I came to get a money order and they had all of the customers less than 6ft from each other.This is concerning to me because of the pandemic we are in. So, Initially I applied for a loan online however I guess I was not approved but I spoke with someone over the phone and she told me to come into the store to ask for her I went to the store a soon a I walk In all the ladies greeted me, which instantly made me feel welcomed I was help by a young lady name Ashley she stood out the most, don’t get me wrong when I came in all the ladies where nice however Ashley was great!! She made me feel very comfortable, I had a great conversation with her she simply made me feel okay about the unfortunate situation I was in. I have been with this locations for over 7 years. These are great customer representative that work in this store even though most have move on. I was shocked to find out they did not win the Xmas Tree decorating. Really they put a lot of time in their tree and to be knocked out by a coke video. About 2 years ago I had given this a 1 star due to lack in customer service. Today I give it 4 stars due to smoothing out the kinks and speeding up the process with apps.This is a great alternative to getting a secured credit card. Wont help raise your credit but the basis is the same. Get loan, pay it back with a small interest fee when due.

I had a good experience especially with Ms. Selene who assisted me on my visit.

Terrible they don’t want me to take out an installment loan because i can afford to pay them off before the interest accumulates. See the trick is to pay more than the minimum payment on the installment loans because what they do not tell you is when you only pay the minimum you are only paying interest that has accumulated since the last payment which is how they keep those big loans going so long and draining so much of your money. They are greedy and are not looking out for the customers best interest in the end. I worked for them before and so many people only pay the minimum payment they set you up on; and come back a year or 2 later to find out they still have a balance of $2000 if not more. Their objective is to keep you in debt. And if you are too smart and make too much money they will punish you and take away the installment loans from you and Try and report you to the cops. And tell you you are not using the loan for it’s intended purpose as if they can tell you the reason you need money. It would seem as if you would want me to pay you back. But that’s because speedy cash is a wanna be bank. And honestly the best thing to do is get your credit together and just go threw your bank.
