My experience here was horrible!!! When I arrived I was sold a more expensive ($270) car wash (from Mike) than I wanted because I had time constraints. However I was promised the vehicle would be ready at an agreed upon time, that would allow me ample time to get to where I needed to be. 20 minutes past my promised completion time I started asking questions and was walked all over the property getting different answers from each person the cashier brought me to. I then out of frustration just asked for my vehicle back as is because I needed to leave urgently. Jose the so called manager who doesnt speak English told me that he it would be just 5 more minutes. When I asked to speak to his superior he repeatedly struggled to informed me that they were on vegas whatever that means... When I finally got my vehicle back I could tell the job was rushed and not what was sold to me.

Good carwash service. Have had a monthly auto pay plan for about 16 months; staff and managers have been great. Highly recommend this car wash and service station...😎

I have been coming to this location for over 10 years and up until now I had zero issues. Well, one of their irresponsible workers caused $350 worth of damage to my passenger side door (BRAND NEW VEHICLE). Owner was very dismissive and basically said not his problem. I seriously considered filing chargers against this location for damages but knew the chances of getting any type of restitution from this place was slim to none. BEWARE!!!!

Toms family car wash is under new ownership and it is fantastic. Great service and a well run business.

Toms Family Car Wash was FANTASTIC! I had a huge mark on my hood that nobody else could get out and they did with their detailing service. They did such a thorough job. I watched one of the guys go over the same area several times, reassessing his job in-between each time until he was satisfied that he got a scratch completely out. When I went out to my car one of the owners, Mark was going over every aspect himself. I literally feel like I have a brand new car. OH AND... I got an oil change at the same time! While waiting, I listened to the owner say hi and sincerely carry on multiple conversations. They have taken this car wash to the next level! I am happy to say I will keep coming back.

Tom,s family car wash in gilbert performed oil change on my wife,s 2013 venza on 26 Aug 2021 and did not install oil drain plug gasket which resulted in oil leak (car #822 LP # AYZ3948-AZ).called manager to make them aware & he hung up during our call. Called back numerous times to make them aware & never recieved call back or response. Ending up changing oil again at toyota dealership to install oil drain plug gasket that was never installed. Terrible service and I attached pics on Yelp review also..

Wish we could give them no stars. A week ago we brought our car in for an oil change and detail. There were problems with the crew washing the car from the very beginning. It took our car interior two days to dry in the Arizona heat. Once our interior did dry there was a very bad smell like human fecal matter. Today my husband hand scrub the interior of our vehicle and discovered what looked like poop smears under the floor mats. Beyond disgusted; $140 and their crew tried to ruin our vehicle.

Just moved to the area. Typically use Costco car wash. But, not in North Scottsdale. This place is awesome. The detail to washing your investment here is super. Pre wash it prior to going through the process. Keeps.my baby looking good. I bought a monthly pass. Without trying it out. I am very happy and appreciated that they are family owned. Just like Lindstrom in Arcadia area.

I brought my 99 Suburban in to get the inside cleaned up. Owner Tom said he could buff out most of the streaks. Its an older vehicle and I wasnt really concerned about it but did it anyways. They said to pick it up at 3:00.Long story short it wasnt ready till 6:00. The guy doing that work said he was by himself. The truck was shining nicely but the buffing made NO difference with the streaks. My carpets were completely soaked and left condensation on the inside of the windows so the windows were dirty.Piss poor job... Never again from this guy.

My car wash included an interior vacuum, but I’m not sure what they vacuumed. There was dirt, crumbs, and leaves left throughout the vehicle. They did a decent job of cleaning the exterior of the car. When they were finished, nobody told me they were done so I sat in the lobby for an extra 15-20 minutes before I inquired about their being done.Staff was friendly enough but service was poor overall.

