If you like your nails uneven and shaped like chiclets then this nail shop is for you. I decided to give them a chance because they never seem busy and I was in a rush but now I see why they get no business. I wont ever do my nails here again smh, I get upset every time I look at my nails. Literally a waste of time and money.

The service is terrible. Got different colors on my hand and feet and when I said something they just put 5 layers of GEL POLISH. My nails were bulky and disgusting, on top of that. THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO FILE A NAIL. TERRIBLE DONT EVEN GO THERE. I paid anyways cause I felt bad but the more I saw the results the more I hated them… asked for a refund and they said they don’t do refunds even tho the service was STRAIGHT TRASH. I repeat DO NOT GO THERE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

When coming to the nail salon, I was greeted with most happiest and nicest greeting I ever met. They treated me with the best respect. They have the BEAUTIFUL MINK STRIP eyelashes with Good pricing!

Today was my first time going to ZaZa nails and it was the worst experience of my life. The guy who took care of me never asked if I wanted to file down or anything and when I suggested he fix the length he pauses as if he was irritated. Then, I am getting French, and he pulls out the pink American for my base but I told him I like the beige look and he said that I was being too picky. I STILL remained calm and after a couple of attempts to let him know what I wanted I just end up doing what he wants and using the pink. He then starts the tips and I really don’t like it. It really looks like a child did it. And when I asked to fix the tip by making it less thicker he really gets upset. Starts yelling. He says That he will be not doing my pedicure and that I am too difficult!! And as he Finishes my hand he shoves it back at me in frustration and moves on to the next really globing on the nail polish as if he didn’t want to work anymore. The clear was no longer on my nail but on my fingers. At this point I reminded him I was a paying customer and that his service was really unacceptable. At the end I was speaking to another employer to show him my nails and see if this work represented this shop and at that point the guy became louder and I couldn’t understand what happened between the two and my tech ended up grabbing his things and leaving. It was the most unprofessional customer service experience along with talentless nail service. just look at the pictures you will see that there is no exaggeration .

The nail salon experience was good. I got my nails done, dip powder. Pedicure was relaxing. And also facial felt good. The employees was nice. Good service. I recommend going to this place.

They were very polite. I brung my 5yr old in to get her nails done and they were so gentle with her. Only chinese nail shop i walked into and felt welcome. Plus the prices are fair.

Never again They charged me $25 to do a change of polish and the asked for a tip and my hand look like a mess streaks every where.

Today was my first and last time visiting the shop the older guy who did my nails is so slow he started my nails at 11:40 and didn’t finish until 1 and all i got was a refill and toes polished he didn’t shape them the acrylic is lumpy does not lay flat or is smooth i tried to tell him and he ignored me and than i tried to tell some lady but she was doing yoga or something and completely ignored me but literally as soon as a woman walked in less than two minutes later for eyebrows she jumped up to service her i see why the shop was empty on mother’s day weekend that should’ve been the first sign to turn around and walk out i had to come home and file and shape my nails they were HORRIBLE customer service goes along way hire better nail techs ppl who actually love what they do and not ppl who just wants the money

I love Zaza nails. I went to school in Tallahassee and I would come all the way back home to get my nails done. Leon and the lady in the front do the best nails! Everyone else I dont care for but they are the best!

My first time was 2 weeks ago where I had Gel Nail polish. I loved it and enjoyed the service provided. The only thing was that the nail gel machine wasnt at its best the first time I went, but to me thats not such a big deal. Im going this weekend, so lets see how that goes.

Dont go there! They are obviously not making any money, they keep pushing the gel in your face I had to tell them no four times and then they overcharged me by a dollar, times are that hard that not only is s the service bad, but they have to steal a dillar. My first and last visit there!

Customer Service is really bad and the staff is rude. Well the lady for station 3 Mrs.lexus. 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️ Don’t know her name but anyways she was probably in a bad mood I’m not sure but she’s didn’t roll up my leggings to put the hot towel just slapped it on my toes and throwing it to the side. I’m unhappy with how my toes where painted and bottom of my feet plus she cut my toes. Me and my BF was the only two there so I don’t know why she was rushed. My friend start a little before me and I was already done n painted. When she ask for me to go sit for my nails I told her no I didn’t want to get it done, just asked how much for my feet. Not going going back at all so disappointed I’ll get my nails and eyebrows done somewhere else

The worst experience Ive ever had at a nail salon. I went in to get my nails and eyebrows done, nails were okay. After I did my nails I asked for a wax and tint for my eyebrows, I walked in with 2 full eyebrows and walked out with one. The lady that did my eyebrows decided to do tinting before waxing, as I felt the tint on my face I asked her to not do that and do wax before she finished anything else, she then proceeded to do whatever the hell she wanted to do to my eyebrows. She did a horrible job with my eyebrows and I didnt want to be rude so I payed and went on about my day, I then decided to attempt to take some of the tint off because my eyebrows were too thick. It started burning so much, I decided to take off all the tint off the one eyebrow that was burning and I literally had 5 strands of hair left at the bottom of my brow and nothing else. I went back immediately after, and the store owner decideds to tell me that this didnt happen here and that I came into the salon like that. Like who is gonna come complain about an eyebrow that they didnt have before they came in? I showed him my other brow that you can clearly see all the hair on and showed him a picture of my eyebrow that I took before entering the salon and he continued to call me a liar and refused to give me back my money until I told him that I would bring that cops down to the salon and then hed really have problems. They need not to advertise eyebrow tinting or waxing because clearly the one person that do have to do that cant do it, I wouldnt recommend this salon to anyone.
