Kathy and Adan are always smiling when I come into the office. They are eager to help and take care of any issues I may have with my home. I love living here! Always a great, energetic vibe . Keep up the good work in making people feel welcome. Really does make a huge difference! :)

I love how peaceful it is here! When we have a problem of any sort Brandi is on top of it.She is one of the best management I ever had to deal with! I love the town home itself very spacious!The new girl is just as sweet when we go into the office! The apartment is away from everything,but it is worth the drive to anywhere!

Emily Cates was very helpful on getting us into our apartment here at ReNew Highland Park. She always so enthusiastic and in a very good mood. She was also a very good tour guide as well. In the short time being here, she’s checked up to make sure everything was in working condition and to make sure we were comfortable! I love it here.

This place is the worst, since renew took over my maintenance needs have not been met. They have a big cockroach problem and do nothing about it. I placed a work order for my dishwasher about 3 months ago and still have not gotten a response other than a note that said it needed to be replaced. Ive patiently waited for a new dishwasher for this long. The mail boxes had been broken into and broken this took over 4 months to get fixed and my orders/ mail where stolen there are many issues that are not resolved timely I have requested the coorprate office number multiple times and have been given the same response, we do not have the number to coorprate office I do not suggest renew apartments to anyone. Good luck.

I was very excited about this complex, love the location of it, close to so many things. I experienced great customer service from Samba who showed me the unit and answer all my questions patiently. Really a big shout out to him for all his help. However, I couldnt commit for the unit with a major drawback there’s no washer and dryer inside the unit. Otherwise it would have been a perfect fit!

Very good apartment. And the enthusiastic staff, I should give SAMBA a five-star compliment, because my English is not good, he used an interpreter to communicate with me patiently, his warm and friendly service moved me, I like this community very much, the staff are all The hotel is warm, the service is attentive and the parking lot is perfect because there is always space and the neighbors are usually friendly because they are young and the apartment is modern and equipped with all kinds of appliances. The rent of the community is very cheap, and the location is close to the best residential area in Midlands, only a few minutes away from Wal-Mart, Starbucks, McDonalds, Wing On Building, etc. If you want to rent a house, I strongly recommend you to rent a house in this community, you will find that your choice is right.

Very nice aparenta with hardwood floors. The Leasing Agent Samba was superb with his customer service. He moved me in from zero in two hours. Sorry for making you stay late on A Saturday. Will recommend.

Been there two plus years with no complaints! Older complex but John and the other maintenance man work tirelessly keeping the units nice. When you have a problem they are quick to respond, friendly and clean up! Allie, in the office is very courteous and quick to respond to your requests!

Most disgusting apartments Ive ever seen. DONT SETTLE FOR THESE. I got a blacklight and the carpets were covered in God knows what. Blinds were dirty. The walls were gross. We also had a flood and we tried to call maintenance but they didnt see our issue as urgent.

Terrible plumbing problems and constantly turning off the water. Now that we have moved out, they are trying to charge us for ridiculous fees.

Finally Im somewhere where the people in charge in complex care and value the residents concerns and issues are handle in an fast matter and dont wait weeks to fix our problems. Maintenance Workers are very caring,fast,clean and efficient at what they do.Thank you.John,Juan,Ulisse for your great job and caring efforts.

John (maintenance) worked super quick to get my water leaked fixed! It was an early call and he got done with it super quick, even with having to go to the store for parts.

Love the new name of the place and it is a quiet place to live in

I love Signature place apartments. Its a quiet neighborhood with friendly folks and staff.

I had a massive leak and the maintenance workers were there in a matter of seconds to fix the issue! They were very professional and very nice.

Horrible customer service/satisfaction. They are the most difficult office to get a hold of. They take advantage of every single like fee they can think of. Theyre apartments are really old and they smell. The only time they pay attention to you is when youre giving them rent. Ridiculous rent for a very old mediocre apartment at best.

They will keep any deposit you give them. They will generate fake cleaning fees. Even if you have documented the faults of the apt when you first move in. I left my unit in better shape than when it was turned over to me and low and behold my entire deposit was used as cleaning fee. Work orders will take 10 requests before they are done if at all. They have a no smoking policy, however I would wake up to the smell of cigarettes coming through my vent. Told them about this for months and they never did a thing. Do not rent from Park place.Staff in office is nice but nothing Ever send to get done when there was an issue with the apartment.

We had an appointment. No one was there. No one ever showed up. Had to call several times. Finally got someone. Said they would be there in 5 minutes, never came. They called me 20 minutes later saying sorry already rented it. We wanted the one available next month. We were just trying to get a head start with the process. Had the deposit and everything. Just bad business. Who would want to give them their money after that? Not me.

Ok everyone so i have seen alot of reviews about courtyard and its not like how you all are saying it is.. My ex girlfriend and i have lived here at park square and courtyard for 4yrs strong never have we ever had a problem with Christy or Lora they are the most greatest and resonable people we knew. they will work with you as long as you tell them was going on, they are willing to go above and beyond but you have to meet them half way and we were fine with that because we know they were going to do there part. They work hard night and day, day and night to make sure we were at great standerds..THANK YOU COURTYARD AND PARK SQUARE for being my 1st great apartment experience

Made a 3 month contract .. ended up paying almost 6 months! Bad assistance when i needed help.. they never give you back the deposit!
