As I pulled in today with an appointment I was taking in immediately. Greeted with smiles and energy. The greeting was family like and the service was outstanding. The waiting room had a comfortable, calming, peaceful, friendly vibe. Plenty of seating wood TVs all around. Lobby was nice and big very spacious and clean. They even had a little Mexican restaurant. Just like my experience when I bought my car this to was a splendid and an enjoyable experience. Thank you to all the staff a Toyota
I was pleasantly surprised at the level of efficiency & professionalism at this location. It was my first time there and I was in/out within an hour, hour and a half. Although a bit pricey but thats what you get when doing business at a dealership. I would like to suggest to improve their store offerings. Needs more merchandise.

Never an issue getting in to service my Camry! My service tech Eric Leon is always a phone call away and is very good about returning my calls when hes not available. Very knowledgeable team and while it may not be the cheapest, I know Im in good hands! Trust my car needs only to them, wont go anywhere else!
They did an excellent job on the service work on my car. Got my car in and out in only a few hours, washed it and they provided an Uber ride when I dropped off the car and to pick it up. I loved their customer service.
Came here to get a oil change and to get a recall fixed. The person who helped me told me my car would be done by 4 or so but he would give me a call as soon as it was ready. He called me at 5:32pm letting me know “ He was sorry that time had gotten away from him” my car would be done in 20 minutes. I got a ride but of course in Bakersfield around that time we hit traffic. I tried calling 10mins before they closed to try to notify them and tried calling the number that they had called me from but no one answered and the place was closed when I got there. They knew I was on my way. I was disappointed with the lack of communication this place had. I Received a email that the car was ready at 5:51pm. I live about 35miles away. The next day we tried talking to the manager and we were told that we can leave him a voicemail message and he would give us a call back. The person who helped me never tried to reach out again. This cost us time and money. I had to pay someone to get me there and then borrowed a car to get me back. I left my house at 8:45am my appt was at 9:45am and didn’t make it back home till 9pm with my 2yr old and 7 yr old. Very Frustrating day to say the least. I hope this doesn’t happen again to anyone.

Great costumer service. Due to Covid the shuttle service is discontinued. My appointment was at 10am & Chris offered to Uber me home while they serviced my vehicle. At 1pm Chris called me that my vehicle was ready & he called an Uber to pick me up at home to get me to the service center. It was a wonderful option to not have to wait on campus for my vehicle & be able to get work done at home.
Good people, easy service appointment, nice place, clean bathrooms, serive takes a little long even with an appointment, and charging to rotate the tires during a routine maintenance is kind of petty.
Outstanding service time after time.The service team have won me over during the first 25k maintenance visits. In December 2019 my catalytic converter was stolen while my truck was parked at the Kern County Museum two days before we were to leave for a big trip we planned in Utah. Medka and the service team worked hard to meet with the insurance adjuster and get a new part ordered the same day so it could be installed the following day. It would be easy to dismiss everything working out as a simple Christmas miracle, but I know that if it were not for Medka and the service team working hard to get everything in place, we would not have been able to take our truck out to the red desert. Thank you so much Medka and all service team members!
Service was slow and didnt deliver the car to us but made us walk all the way through the lot to get it in 100°+ heat. The car wash was lacking since the dirt on the tires and bugs on the hood were vary visible.

Ive owned four different Camrys over the course of 25 years. I have never seen the service department service at its worst. I had an appointment today. Ive been getting nonstop emails about I need a oil change, last time I had it serviced they said come back at 23,000 mi. Then when I get there, he says, you dont really need it yet my mileage was at 21906! Duh! So, I say okay lets just rotate the tires. Then, I find out my wait is going to be an hour and a half. NO. I had an appointment! I should not have to wait an hour and a half to rotate my tires! It does NOT take that long to rotate for tires. I told the rep to bring my car back to me. What really angered me is when they brought my car back out, the trunk was still popped open, they still had the plastic lining on my seat, the paper floor mat and the tags on the windshield. They didnt bother to remove those when they brought my car back out. And they also were nice enough to erase all my Sirius XM channels that I had programmed in-- they were all deleted!!!! I had to add them all back in. I will not be back to this service department. Oh and I used to work here back in the 90s, and I am thoroughly disgusted at the wait time they were going to expect me to just sit through, for an oil change? I dont think so.
No appointment and a Saturday. The got me out the door in 35 minutes when I was expecting over an hour.Great customer service

Weve bought several cars from Bill Wright and had them serviced there. This dealer is organized, well maintained and run well. It does come at a cost because weve found other dealers in the valley and nearby areas to offer cheaper repair costs.Bill Wright does have a better parts center and their custoner waiting area is among the nicest in its class. Free shuttle is available. They have lots of traffic and plenty of staff to handle a large number of vehicles.

The only place that I dont mind waiting for my car because their recreational area is so nice and they even have a small restaurant attached. If you visit multiple times they will try to have you working with the same people.

Loved their customer service, Medka remembers your name and is so helpful plus they wash your car as you leave. The waiting room and bathroom were nice and clean. They are great with the social distancing/masks and have an office to work.
Good experience today usually takes an hour and a half to get car serviced, was in and out in about forty five minutes.
Had appointment and then informed by technician, who says remembers our vehicle, that he told us if check engine light came on again we needed to take to Chevrolet dealership. Neither my husband or myself remember him stating this but he argued with me about it. He was plain rude! A waste of our time as well! My impression is he doesnt respect women because he had an attitude last time we came in. Not with my husband but with me. I know in some cultures the males look down on women and so it seems with this guy. I will look in our paperwork for our Chevy Impala to find out his name and put him on blast. Toyota should watch who they hire or train the employees better in equal treatment of customers.
Excellent service and a spacious, comfortable facility, to boot. They took in my car, printed my paperwork, gave me an accurate wait time, and delivered my car back to me with no hassles. Jose, my service manager, was very professional, and I did not get the impression that he was trying to upsale me on anything. Instead, they simply changed my oil, filled my tires, ran diagnostics, and had me out the door. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience (much better than previous experiences I had at Bakersfield Mazda). Cant say enough good things about Bill Wright.

I came for my leased vehicle with two concerns plus a full service. Even though I had an appointment I was kept in the dark about my vehicle’s progress for more than 3 hours. Jose, my service advisor was rude and unprofessional. I had to inquire to another advisor about the service. Jose never introduced himself prior and couldn’t give me any helpful information about how much longer it would take. Furthermore, he never apologized and reminded me that I had brought the vehicle in for multiple concerns and a full service check.To make matters worse they were still running a diagnostic for the check engine light. The last time I brought my vehicle I was in and out. And Karina was very kind and professional.

I called to see if I need an appointment to bring my Toyota in for servicing or if I can just come in and they assured me I can come in from 8 to 5 five days a week to have my Toyota serviced and I asked if they would put windshield wipers on it for me and they affirm that I could get windshield wipers also. I bought my car from Toyota and I love my car!

Dealer is a diler but the prices go through the roof when I leave I dont know whether to go straight to the bathroom or put up with the urge because it makes me want to go to the bathroom, the expensive prices everywhere and the customers say (oh, you give very expensive) and that the clients remain who give them everything,,,
