Unprofessional! Checked-in online and in the store. I was 1 on the waiting list on-deck after waiting 20 minutes and was then bumped to 3 with a fresh 30 minute wait. Total BS!! Stylist lied to my face about moving a special person up the list by taking me off the list. I was sitting there when it happened.

Absolute joke....I had to wait for 1 hr before I was seen while 2 girls were in the back room laughing and wasting time while there was people waiting. This was NOT the first time this happened. Pathetic!

Apparently they get to pick your haircut because the women I had was arguing and telling me how i get my haircut while I explained how I wanted it done

First time here and it was amazing, Sam had great customer service and my experience was great with everyone who worked there, I will definitely be going back as moving into the area recently i’m glad i chose this place of many.

Ive been going to Sport Clips since they first opened. To be honest not all stylists are alike. But I have always had a favorite who does great work and is friendly and personable. Sam was my stylist at another store for years. I visited the store where she is now managing this weekend. Quality haircut and visit as always. I hope Sport Clips realizes what a quality employee and person she is.

Sam is amazing at her job. Never was into styling or cutting my hair. I gave her free reign and feel like I look amazing. She was personable and friendly. Would recommend!

This location is amazing. I only go to this location because the managers Amanda and Nicki are amazing. If they ever got separated I would take my business elsewhere. Amanda cuts my hair every time and gives the best cuts I’ve ever had!

Wonderful staff, and a great place to watch sports while waiting to get your hair did. Urban slang for getting your hair cut/done. What I like the most about Sports Clips is that the shop mainly caters to mens haircuts. 😊👌

Best haircut I have ever got. I am pretty particular about my hair and usually am not happy with a haircut I get but this place, specifically Jamie, blew me away. Cool fun stylist who arent afraid to do something different or take control of what haircut their experience tells them that you should have.

Sam does such a great job definitely would recommend her to anyone so if you need a cut this is definitely the place to go

Absolutely horrible haircut here, the stylist cut off over double what was asked for. There was a language barrier, but even after describing the haircut in Spanish, she still managed to give an abysmal haircut. However, the assistant manager was incredibly helpful and understanding, which massively improved our experience here.

My boyfriend got his hair cut here. It looked horrible and was way to short and not what we had in mind for our special day. The lady up front was awfully rude. I think her name was Valerie. She had the worst attitude ive ever seen. Absolutly terrible.

Use the online app to make appointment that said to arrive in 10 minutes, so I did. But sat there for 20 minutes waiting. Not very accurate

Do a good job overall and ok at handling busy days but not the best. Unless youre into all the extras like hot towel, neck massage, etc its pretty expensive for just a haircut. Would suggest many other places for kids or people looking for a haircut without trying to be upsold into other services.
