Mecy is the best, sometimes When I can’t decide on a color she makes suggestions and does test samples for me to choose. If she doesn’t think the color will look good she gives her opinion. I value her honesty.My daughter also uses the same salon but does not see anyone specific and she loves the service too.

I’m giving them 3 stars because they are not organized with appointments!! You set an appointment and still have to wait 15 to 30mins later! Also you have to be very clear and detailed when booking an appointment because they will set your appointment for a short period and end up not getting your pedicure done with a particular nail tech if you want one! But Mercy is great! She is my favorite there and does nails and pedicure excellent!!! She is the best!!

Today was the first Ive been to this nail salon. Emily was great and the receptionist at the front was incredibly professional and nice. This place is clean and quick. I didnt need an appointment and I was seen right away. Good job!

The young lady who did my nails cut my cuticles and it was bleeding a lot. I do not understand why would they have someone do my hands when they cannot do nails. the employees there are extremely rude, the young guy at the receptionist with glasses looked me up and down and treated me as if I did not belong there. I will never go back.

I have been going to the salon for about a year now, Vy and Cindy are like the best, especially if you are into shaping your nails and designs; those two are like the top! However, my recent visit to the salon was the absolute worst! It wasn’t even about the nail technicians, my issue was with the receptionist, Tony. Tony is a middle-age man with glasses. My usual nail techs weren’t there, so he referred me to another nail tech. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied, I still paid, but I asked him if he can tell me when Vy or Cindy would come in. He asked why, and I told him that I wasn’t satisfied with my nails, and I would just want Vy or Cindy to just fix and shape them the way that I am used to having them. Tony tried to convinced me that they were really nice and that he likes them, and I explained to him that I don’t like them, and it’s just not what I am used to. After I said that, his whole attitude changed! He said, “If you don’t like them, then you can leave! Don’t come back!” I was shocked, because I wasn’t being disrespectful, and more importantly, I was calm while speaking to him. I remained calm, and I said, “There’s no reason to speak to me that way, it’s obvious that you are still upset from your dispute with a customer earlier, I asked you nicely what time would Vy come in”. Keep in mind, I wasn’t asking for a refund. I was just asking what time would Vy come in or Cindy. As I was trying to talk to him calmly, he kept waving me off saying, “You can go, you can leave! I don’t wanna see your face!” For him to think that it’s okay to speak to a paying customer that’s been coming there for a year, is insane! It took everything in me to not go off! I mentioned that Tony had a dispute with a customer. While I was getting my nails done, a customer was upset because she made an appointment online and it wasn’t showing up in their system, and he was making it seem as if she was lying, but she had text messages of the confirmation of her appointment to prove it, so he was also arguing with her and being very disrespectful, so when I asked him for another nail tech to fix my nails, I can tell that he was still angry about that, and was just taking it out on me, and that’s not okay. What really got me was when after I told him that his behavior is unacceptable and how disrespectful he was being, he said, “No! Because you ‘guys’!” I immediately cut him off. I said, “What do you mean you ‘guys’!?” That was it for me! Tony is a receptionist. He is the first face that paying customers see, and for him to think that it’s okay to speak to customers this way is unacceptable, and something has to be done.

I was recommended this place & it looks super nice. The inside is beautiful & was really happy about trying a new place. Their selection of gel nail colors are great. My manicure was a bit rushed but that’s not my biggest concern. However, I’m positive that they thin down their nail polishes with acetone. I got my nails done last Wednesday & by Friday they were already cracked & two chipped. I didn’t do anything serious for these nails to chip at all. It’s pretty upsetting because of the money I wasted just to have to redo them days after I just got them done. If the gel nail polish wasn’t thinned down then I would have given them 4 or 5 stars off the bat.

THE BEST NAIL TECH EVER!!Nanna goes above and beyond to please me as a customer. Lord knows I AM the most pickiest person when it comes to my mani and pedi, however Nanna was God sent. If Im sad and I go for my my mani and pedi from Nanna, its like instant therapy I walk out feeling like a million bucks. This lady is amazing. My nails are small and tiny both my hands and feet, however Nanna makes them look so perfect. If you want an amazing mani and pedi ask for Nanna. Oh and the way she shapes your nails and than cleans the cuticles is amazing, now she has me hook on dip powder. However before going to her make an appointment just ensure you are going to see her when you show up. I wish I could give Nanna ten stars but I cant...#NannaRocks #BestNailTechEver!!!!💅💅💅💅💅💅💅

I didn’t wait at all when I arrived; My gel manicure & pedicure were done by David who was friendly, precise and very fast! They had a large selection of colors to choose from as well. I went to get my eyebrows done and moral of the story I left with two different eyebrow shapes... she ripped off too much hair and there was absolutely nothing I could do about it. Definitely not going there again

I’ve been going here for a little over a year when I moved down the block from TL nails.I love the many color varieties! They do it all. Once a month i do the lavender pedicure. I just started doing dip and I’m obsessed. Today I did ombré dip with Sara and she did a great job!The wait times are usually very quick also. I usually go with just anyone and it works out for me.