The short version: Don’t rent from Uhaul. They’ll do everything wrong and then blame you.The long version: I moved my household goods from AZ to CA this week. Monday, I went to my designated pick up point, SSC Auto Repair, on the day I had reserved a truck to begin my move. I was quickly informed that there was no truck available for me there despite having made my reservation weeks prior.The desk attendant called Uhaul and was informed that my pick up location had been moved and that Uhaul had called me to tell me I had a new pick up location. I stated that I had not received any such call. Upon further investigation into my phone records I saw that I had a call from an unknown number that when googled was indeed Uhaul but they left no message. (Strike one for Uhaul.) The attendant was able to locate my new pick up point and give me the address.I now headed to Tom’s Family Car Wash in Gilbert. Upon arriving there I was met by a distressed employee who informed me that their system was down and so her manger was requiring her to do all equipment check ins and check outs on her personal smart phone. She was the only employee at the desk and was responsible for managing the Uhaul orders as well as help all other customers who came to the desk for their car wash payments.This employee was clearly stressed and in need of assistance. She had not been given sufficient training on how to complete Uhaul orders and was unfamiliar with the functions of her phone. She called three times for her manager, Allison, to come help her. Allison would come and give limited assistance then leave again instead of staying to walk her employee through each of the steps she needed to take or at the very least be on standby to help other customers who came to the line.The employee did her best to complete my order but her manager should have done more to support her staff and provide better customer service.

Been coming here for months. So disappointed of the last few jobs. And they are not wheeling to te do it.

They were ok. Thomas was helpful in setting up the unlimited plan for me. I will try for a month.

The best place to get your car washed.

Got my car cleaned earlier this week and they broke my back seat cup holders. The drawer must have been rammed shut because it was open when I brought it in and shut when I got it back. Wont open(-: so I DON’T recommend at all.

This place was fast, thorough, friendly and well priced! The owner himself greeted me while I was waiting and thanked me for my business and asked for feedback and offered a 48hr rain check. I’ll definitely be back!

The first person we spoke to was very nice and helpful, unfortunately she was not able to help us and had to direct us to another person. This second person was rude and unhelpful. She just did whatever she wanted with our info without asking for our input including “emailing” our receipt when we never gave her permission to do that instead of printing it (which we would have preferred) AND we had never even given her our email address, so who knows where she sent it off to. We had never been to this establishment before today, and we will NEVER be back again.

Helpful employees for what was involved in the wash. They provided free cleaning towels and wipes. The free vacuuming after was great.

I highly recommend Toms Family Car Wash, friendly, helpful and great personal value!! We had a flat tire and parked right across the parking lot from Toms business, he was a blessing to meet, helped my son change his flat tire without hesitation! Ive never had someone approach and help me like Tom and his employee did! There are still good people with great value out there!

Very good car wash. I took my new Chevy pickup truck there. Got a hand wash and wax and my truck looks brand new. Really good service.

I was told it was a 2 hour job and was charged $100 up front. I returned about 10 minutes later to get something I forgot in my car and the job was done. I was charged $100 for a job that took 5 minutes and they did not adjust the charges.

This is a carwash I never really noticed down the street from my home. As I entered the property I could not actually find the carwash because there isnt very visible signage. The website wasnt working to check services. I did the cheapest carwash, I was impressed that the workers hand scrubbed my car, then my car went through the auto wash, finally my car was hand dried. You really get your money worth here. I would highly recommend this wash

Great Service! I took my car in for an oil change yesterday and was greeted by the technician with a smile. Then I walked over to their convenience store for a cup of coffee and got the same great service!My oil change came with a free car wash and when the service was complete I was greeted by the owner Tom with the same professional service. I highly recommend Toms Family Car Wash where they really do treat you like family. :)

Theyre quick and professional

My truck had a 1000+ mile road trip through Colorado mountains (offroad), with two sheddy dogs in the cab. I have been to car washes all over. The attention to detail here is incredible. I live in the neighborhood, and I am glad I tried these guys out. On top of it...they are family-owned!

I work here and it is my number one priority to make sure our customers are happy to the best of my ability. If ever you have any questions dont hesitate to ask. Our new owner is truly kind he and his brother. They push us to want to do better and we are getting better day by day.

Man they have really cleaned this place up!What a difference the new owner has made. I am no longer afraid of needing to use the bathroom. The gas prices are always a little bit cheaper and the convenience store has a great selection.

Went in for oil change and engine air filter change. When i got my car back, there was dirt all over passenger seat and floor mats were not put back, they were thrown to side. Now i am questioning if oil change and air filter change was done correctly

Went there to get a Tonto Day Pass that is 8$ and they were wanting to charge close to 12$. Considering it is for a national forest i dont know how legal that is. I say do t go here find another location that has them for 8$ like they are supposed to be.
