I stopped by this place yesterday afternoon for a massage and the massage was awesome. The masseuse was so strong and worked out the knots in my body. I also had the hot stones which was a wonderful experience. I strongly recommend this place and you wont be disappointed.

I don’t know why this place is getting any bad reviews. I’ve been going here for years and it’s always been extremely clean and the employees have been very professional. I’ve always been treated with respect and kindness. Not once have I seen anything that I would consider bad or unprofessional.

This place is a jack shack !!!!!They tried to touch my husband inappropriately.I had a feeling it was sketchy but since we went as a couple the first time it was fine . He went alone the second time and the attendant totally tried to offer him “extra “ services !!!BewareOrEnjoyIt’s up to you

Awful place!I went in to relax and have a massage and a roach dropped on me from the ceiling! It slipped under the sheets and crawled on me. What a horrific experience! Unsanitary and awful establishment. Will never go here again! Left without my massage and didn’t even get a refund.

Hey, weve been to Eden Spa a couple times the past few months. It is honestly one of the best places weve placed our money on, excellent service and amazing staff. I recommend their couples massages to every couple in the area.

Love the express massage and facial combination. Therapists here are very strong and thorough and the facial provides instant results. I’m always able to call and get a last minute appointment. So glad to have them in my neighborhood! Nothing fancy - just wonderfully effective.

Im giving this place a 2 star because my experience was just ok, but it didnt meet my expectation. I paid for a one hour massage, but I didnt get a full body massage. My issue was with my neck and shoulders. They did ok working in those areas, but they mostly use bed sheets to rub and massage those areas. It didnt feel good. I had to ask them to stop using the sheets and I had to ask the therapist to use the massage oil as well. The second thing they didnt do, I didnt get a full body massage. I asked the therapist if she was going to continue and she mention that she was finished. I got dress and I mention to the manager my displeasure with the service. The service is average at best and the staff is just average. My overall comfort level while being there was just average. If I was going to recommend this place, I would say dont have any high expectations. Im not sure if I will return for another visit.

Very rude attendant on the phone who would not let me book my Groupon massage.They recently added a time limitation policy of only weekdays 10am-1pm (while everyone is at work because they don’t want people to actually use the Groupon), but I purchased this voucher BEFORE they had changed their policy. I am holding the Groupon in front of me and there is NOTHING about time limitations.

Just had one of the best massages ever :) My wife and myself had a one hour massage and we both agree, I most say I was pleasantly surprised because my wife is super picky. We will definitely be back again :)

Horrible, bought the wife a gift certificate. When she went they told her place was sold and did not want to honor the gift certificate, meanwhile the place still has the name. Ive read that they do this often, the place should be burned down to teach them a lesson. Lord know a place as shady as this has no insurance. No one should used this place, there are many other legit places in the area.

I have chronic problems with muscle knots in my shoulders, and the massage therapists here are very highly skilled at getting out knots and relieving pain. They recently moved and had been closed for about 7 months which was very distressing to me. I tried 4 to 5 other places during that time, sometimes 4or 5people at the same places, and I found only 1 person who had the same skill level. My favorite massage therapist anna, she is highly skilled at getting knots out in a way that will relieve pain, not create more!

My experience was absolutely horrible. I asked if they accept walk ins and they took me; cool. They allowed me to wait inside instead of outside; cool. I requested a full body massage. The guy asked me to take my clothes off and proceeded to give me a massage with a towel over my body the entire time. Never got a full body, never got any oil, never got the hot stones. I finally got a face massage in which I fell asleep. I was about 30 minutes into my massage. I guess the guy left me sleeping for another 30 minutes. When I finally woke up I waited for 10 minutes to see if he would return and he never returned to the room. I put my clothes on and left the room to find everyone gone and he was on a massage bed sleeping with a worker across from him. He Stated THAT HE DIDNT WANT TO WAKE ME!!!! They tried to make me pay full price but instead of 55 dollars I paid 35. Worst experience in my life. It was not a massage it was a feel on my ass (excuse my language) session.

THE PLACE IS AMAZING AND RELAXING. THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. I HAD A NICE AFTERNOON THERE ENJOYING THIER SERVICE. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS WONDERFUL PLACE !

Horrible place and horrible experience. I booked an appointment for my wife for her bday and reconfirmed the appointment twice. On the day of the massage they called me in the morning to reconfirm which i did. Then my wife gets there and while she is in the room waiting for the massage some lady comes in and informs her that they need to do another massage for someone else and told her to come back another day!!!! Ruined her bday. Horrible dodgy place. I have never seen such bad service and now that i read other reviews, it seems they do it a lot. Should have read them before

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Extremely unprofessional environment. I booked an appointment for a day for my wife and I to get a couple massage. I show up on time for my appointment and the associate told me, I tried calling you to confirm your appointment and because you didnt answer we took the walk in and cant take you. My appointment was at 1pm, the lady called me at 12:40 while Im getting ready. Smh worst experience a company. Made me go to a different place. Ill never step foot in a eden spa.

I went to get a mani pedi and i was led into a room. She was nice prepared the pedi tub, soaked my feet, removed my nail polish, cut my nails, then suddenly someone else came in speaking another language and removed the pedicurist. 3 mins later someone else came on the room and asked me if i called to make an appointment, and i said no. I informed the receptionist that it was my first time and i didnt have an appointment. She said im sorry but i cant do your pedicure because someone else has an appointment. I told her that she already removed my nail polish, she said its ok but she cant do my pedicure. They made me leave on the spot. Wow never thought that would ever happen.

I took one hour service, from the minute she started giving me the massage I was thinking in leaving, she was doing it tooooo hard, I requested soft a million times and she kept on saying that hard was the right way, I didnt enjoy it at all, I gave her a 10 dollar tip on a 60 dollar bill and she complained...