I had booked an appointment online and when I showed up she said I never booked one. I had confirmation and everything. The female manager was very rude and the young receptionist was the same way. All I asked is if they could call me 10 minutes before my new appointment since they said “I didn’t make one online “. The young receptionist had an attitude as soon as I walked in. I am never coming here or recommending this place to anyone ever again.

Signed up for full set and pedicure but then long story short he charged $47 for an effing fullset and refused to give the pedicure I paid for. Tried to get my money back but manager is ignorant. How is it that I book a $48 service on their website but nail tech wanted to charge me $75???!!! Complete rip off, learn how to stick to the service that was booked with the customer and stop tryin to rip customers off! This is my second time coming here for a gel manicure. My manicureast 3 weeks. It is very clean, and the staff is nice. Way better than Van Nails.

I only give it 4 stars because they don’t have the prices correct on their website. It says $25 for a gel manicure. When I go to pay it’s $27. It’s only $2 but they said they have changed their prices, that’s not my fault your website doesn’t reflect that . The service is good and my nails last but I don’t like surprised amounts

This place is the worst!!! I drove all the way from Coral Springs at 10am just to get my nails done and When I first got there they called a nail tech and she said she didn’t want to do my nails because dip takes too long and she has other stuff to do. Then someone finally came to do my nails and two days later 4 of my nails broke off because they were too thin and when I called the receptionist told me they would fix them for free but when it finally came to it the manager told me I would have to pay for them and when I said how come my nails broke he blamed me and said it’s cause I was not careful enough but they were done too thin. He was rude and then told me that they have too many receptions and some of them do not know the policy and that’s why she said they would fix it for free but it’s not my fault that they do not train there people well so they shouldn’t be telling people they would get stuff for free. Then I called back and the manager hung up in my face.

I just moved here from Ohio and tried this salon. My first visit was a pedicure with Lin (?) And full set of acrylic nails with gel polish with Ken. The salon is clean and everyone is very professional. I loved my pedi and Ken is absolutely my go to for my nails. He is precise and keeps my nails thin not chunky and fake looking. I highly recommend. I have gone back twice since and continue being a regular. This salon is a great place. The only thing I would want is for the staff to ask if you would like a cocktail or a glass of wine while getting your pedi. They have signs and advertise but if you are new and dont know their salon staff you dont ask.

This place doesn’t care about the retention of a good customer. I got gel nails done on Saturday 8/22 and Yesterday 8/26 my nails were completely peeling off. If you have had Gel nails before, you know you have to soak off the polish with acetone or either file the polish off. The polish is peeling off. I can literally peel it with my fingers. So I went back today 8/27 and the manager told me that they don’t guarantee gel nails!!! He also said it was a week. Correction it’s been Five Days!!! Five Days!!! If I wanted my nails to peel I would have opted for regular nail polish which last up to one week. Gel nails is supposed to last a minimum two weeks. I have had Gel nails done where the products aren’t diluted that have lasted almost one month. Absolutely Absurd!!!

It was just okay... the nail techs need to act like they are happy your there... not like were bothering them. That was a month ago... Well i chg my mind the nail tech got mad because i told her to redo ONE toe nail. As she was walking me back to the chair she said i do for you this time but i will never ever help you again so i went to the desk manager and asked for someone else to help me she said you have to pay the next person again and that i gave the nail tech a hard time... i thought i entered the damn twilight zone. I had to walk out to my car, i came back and the mgr said she had no one to help me unless i pay again. I called amex and cancelled the charge... thanks for righting your wrong TL Nails. Worst service ever Tanh you clearly cannot polish nails!

I have been coming here on and off for about four years. I’ve never had a bad experience. I decided to write this review today because Eva was so amazing today. Best pedicure ever. She is very attentive to detail and her foot massage during that pedicure was just what the doctor ordered after a long night on my feet. Thank you Eva.

