I have been going to CC since they opened. AMAZING customer service. Immaculate and sanitary. I used to get my nails done for years and then stopped because I couldn’t find a good nail salon and then I discovered CC. Very relaxing clean and the staff is beyond professional. I can go up to 4 weeks without a fill with no problem. They take their time with each customer and the service is the best I’ve come across. The owner Michelle goes above and beyond for her customers and extremely nice. Highly recommend!

I made an appointment at 5pm yesterday, it was my first time. Hand sanitizer was available as well as a contact less head thermometer as I signed myself in. I was greeted with a smile and hello right away. My nail tech was very nice her name was Nancy. I showed her a picture of the color I wanted for my toes and she picked the color spot on. As well as my blue French nails to match my dress for an upcoming wedding. She took her time and did a beautiful job. The best pedicure and shellac manicure Ive ever received! I will be back, thank you!

I have been going to CC nails since they first opened, well I have been following Michelle since I met her 8 years ago! This place never disappoints! Nobody’s perfect but when an issue is addressed like not liking the shape of my toenails it’s fixed..My Nails are always bomb, that’s because Michelle is very meticulous about her work. CC Nails is the cleanest nail salon I have ever been to and not treated like a number!

Its hit or miss, have been going here for almost 2 years quality of services has declined. Pedicures has gone down hill. If you are not a regular you get stuck with a tech who has no idea what they are doing. Best thing is that its a peaceful environment and they follow COVID 19 protocols. I never write reviews but felt this was needed for people considering going here. I’ve been going to CC nails for years now. I would consider myself a regular but after my latest experience, I will not be returning. My favorite nail tech ever was Mandy. She was the only one I’d go to and did my nails PERFECTLY! I was told she was on vacation and couldn’t do my nails the last time I was in. I was annoyed but let the other nail tech do them. Within a day of getting dip powder they were chipping. I went back and they were more than happy to redo the entire dip set for free - except that lasted me only a week before 2 of them broke and some are chipping. They also lied to me. Mandy wasn’t on vacation, she quit. They quality is going downhill at this salon. I’m very disappointed as this was my favorite place to go to. It’s not just me that is unsatisfied. My friends and family have been going here for years too and they will not be returning. Sad.

I’ve been going to CC Nails for over a year now and absolutely love it. Every time I go everyone is always very helpful and do an amazing job. I get asked all the time about my nails and I always recommend CC. Cleanliness is a huge must for especially the times we live in now and they have great setup when you come in there’s hand sanitizer, and a check in for your temperature with a login book. Michelle and Joy are always so great and truly make it a relaxing and pleasant experience. Highly recommended salon if you want beautiful nails, peaceful ambiance and a place to just relax and get pampered.

Get my nails done here since I moved up here last year I would like to say I am a good customer. A few times I’ve been their it was either I didn’t like how they did my pedicure or my mani overall I do like the service and the restrictions they take to make sure every customer has to their temperature taken before entering all the way. I would just say that the owner should make sure whoever she hires knows exactly what they’re doing because that reflects on your business.

I come here every 3 weeks to get my nails done by Mandy! The staff are always lovely and professional and the establishment is clean. My friend and I usually book our appointments together with Mandy and Michelle, and they are both amazing at their jobs. Highly recommend!

Absolutely just not going there ever again. They raised their pedicure price to 35. They demand at least a $5 tip. My polish chiped the next day and they fixed it but were very rude about it. They made me feel uncomfortble . Not my fault your polish chipped not even 24 hours later .... and the owner Michele is very rude herself. Done going here. Go to perfect nails in Chester. Such a better salon and the regular polish pedicure lasts over 3 weeks. Unlike CC nail which lasts a few days...... lmao

Mandy is so devoted and artistic. Super happy with my nails. It’s been hard to find a place with good craft coming from the city. Definitely will come back and it’s super clean. Very covid aware. Nancy did such a great job with my pedicure as well.

What a great salon!! I get my nails done every 2 weeks there . They stick to the schedule. Staff absolutely hands down the friendliest and most professional people in the business. It is so clean and inviting. You are treated like a princess here. CC Nail- Best Salon in town !***UPDATE***So now my favorite nail salon has been transformed into a safe, clean and sanitized nail salon. Once they were able to open, they had only the best for their customers . Temperature check table, hand sanitizer and masks at the front entrance . All seats are covered, partitions next to the seats at the nail booths and at the pedicure area. Staff wears masks, face shields, smocks and gloves . These are the times we’re in now so I feel protected .

