write reviews. This my first one ever. This how bad it was

I don’t believe they clean the tools they use properly after each use I started to get an infection right after I left the place 2 days later fluids filled up under my toe nails and that’s the second time happening

They do a very good job nice and clean place and the service is just as good as any other nail shop. I mainly go to get my eyebrows arched and eyelashes extensions. Affordable pricing as well.

The service is OK. It can be better. The nail techs talk too much and that disturbs the quality time not to mention they are talking to each other while performing a service which means they are not paying attention. Be quiet!!!!

Kim is the best. I have lived in plantation, Hollywood and now I am in Ft Lauderdale so I have been to a few places but my pedicure and manicure is never well done as this place. My husband only gets his pedicure here.

They have a new young boy there who hates his job and faily new with no proper training, who messed my toes, when I complained to the manager and show him my toes he simply said solly (sorry) . No discount or nothing, these people are all about their money and so should you!!! !! Do not settle or accept their horrible services nor tipping!

Good work only if they are focused. Stay packed on weekends. I like pedicures from them. Organization is questionable at times.

My first time there yesterday, I got a standard pedi and gel manicure. My tech was Nam (Im sure its a nickname) but he was extremely detail oriented, took his time making sure everything came out perfect and he made the experience even more enjoyable by keeping me involved in the process asking if I enjoyed the results at every stage of the process. He is very quiet and extremely focused, ask for him if youre the type that doesnt like forced convos. He is awesome! Will definitely be back once these nails grow out for maintenance! 👍🏼😁

They do a good job and great designs for acrylic me and all my friends go here but they do need to redo the place a little would be nice.

I have been going to this nail salon for 9 years now. I live in North Miami and I travel all the way here to revieve services. They have their moments as do all places but over alll I feel apart of their family. No one slays nails like Lee!

I been a customer for years with Kayla. Kayla has times she wants to do your feet and times she doesnt. I tip good however; the customer service is horrible. Stay away from this place with horrible customer service.

The lady messed up my toes so many times . She did not clean them up . She left access polish all around my toes . I was rushed out of the salon and my toes were not dry which caused them to mess up even more

I came in to remove my acrylic nails. While doing so he stabbed the skin under my nail causing me to bleed and still charged me $10 when the sign said $5. I wont be back.

Pedicures are okay, I’ve tried almost every tech and I’m never satisfied with my nails, full set or gel manicure. Time for me to find a new place because it is not worth the money

Horrible service. My foot was cut by the nail tech and they did not even discount services. The equipment is dirty. No quality customer service whatsoever.

I used to come here when I lived in the area. It has gotten worse. I just went today, they charge an extra $2 dollars for OPI nail polish and $5 for cut down. Too damn expensive.

I specifically asked about liquid gel nails when I arrived and was told they had it. They did my pedicure and then advised they did not have a liquid gel for my manicure. There was a nail tech that was loud and talking on her phone the entire time. There was not a lot of attention to detail. I wouldnt go back.