During this pandemic I expect nail salons to take extra precautions. This salon didnt take any temperatures while I was there, I didnt see the nail artists for me or my daughter wash their hands, The seats were not wiped down after each customer. Granted everyone did have on their mask But this place made me feel very uneasy. Now regretting the fact that I didnt just get up and leave

I tried this place because a girl with really cute nails recommended them. I made an appointment same day, awesome. My pedicure was amazing. Amy did a great job. However when it came time for a fill my nail tech was absolutely HORRIBLE. HE complained I asked to cut my nails down. Then complained the entire time his hand hurt. Rushed through my fill. Left in the middle for a smoke break, then took a personal call as I waited. The gel polish is so thick the nails changed shape. All the time he keeps telling me the price for everything. If I’m not complaining about my bill why are you? Needless to say I doubt I’ll be back. Sad too because I really enjoyed my pedicure. Oh well

Rude, rude, rude.... I dont think these people realize we are paying them and that their are hundreds of other shops around. The lady got a attitude because I asked for acetone to soak off ONE nail instead of ripping it off(which damages your nail bed and hurts like heck). I just got up and went to another nail salon with better customer service. She missed out on a good tip, because I love to tip for my nails when the service and job is good. Never going to this shop again. Im also a licensed cosmetologist and I told the nail tech that and she was damaging my nails. She seemed to not like the fact that I actually knew what I was talking about. I just read some of the response to peoples issues on here and you can see how rude they can be. Its just sad how bad the customer service is.

Although they are clean, their service is horrible! I did SNS dip on my hands and it was a disaster! The next day the nail had already chipped and lifted! Looks like i did my nails 2 weeks ago!! I also did a pedicure but i was pleased with that service. & to top it off when i schedule my appt online they said it was $60, when i was at the place they charged me $85 for a regular pedicure and SNS dip! Horrible never going back!

Unfortunately, their techs are under lots of pressure from management and therefore; they seem flustered and rude at times. Not the tech fault, the owner doesn’t know how to run his business.If you want cheap service this is the place otherwise; stay away.

The place was fine, but during my manicure the lady was being a bit rough with the cuticle cutting. She ended up cutting one of my cuticles until it bled, and then she started putting a solution on it without asking me, which was a solution to make it stop bleeding (which I didn’t want on me). It was still bleeding when she had finished painting my other nails so I didn’t want her to paint that nail, so now I have a funny looking manicure (to be fair I was the one who didn’t want the no-bleed solution on the cut). I showed the person at the desk what happened and instead of offering some sort of discount or something to try to make up for it, he just gave me a hand wipe. Overall, the place is probably fine if you don’t get that lady, I just didn’t have the best experience and won’t be coming back.

Went there on recommendation.. so glad I did :-) it will be my new nail salon from now! I do dip powder in my real nails and it’s very hard to find someone who can do it well. Now sure who did my nail but will go back for the great service. Two thumbs up!!

The host -who I believe is the owner- is very nice, I like him. Some girls are nicer than others, by now I think I know them all and If I dont like how one of them is treating me, I just ask for a change. Sara is my favorite so far. I go every 15 days to get my nails done and relax, they are very, very clean which I appreciate a lot, you can see how they work with previously sterilized tools and thats a 10/10 for me. On Fridays and Saturdays is very busy so try to go another day of the week if you want to relax. The language barrier might be an issue sometimes so if you want something specific, show them a picture and they will do exactly as you asked.

Worst experience ever! Two different nails techs helped me because everyone was in a rush. My nails werent terrible (definitely not good either) and the polish on my feet was so thick and ugly. The manager scheduled an appointment to have them fix the issue, but when I showed up the man at the front desk refused to help me and said I was outside of the policy. If I was outside of the policy, why did the manager schedule an appointment to have me come back!?! He was so rude and told me to get out because they do not need my money. So thats exactly what I did, I left! Luckily, I found a really nice salon that wasnt far away. The people were friendly and the service was awesome - much better than this sorry excuse for a business. Never again! I refuse to spend my money at places that does not treat people with respect - NO WAY!

I don’t know what bad experience they’re talking about here but it never happened to me. Nanna is my go to, she’s a real professional both skill and mentality. She always handles the service with class and making sure everything is being done right. On top of that she speaks perfect English!

