The staff is amazing! Angela went above and beyond to help my needs she truly is a blessing.These are great apartments in a great area. They are a 3 years old and are in really great condition inside out. the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to help your needs, I will always recommend it to others.

The process of leasing an apartment at this facility could not be easier. I made a phone call to inquire about available units on a Tuesday afternoon. I was moved in by Wednesday morning. They had exactly what I needed at the price I needed it to be. Seamless process, beautiful property, helpful staff, and seamless leasing process. Could not recommend highly enough. Good neighborhood, close to shopping, Great access to highways, could not ask for more.

I have been to and walked through 6 different apartment complexes in midland today and this one by FAR was the best. As soon as you walk in the door the hospitality was so welcoming it made you feel as though you had lived there for years! The apartments are so spacious and updated and clean. And the pricing is unbeatable! I am so thankful I found this place. If you are needing a home I would definitely recommend coming here first.

The application process was very seamless and the prices are extremely affordable. By far the best apartment complex I’ve toured so far in Midland! The staff here was extremely helpful and generous, very kind and understanding. I believe the woman’s name who helped me it was Angela and she did a phenomenal job! I cannot see more great things about this place.

I looked at nearly every apartment in midland and this is the one. The staff was great, friendly, patient and helped me complete my application every step of the way. It’s at the right location and there are a lot of good deals. The one bedrooms are big and spacious.

I don’t live there but my daughter lived there for a year. The FIRST time the Manager was rude is when I was dropping off my daughters rent for her. She was out of town and asked me to drop off. My daughter always paid rent on time (the 1st) never late. However, when I went by to pay, the Manager didn’t want to come all the way in the office… in a rude voice “out it on the table”. Okay that was the first time…. The second I went by the Manager just walked some future tenants out about 5:10 p.m., I went up to the door and it was locked. I knocked on the door so I could drop off my daughters keys and she would not come to door. So I waited inside my car to see if she would eventually unlock the door. I waited for at least 15 minutes and when I looked beside me she ran to get in her car quickly (guess she came from the back). I stopped and told her I needed to drop off my daughters keys and she told me “I already set the alarm” and for me to put the keys in an envelope and put under rug by office. THAT’S A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WAY OF DOING THINGS… then she got in her car and left. The Manager(RED HAIR) lady is not management material and should be investigated by the owners. I’ve never dealt with this type of person before and I do not recommend as long as she’s working there.

Absolutely beautiful apartments couldn’t wait to move in. They had everything I was looking for. They even had trash pick which was awesome especially because I was living on the third floor. I simply loved the apartment, Desiree Reyes was so patient and welcoming, I hope to be a resident soon, the complex was beautiful .

I lived here for almost 1 year and half. They change office staff almost as fast as I change underwear. Never took care of loud neighbors even after over 5 complaints. Office would be open at random times. The office members literally told us they do not check the voicemail machine so dont leave a voicemail. To top it off however we told them in advance we were moving out asked if there was anything we needed to do especially to get our damage deposit back. They said no, however we still took the time to deep clean the apt. 3 months later I get a letter saying Ive been sent to debt collections even though i paid my account off.No thanks, Ive wasted enough time. Ive contacted the president of RAM property management and if need be Ill have my lawyer contact you.

This is a luxury apartment complex with the best prices in town, a beautiful Clubhouse with pool table big screen TV, complete gym, and swimming pool. I highly recommend it to anybody if there is any problem they fix it immediately. Just ask for Angela for very professional service

Very Happy with my experience so far. Very friendly and understanding staff. This leasing office always responds to phone calls or immediately gives the option to call back, and always does follow up. They also offer very good specials, and variable lease terms. Very quick application process and response, quality service, wonderful amenities, and great one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartment with only one floor plan per category to make things simple and easy when choosing. The management team was very understanding with my request to have my own washer and dryer, and meeting my deadlines and needs. This place really is all about the customer service experience, very respectful. I am usually a harsh critic, but they have definitely exceeded my expectations which really happens!

Moved into Mesquite Terraces 2 months ago, have lived in several apartments in Midland, this is by far the number one place I have lived at, more than I expected, Office and Maintenance have taken great care of me.

Such an amazing team! They answered all of my questions and really went above and beyond for me. Desiree was so nice and the property manager Heather really made me feel welcomed. Definitely an oasis here in the west Texas desert

Poor Maintenance. I called the office in the morning to report the problem because my toilet got clogged. After multiple calls the maintenance guy finally arrived, which is understandable due to busy schedule. The guy went in the restroom and checked something and said he will return with some tools and then never showed up????? Whats the point in making someone suffer like this. I finally fixed it myself somehow. Lack of management and poor maintenance.

I’ve lived here for 2 years and absolutely love it here! I’m a traveling nurse and the location makes my commute hassle free. My neighbors are friendly and I feel comfortable here.

Do not Rent at this place. Manager is on a Power Trip. She will revoke your swimming pool privileges for no reason. She will lie about what you did just to kick you out. She obviously is not Manager Material and would suggest to her Boss that they investigate and ask tenants about her Temperament. Dont be Fooled by Her Fake Smile. If i could leave a negative Star it would be a Negative 100 stars. Im sure there are more complaints about her attitude that arent Put on Here. Mesquite Terrace, i highly recommend you check Her out with your other Tenants. For those of you Leaving Positive Reviews, give it some time and you will eventually see through that fake smile of the Female Manager.

When in the meeting with Desiree I was grateful to recognize how she spoke with such professional adequate tone and respect of her customers and work place. She was very informant of the apartments and such a great help in taking care of my self and roommate. The lawn and buildings were very upkept and well taken care of.Thank you mesquite terraces for being such a great help and thank you Desiree for helping and answering every question I had.

I initially spoke with John about putting in an application to rent an apartment. He was extremely helpful and took the time to answer all of our questions and then some. The staff in general was very welcoming and did not seem bothered by my screaming toddler, which is a plus. It seems like this place has a wonderful community with staff that is responsive to any concerns you may have while simultaneously making you feel at home. Additionally, the amenities are a huge plus when youre a busy mom who barely has time to go to the gym. The lobby looks like a luxury hotel and makes you feel like youre getting your moneys worth living here. Most importantly, the apartment complexes are newly renovated and equipped with every household appliance necessary.

Very nice people easy process

I went to the apartment complex with my family earlier this year. Desiree was so kind, answering questions that my family and I had about the apartments. We also took a tour of an apartment, and she explained the application process very well. Desiree and the other employees have been very accommodating and understanding whenever we speak to them. The complex is very nice and has a great environment for families.

Mesquite Terraces is a very nice place to live. I really enjoy it. Maintenance is very prompt and the front desk people are very welcoming. The pool is nice and workout facility has more than other complexes in town. The other residents are very nice as well. They have had major improvements in their staff since I first moved in June.

We lived in this apartment over a year. One of the most beautiful living experience we ever had. It is wide, spacious and well maintained. They always stay on the top of the service call. The people working in the office are always helpful. I had to cancel my lease because of my military order of deployment and people in the leasing office helped me and made the transition easier. If i ever come back to midland again, this place will definitely be the top of my list again.
