Tried this place in 2019. Not impressed.I came across the Lavish Nail Bar by the highly posted reviews and its location is near my residence. The newly opened business has been open for about a year. On Friday, I walked into the Lavish and there was no wait. The salon has a nail bar where I saw the other customers getting their nails buff and wrapping theirs finger in aluminum foil. The salon has a very appealing to the eyes with its modern atmosphere of crystal chandelier, black, white, and gray floors. Although the ambiance is nice to the eyes, the service was below average. The service I got was manicure and pedicure (totaled for $41). The nail tech of this location is very opinionated. Opinionated to the point of criticizing the customer. My pedicure was nothing special and okay. Also, my manicure was a waste. The cuticles were not removed properly and with the polish came out looking ugly. I might as well did my own nails myself. You pay for the name lavish. First and last.

Great place! The service is great and the people that work there is very welcoming. The only thing I might add as a detail you should know is that price its more than other places but it’s worthy.

Let me say that I LOVE this place! Lavish Nail Bar is beautiful and clean. Rose did my nails and she is excellent! I can tell this is a team of talented staff who can do wonderful things for your nails! Cody, the manager is attentive and nice also. I will continue to come here and recommend to my friends and family!

This place is AMAZING!!! They make you feel like family. Chris is awesome he dis my pedicure and helped me with the ingrown nail problem which was hurting a lot!!John did my manicure and was very professional!! They are confident in doing any design and take care of you!

Great service!! 4 stars because i would have liked more pushing and cutting of hand cuticles. Pedi was great. She trimmed cutiles twice on feet. Salon is super calming. Massage chairs for pedicures. Different packages to choose from. Only place that gave me warm/hot water for nail soak during mani. Tips are cash only... 😲 she offered to help me with wallet and taking out card to pay.. I smudged my nails... They have a Nail Bar for dip manicures. Tons of colors to choose from - Gel. Dips. Regular polish.

I used to love this place until the last visit. Unfortunately, I did not catch the name of the lady but she approached me while still talking on her phone. She came to me store looked at me and continued talking ( in unknown for me language) so I was kind of confused what she wanted. Befor I was always offers at least a water and this time not even a friendly smile. To make the story short, she brought tools and they were rusty, I am talking about verVERY RUSTY. I asked her to change them ( I am pragnant so I try to keep myself as safe as possible). Then she started a pedi, she was somehow in the rush, and at some point she cuted my cuticle on the big tow so badly that I even jumped on the chair From the pain, the other customers noticed. Until I asked for untiseptic she did not even move, no sorry no I didn’t mean, nothing... the entire procedure in complete silence. Other customers had nice conversations with their technicians ( as I usually had in my previous visits). This time it was a silence treatment. And when she was trying to say something I had to band to her to understand what she was trying to say, her accent was so strong and she was talking so low.I hope that someone reads this from the management and at least give the ladies name tags so customers know who are serving them( it is a hospitality and beauty business, customers must feel comfortable). I believe that customer should be treated with respect and courtesy which requires the employee not to use personal gadgets while attending the customer and also speak in a proper and understandable way.I don’t think I will go back to that salon because of this situations, I understand that mistakes happen but there was not proper resolving of the situation and no apology as a minimum.

I drive 30 miles to get my nails done here and I never regretted it! They are truly the best in South Florida hands down!