Very nice and clean and did not have to engage in unnecessary conversation with the nail technician. However I did not like how the nails came out. First they didn’t have the materials to do the three styles i showed. Then ended up getting plain full set. It was too long and uneven. Even though it’s a long drive I ended up driving to my old salon straight from here and was able to get everything in the style I wanted and costed lot less than this place.

I finally thought I found my nail spot.. and then I didn’t. I religiously get my nails done with dip powder every 2 weeks and my regular nail salon was slacking lately so I thought I’d give this place a try. I loved how clean the shop was and the professional environment, and I had my nails done by Joy. The shaping and whole experience was wonderful, and I was so excited to find a new spot! Almost 2 weeks in my nails cracked and I didn’t think it was abnormal as it was close to the two week mark so the next time I went I asked Joy to make them a little shorter/thicker. She said we’d leave them a little long and if they cracked we’d change them next time, so I obliged. On Thursday I paid 130$ (with tip) to have a powder manicure and gel pedicure, and on Tuesday my nail was cracked. Today I called the shop around 4 and asked if I could just have the one nail fixed. I mentioned I was in the area and if anyone was available shortly I could come or I could schedule after work the following day. The woman on the phone proceeded to tell me they only do repairs after 7pm. I explained to her I don’t live in Middletown and that I didn’t want to go all the way home to then come all the way back at 7 so I could come tomorrow. She again stated tomorrow they only do repairs after 7 and that I didn’t understand; i completely understood and Was super frustrated and stated I’d just go somewhere else and her reply was okay and hanging up. I called back because again I had just spent $130 days prior and she finally asked how far away I was, I told her I could be there in 10 mins and she said fine. I arrive and call per their policy and she says she’ll call when they’re ready for me. 20 mins later I drove away and received the call half way home; needless to say I won’t be coming here anymore. I don’t expect them to drop everything and accommodate me at the moment but I do expect them to fit me in for one single nail of powder dip with more than 24 hours notice after spending a significant amount of money there.

I am consistently beyond satisfied with my nails every time I leave my appointment. The quality of work is amazing and your nails will last! They have so many quality nail polish options (I always use the Opi brand and I am always satisfied!). They always ask when shaping your nails if your happy with the result before moving forward to the polish. They are extremely sanitary and follow all cdc guidelines. The environment is beautiful and they always play relaxing music. It’s truly an experience when you go get your nails done! The pedicures are so relaxing and they give the best massages and use great products. They have so many options to chose from from type of pedicure to scents used. Every nail technician that I have had here was great and very passionate about their work. They all truly want you to feel happy when you leave. I have been getting my nails done for 15 years and I wish I found this place sooner! I’ve been going here for a little over a year now and I’ll never switch! I highly recommend this nail salon. If you as a client walk out of here unhappy it would be your own fault for not speaking up because they are committed to you loving the end result! P.S. Michelle is fabulous and truly runs an amazing salon!

I really enjoyed going to this salon, they always did a good job and it is very clean. However, their customer service skills are terrible. I called on a Saturday to make an appointment for Sunday. She scheduled my appointment for 4pm Sunday. She took my name and phone number. I show up at 3:50pm on Sunday, and Im told I dont have an appointment. I recounted my conversation the previous day, confirmed that I called their number. Instead of trying to accommodate me, or apologizing, she told me I was wrong and argued with me. Sadly I will not be going back.

I have been going to CC Nails in Middletown, NY on Route 211 since January and I LOVE IT. I used to drive to Nassau County, where I’m from, to get my nails done, but now I am able to get much better, peaceful service done at a professional high-end salon. Michelle does my nails and Joanne does my feet. I LOVE the experience and so does my HUSBAND!!! Most importantly, they are following ALL of the covid precautions to ensure their team and their customers are kept safe every time. They only do gel fill-ins, but it is a much sturdy fill without the harmful smell. You pay for the attention and the professionalism but I wouldn’t go to any other place. Spotless and professional.

