After having a bad service 20 mins prior I came here. They took my nails off and redid them. The girl was amazing. Friendly, professional and very down to earth. I wish I caught her name. She sits right behind the cash register. I high recommend her and will be traveling the 3.5 hrs to get them done again. Thank you for taking my nightmare and turning into a million dollars.

Rude and horrible service! Watch out cause they are literally stealing money. They make their own prices whenever they feel like it. Got a gel fill that’s $30 dollars, shape 5…, got charged 41.. I asked them why and they didn’t even know what to say and replied with because they cut my nails shorter!!!!

First time going here, not a long wait probably about 20-25 minutes … Lulu did my feet and nails and even though I changed my mind 5 times she didn’t get upset or made me feel rushed …definitely will return for my filling

If you don’t want to spend a lot of money and need a pedicure than it’s ok. You have to wait a long time. So don’t have plans. No one will give you a time of how long the wait will be. I wanted a flower design on my two large toes and they said that would be extra. You were entitled to a free design with the pedicure. I didn’t ask for an extravagant design. They like to draw lines swerved and that’s their design. Yes, I have gone other places where they draw a simple flower. They can be a little rude at times in how they speak to customers. The place is clean.

Amazing job! They were super fast while still giving you the small extra treatment that counts for no extra charge, Like wiping your nails down before painting them with a warm towel and giving you a little hand massage with lotion. And my nails look beautiful. I will absolutely be going back. Found my new nail spot!

If you asked me a week ago I’d say this is a good places with affordable prices. Ask me now I say HORRIBLE! I recommend my mom this place and so she went and they did such an awful job. My mom is Hispanic so she can’t speak English that well. So when the nail tech was painting her nails he wasn’t painting all the way to the cuticle!!! So my mom told him “to much space please paint more down” hence her English isn’t well. AND he told her that’s extra if I go all the way down. WHAT IN THE WORLD. I’ve never been to a nail place where they charge extra for painting the whole freaking nail. So I genuinely feel she was taken advantage of since her English isn’t well. I called to put a complain and the lady on the phone HUNG UP. BEST believe That my moms going to get her money back

Very unprofessional! Once the lady finished painting my nails it was very streaky, so I politely asked her to take it off and change the color. I paid 50$ after all, you’d think they’d understand but instead she gave me an attitude. I went to another tech to fix it and the lady literally shooed me away and told me to get out of her chair, to “sit somewhere else because she had another customer waiting”. Their costumer service is not only awful but thier work is unexceptable as well.

Terrible experience!! They were so much more accommodating when they first opened. I always feel rushed now, they dried my hands with a ripped washcloth, and no longer give back massages while your nails are drying. I will never go back again!

They had a nasty attitude just because I asked for one more coat because the color was streaky... My sister had the same problem nasty attitudes because we werent satisfied with the finished look yet we paid 80 dollars for everything. All I asked for was one coat I didnt deserve to be treated as if I was getting the service for free. Never going there again! P.s I was cut multiple times and burned by the machine.

The pass couple times i been there they provide good service such as personality-wise but the quality of their work is very poor the past three times Ive been there within a couple days my nails are cracked or broken and my nails is never even one side it always thinner than the other and the sharps are always off and theyre never willing to fix it

Last couple of visits were horrible . I had to an appt and as the lady was doing my nails she decides to take a personal phone call leave me sitting and walks away to sit on the sofa to chit chat and laugh as I wait with half my nails done . Gave them tbe benefit of the doubt and returned to get my upper lip waxed and the lady took my whole top lip skin off to the point it was bleeding and did not find nothing wrong with it .I complained to manger he gives me attitude yells at her to give me my money back and tells me to leave .. very unprofessional place .
