Horrible service! Please do not go there for tinting eyebrows, my mom usually go and B does a great job. This time I gave it a chance and LUCIE was there, I asked for B and was told she is on vacation. LUCIE did a horrible job on tinting my eyebrows, I got a dark muddy straight nike sign. When I told her I dont like ot and I want her to take it off completely i was told I still have to pay. Worst place ever I did not even stay to do my pedicure. I should not have paid for something she had to take off because ot was poor quality.

I did my nails there for the first time and in less than 4 days my gel polish nails started to lift/chip. When I went back, They gave me an attitude and charged me to fix my nails. No apology whatsoever. I’m definitely not going back!

Got my natural nails done Saturday with a nail dip manicure, on Sunday 3 of my nails cracked and an additional 2 cracked on Monday.

This has to be hands down the poorest service I have ever received in a nail salon. The workers are very unpleasant, not friendly and easily angered if you confront them about not being nice and offering low quality nail service. The nail techs don’t believe in being thorough and detailed with their customers, they tend to rush their services to get their money and send you right back out their door! All of their chairs are dirty and they didn’t seem to clean their nail equipment properly, which is a recipe for infection! For the terrible customer service I received, you would think that my nails would at least look great, NOPE! All in all, I will not be returning to this salon. I will take my services to A&B nails down the street from me!

My experience at this place was very unpleasant. The gentleman that was doing my pedicure was doing half a job. He wasnt cutting the cuticles and he seemed afraid. When I told the owner they became upset and started to raise there voices. I asked if they can change him with someone else. They told me to wait. However, the owner was upset. After a while, I decided to leave because I felt uncomfortable, and they got mad and started to speak really loud in their language. I told them that I was leaving because I felt uncomfortable. They charged me $10.00 for 1 nail refill. I paid and the lady told me not to come back. I wont be returning to this place. They are very rude to their customers.

Nails came out beautifully as usual, eyebrow tech got alil’ testy because her tiny game was alil’ off eyebrows came out nice and left out happy anyway!

I go and get my nails done there by Lucy and only Lucy. Shes patient and kind. Ive been going there for two years and although I have to wait at times,shes a GREAT worker!😊

I’ve been going there for 4 years, the only person that touches me is “Rubin” he’s number #3. Overall, i get my services and go about my day. I’ve never had a bad experience i there.

Went to get nails done, been going there for a long time, but on this visit two of the manicurists were arguing over who is going to do my daughters pedicure, we were both very unhappy with the service and how we were treated. The owners were not there that day, I know he would of made a difference. Tina was very unprofessional and upsetting.

I have been a couple of time here and so far I really like it, the Asian girl in the first table on the left, she is the best love how pretty she make the nails.

Terrible all in all. I get my nails done often and never had such a bad nail experience . From the application to the polishing it all fell short of my minimum satisfaction. Three days after my nail job I had 3 of my nails come off, one on the verge of coming off, and my thumb cracked! And you would think customer service would be better, EVEN WORSE! I reasonably asked to have my nails replaced with a fresh set, after all if five of my nails were already damaged that means the other five were soon to come. I argued with two of there employees before I furiously walked out after The head person argued back that the best they could do was give me $10 off. Now tell me, why would I pay to have the same bad service. At that I was not the only one with troubled nails, another customer who had just gotten her nails that same day was in the same boat as I. if you want a fantastic nail job with great customer service head to Las Vagas nails on Stirling Road, they meet high standards Always and never fail to disappoint.

They are absolutely perfect. I would only say that they need better pedicure chairs.

Just a regular asian place but compared with the best in the area the best. I had try my best to find a nail salon that is not asian but havent being able too so if you know any and you can reply to my comment please let me know. Thanks

This place is a mess honestly I would never come back here ever again in life they are extremely rude and disrespectful this place needs to get shut down period! The dude kept pushing my skin back even after I said it hurt then he cut my finger with the drill then looked at me like he knew he don’t apologize then his work was sloppy and my nails were a mess! How do you mess up black polish? Maybe because the way he laid the acrylic was a big mess also I got charged $90 for some ugly nails and bad service

This is the nail shop closest to my house and ive tried them out a couple times . and this will be my LAST time attendingi got dip powder nails and they looked great but legit nails fell off one by one like i had on press ons the same week !and when i have previously attended and got full sets the paint job was always sloppy .

First off the girl who dis my pedi cut me then had some random guy finiah polising my toes he ruin them i came back the next day and the onwer had an attitude with me like if i had messed them up i only wanted the 2 fixed since they cut me and messed them up i would of came back the same night but they where closing when i left! I will never go again i got my nails and toes done paid 50 dollas mind u i waited 45 mins b4 i got serve and had to come back a hour later because my nail polish was pelling the next day two broke with me doin nothing harsh at all i always wrk wit my nails they were too thin so i went back the sunday & told the guy and they still charge me 7 dollas for they nail polish issue n the the light they used must of been cheap he fix the nails and by monday they i had four broking nails they are not the best at they job my nails even looked different talkn the shape i will stick with my old nail place

First of all, I waited at the chair for someone to do my nails for 20 minutes. The guy had an attitude and when he messed up my polish, he had the audacity to get mad! I had nail polish on already which he only took off halfway and by the time I left the place I noticed he only painted three quarters of my thumb. WORST experience ever. I almost forgot to mention how my nail bed only 2 nails is now damaged because of how carelessly the guy used the machine on me.

I come here 1-2 TIMES PER WEEK. Best eyebrows, best customer service. Feels safe. You get a bunch of characters coming thru LOL, entertaining show. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RUBEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Although theyre all pretty good, but RUBEN is THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible experience got my nails done on Saturday already 1 nail broke 3 lefted up . And the person at the first table didn’t do a basic job at all will be back on Tuesday to get a refund. Basically messed up my nails.