Since reopening, the 3 times I have gone in the quality has declined. The first time I had 2 crooked nails. 1 nail broke in 3 days. Was told gel would last longer.Second time I paid to have the nail fixed and a fill in. It was so thin the first nail broke in 24 hours. The second within 5 days. You could see clear through the nail polish.Third and final time I got 2 nails fixed and a fill in. That was Sept 8th. 3 nails are gone. Gel is thin as tissue. The pedicure scrub is cheap and she ignored the callus on the bottom of my foot as well as ignored painting a toe because it looks funny. (Its disfigured) but still printable.

I came here bc my regular nail tech was booked. I dont think i will ever go to another nail salon ever again. I work with my hands so in the past i had to keep going back to fix a nail. This lady Joy, i think was her name, is 100% talented, nice friendly & she was multitasking like a BOSSSS! I purposely have not gone back for a fill in yet. CC Nail is honestly one of the best nail salons in Middletown! The decor is very elegant, the place is clean/neat, and the music is very soothing for a relaxed experience. The book set up they have to see every nail polish they have makes it very easy for me to choose a color. Everyone pays great attention to detail when it comes to their work. I never have an issue getting an appointment when needed. They are mostly appointment only, but they will take walk ins and accommodate if they have time!

Call the nail salon was told to come in, they can take me right in.. went to the salon. Employees not Interested in making money not one employee acknowledge me.. sat for 15 mins.. going back to top nail..least they acknowledge there customers..

I have been coming to CC Nail Spa since the day they opened their doors on August 8th, 2018. I cannot express enough how I love this place and the entire staff. The atmosphere is very serene, calming and clean. I love the way my nails and toes look every visit. Although my go to girl is Michelle (and Joy for my Pedi) the entire staff (Joanna, Mindy, Eric) is highly skilled to fill in in their absence. CC Nail Spa is an asset to this area. I will be coming here for years to come. ❤Please call ahead to make an appointment; the staff books up fast. They are very considerate of your time, so if they run a little ahead or behind, they even give you a courtesy call.

I needed my nails done ASAP!!! (5/15/19) and where I normally go I already knew that I would have to wait or couldnt get an appointment.....So I looked at salons on 211 and remembered a while ago that there was a New Nail Salon next to AT&T. I checked out the reviews and was impressed with what I read......so I went there hoping to be seen by someone/anyone because I was in need for my nails to be done.....I went in and I was VERY IMPRESSED!! The place was clean and immaculate there was nice soothing music playing to put you in that relaxing mood it was also nice to hear, I was like YES! I approach the desk and I was greeted and asked what I would like and I told the lady that I needed a Gel Fill and she checked her book and said that I can take you but not until later I told her no problem I can come back....I came back and I am truly happy that I did..... I loved the way she (Michelle) later found out her name how Michelle did my nails she did my nails with such care and not rushed she took her time but yet she was fast and professional!! To top it off they also give you Hot Stone Massage VERY RELAXING!!!! Even the other staff was also friendly as well......I told Michelle I will be coming back I made an appointment for the following Monday to get a Pedicure since they were closing at the time!! I would recommend this Nail Salon for sure!!

I heard good things and got a card for the place i planned on going there but wanted to check the price for a full set of acrylic nails. I called 3 times and there was no response so unprofessional.

As walk-ins, my daughter and I had a very welcoming relaxing experience.. we got pedicures and a10 minute foot massage was included😳!! OMGGGGGG 💥 amazing!!! Most places charge you extra $$ for foot massages.. UGH SMH 😲.. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND👍and will Return!!

Couldnt tell you about the service. I walked in on a Saturday at 6. (They close at 8.) There was noone waiting but every station was full. So my daughter and I would be able to be helped by whichever of the 8ish nail techs that finished first. I was told there was no time to help me today because they had 2 people coming back soon. So.... all 8 techs were going to take the last 2 hours of the day helping those 2 people!?

If I could give this place no stars, I would!!! this place is a total rip off!!!! I went to try this place out for the first time and the lady had nerve to tell me that people go there because its 30% off and I said I work and I do not care about the 30% percent I did care that they kept changing the amount on me. This place is the Best! Whoever left that bad review must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed that day!!!!!! Michelle, Joy, Sahm and Joanna are the sweetest! They are excellent at what they do and always are happy and friendly!!!! We have a blast when i come in! They are like family!!!! I never have to wait long and Michelle knows how to do all of the designs i want! Joy does my eyebrows perfectly !!!! My kids whom are 12 and 13 love these ladies as well!!!!
