I want to take a minute to let the community know about our experience with Renew Holiday Hill Apartments in Midland Texas during the snow storm. Thankfully we have a fireplace to begin with. Second, Carpet was replaced and finally we got a temporary refrigerator within a couple of days. So happy. Finally, we can relax and enjoy our apartment.

This property needs new management and maintenance help

The best part of moving into Renew Holiday Hiill Apartments is the huge living area space. If feels like a how. My husband was surprise with the dish washer and laundry room.

I have had the most amazing experiencing with this apartment complex. I applied, had issues w/ the online application, sent an email and got a call the next day. Set up a tour the next day as well. Completed the application and approved all within 2 days and I can’t wait to move in. The apartment manager, Brittany, is amazing. She’s so friendly and you can tell she loves what she does.

I want to thank Britney in the office she took the time to help me even if it wasn’t beneficial to her, she very polite and informative. Great experience!!! Thank you!!

Fortunately I am no longer living there, although the place is calm and quiet there was a lot of misinformation. After the administration changed at the beginning of the year, everything was a confusion, they began to charge Cable TV, which was supposedly included in the rental value. They charge you many amenities: trash, water, sewer, gas, electricity, pest control, etc. Nothing is included in the rent, I have lived in several places and they always include something here. The worst thing is that we notified more than 60 days in advance of our move and even so they charge us a fee and they did not understand our current situation because of Covid19 where we are not working. Ask everything before taking an apartment here and that everything is in writing and nothing verbally.

My husband,son and I lived here for a little over a year. Its a quiet complex and convenient to everything. The management/office people are great and friendly. We really enjoyed our time living here. Really no complaints at all minus our neighbors didnt know how to ever park in their car port spots correctly but thats not the managements fault. We would reccomend these apartments.

Amazing complex!!! plus Brittney the leasing consultant is such a sweetheart havent seen anyone is her position with such amazing energy she’s good at her job very friendly and helpful if your ever needing to look for a apartment I would highly recommend go to the renew apartment and ask for brittney you won’t regret talking to her👍

It was a decent place to live, I would recommend making sure you know what you are getting into before you rent. It was a fairly safe neighborhood, but for the amount of money we paid for renting, we were severely disappointed with the service.I lacked confidence in the maintenance man, due to the issues we had with our furnace, and a water heater leak, all of which we had to bring in outside experts before the issues were resolved.Management is also very difficult to get in touch with, every time I tried to call the front office while living in these apartments, it would take multiple phone calls over a series of days to make contact with anyone, and every time I left a message I never received a call back.

Glad I chose these apartment. They are in a great location. I feel safe here and its usually quiet, except for the cars passing by and you can hear the upstairs neighbors moving around. Other than that, I am able to look past that and enjoy staying here.

Brittney Anders goes above and beyond for those in the ReNew family! She cares about her residents and will find a way to take care of you.

We love living here! Such a quiet small community. Great place for families and in a great school district!

We have been living here for about 1 year now and we LOVE IT!The staff is AMAZING and as long as you communicate with them they try to help you any way they can. The service man is super fast and efficient! We never have had any problems with bugs or rodents. I have two kids ages 9 and 6 and I feel comfortable enough to let them walk around the complex. The pool is gorgeous and the landscaping is always kept up! Its a quite complex even though its right off Holiday Hill Rd. We love it and you will too!

I absolutely love living here, very clean and well kept. The people are friendly. The manager is extremely nice and is very active in keeping you informed as well as keeping in touch.! Maintenance is very quick to come to your aid if whenever needed.!

I could not be more pleased with this complex. I am relocating from the DFW area to Midland for work and was lucky enough to stumble upon this complex. First impression driving up-Its quaint, well kept, and clean! Everything a single female is looking for...I was able to catch a resident and quiz them a bit about how they enjoyed the complex, in which she stated she loved it. Kerri H. (office MGMT) was amazing! She was so helpful and accommodating with my situation. Having not lived in an apartment in some time, I had a lot of questions and Kerri was so patient with me and more than willing to take the time to talk to me and assist me in whatever I threw at her. The complex is older, BUT they are renovating units and modernizing with the times. Carport is incl, Cable is incl, and deposits are not outrageous. I even believe rent is appropriate for the area, and size of unit. I really look forward to calling this little gem home.

They messed up my deposit and made me pay for it again. They don’t care, all they want is money.

Weve been here since 2016 Overall the complex itself is quiet. There is alot of loud music/noise from local businesse Little woodrow Mon-Sun.Which keeps us from restful nights sleep .Other than that the management is very friendly and if you have a concern they reply quickly. Bailey is great and always lsitens to your concerbs and tries to address them quickly.The maintenance is normally very quick to address problems. The grounds are usually very clean. It is a very pet friendly community with a little dog park area. The apartments themselves arent super fancy they can use some updating, but overall it is quiet cozy. The pool is maintained and kept clean. We have enjoyed living here for the most part. Cable is provided thru complex with reduced cost to residents. The complex is close to shopping and dining. One covered parking is included with apartment.I would recommend the complex to others. But just be aware the music from nearby bar resonates into your apartment sometimes. If youre ok with that then its a good place for you. We probably wont be staying and will transfer to a sister property due to the noise. I like the Simply Better properties .