Gorgeous but the service was iffy the woman who did my pedicure was in a rush because she had another client so my pedicure was sloppy as well as not even completely done through then my manager was also done quickly though she did have a regular and my nails are short so was a little bit of a struggle But regardless it should’ve been done thoroughly and they are still messy I don’t think I’ll be coming back

I usually don’t do this but after so many bad experiences I feel like I have to. I’ve been going to my old nail lady for a long time and I decided to try this salon because it was highly recommended from a family member. I am very precise in how I like my nails to look and I feel like that is my right since I am paying for the service, so when I find someone that I love I tried to stick with them every single time. And so I decided to keep doing my nails with Lisa even though I live an hour away. The first couple of times were great but then I started to noticed that every time I would go something was always wrong. Not only does she always seem to be in a bad mood which makes you feel uncomfortable as the customer, but she is not nice when it comes to fixing ‘her’ mistakes, which likely happen due to her rushing through your session. At first I thought maybe she was having a bad day or something else was wrong but it’s now close to 4 instances where I leave extremely unhappy. Not only because I’m paying for something that doesnt look good but also because I don’t deserve to be treated like I’m asking you for any favors, this is what you get paid to do. As owner or head of a salon you should take more pride in how you make your customers feel. I have referred several other customers here and now not only have you lost one client but I will carry my experiences and share it with those that I have referred. Judging from your response to previous bad reviews I see that you have no tact, no professionalism, no overall manners. Will not be coming back ✌🏻

My experience here has been great thus far. They do work by appointments and are normally true to time. (Which is important) I don’t want to mention my nail tech name because she does an excellent job but her customer service skills are horrible which is why I gave 3 stars.

I am originally from South Florida and decided to get married back home. However, I havent gotten my nails done here in such a while and didnt know where to go get my nails done. After asking around, a few friends recommended TL Nails. I came with my mom to get a gel mani and pedi. The place was very inviting and clean. I was excited to get jewels and designs for the first time due to the special occasion.Unfortunately, Im sad to say that I did not enjoy my service. As I was receiving my service I didnt quite like my nails. As my nail tech worked I kept her informed when I didnt like something and suggested how to fix it. Every time I mentioned I didnt like something she had an excuse and tried to convince me it was fine but I refused to settle. If a customer doesnt like something it should be fixed. About 4 nails needed fixing. I eventually got 3 of them.After insisting for the last nail to be fixed two other nail techs came over to see what was wrong, this led my mom to come over and check if everything was ok. Eventually with one of the nails I gave up insisting because it was clear she just didnt want to fix it. It was not a good experience to have before your wedding day.

I am extremely upset. I came in the get my nails done with dip, brought my mom as well. The person that did her nails cut her and all she asked him to do was file her nails. And within two days THREE of my nails started chipping. I went to another nail place and my dip nail polish lasted a month ! I’m never coming here again. I use to have great experiences but some reason every time I go now something happens. I spent $120 in total. They most definitely lost my serviceAlso the owner replied to a previous comment I posted and the response makes no sense because if you go to a nail place everyone working there should be able to do a good job on your nails. I’m not picky I just want it to look nice. So I don’t need a specific person every time. I guess they hire bad and the customers have to experiment to get the good workers.

RIP OFF NAIL SALON. DO NOT GO HERE. The WORST service ever. Went in two days ago to get my nails done for vacation and the guy who did it did an AWFUL job. They didnt look nice or even so much as feel nice. Bumps, bubbles, scratches and not even fully painted nicely. They said I can come back to fix it and when I went back today they wanted the same guy to do it??? If youre redoing my nails because they came out bad the first time then DO NOT give me the same person. I told them I wanted someone different and they said no and would not refund my money either. These are MY NAILS that I AM PAYING FOR and if youre not going to accommodate to my needs then you deserve no business. Rude and disgusting people!!! Do not give them your business!!!

Came in the day after thanksgiving @ 7 pm for manicures and pedicures with my mother and my niece, half expecting to be turned away. Instead they welcomed us. What great massage chairs, and Cindy gave me an expert spa pedicure. Highly recommended.

Feb. 2020, I visited for the first time and got a pedicure done with Nanna. I love the ambiance! I really have no complaints and Ive already made a second appointment, to have my hands done this time, again with Nanna :)8.21.2020I had to add more to my review. TL Nail Spa has been real good to my hands & feet 🥰 Im hooked on the dip powder for my hands as they last me sometimes up to 4 weeks! Since theyve reopened, after making nevessary Covid adjustments, Ive been back several times and I am still very happy! Nanna is still my favorite person to see & today she gave me the Creamy Coconut pedicure and it was SOOOO GOOD! I recommend everyone who hasnt, should give it a try 🤗Ive referred family members to TL and they too have had a great experience. Keep up the excellent work TL staff 💖

Love going to TL Nails. The place is very nice and enjoy the massage chairs for pedicures. My favorite techs so far is Lue. If I dont make an appointment, Ill go to whomever is available, but shes my favorite tech.

Went in on a Wednesday. Great atmosphere.My nails came out good but could of been a little better. Will give them another shot on a weekend and see if I get the same service. Everyone was friendly in my opinion.
