All about customer service. Was helpful in what I wanted. Told me extra charge for a color I wanted. Very courteous and so nice. Clean and nice environment.Definitely will be back. I’m so glad This place was recommended to me.

I took my daughters for full set I got a fill in. I love how quickly the woman I had did them and without asking she made my nails as thin as she could to make them look natural. My oldest daughter got butterflies on a few of her nails with showing jus a pic of what she wanted and the woman she had nailed they look great! My other daughter had a bit of complicated request and the guy she had was a lil hard to understand but he attempted everything and tried to fix what mess up there was and even tho he seemed a bit agitated he did a satisfying job. Overall we are very satisfied and will go back for a fill in. Thank you.

Today I went and wanted to get a gel fill in. At first it was okay. I have never been here before. And I thought I might as well give it a try. As I was sitting there waiting to get my nails done I was listening to the lady getting her nails done. She kept telling Jack (I believe that was his name) that he was rough with her and her fingers don’t turn that way. When she left it was my turn ( kinda hoping I wouldn’t get him) I sat there in the chair and next thing I know they started laughing at my nails! I always get my nails done and I never had someone laugh at my nails. I let that go and was like it’s okay. I tried to stay calm. Then when it got started he was really really rough!!!! I didn’t say anything because at this point I was about ready to walk out and go somewhere else. Where I feel wanted and not judged. After this I went to go wash my hands and notice that my nail was really uneven. I showed the guy and he told me it wasn’t. I asked him to fix it for me please. And he kept telling me I was wrong then when he tried to fix it he made it feel rough. So I asked him to fix where it is rough. He kept saying it wasn’t. Finely after about 4 times of me telling him what was wrong he sat me down and got a bad attitude with me. I am really disappointed with my nails and the service I got. I left there feeling horrible. They made me feel like I was nothing to them.

Future nails is friendly, afforable, and speedy when it comes to any service. They take pride in your experience and make availability at any time no appointment necessary! Mike is very friendly and very precise in his job! He doesnt settle for anything less than perfection. Thank you for such great service

Asked for “coffin”. I mean look at the pic. You can tell they’re not coffin shaped. Then “Jake” STILL charged me the $10 for the coffin shaped nails that I DID NOT GET and tried to say “when you put the gel on it make it bigger”. I’ve been getting my nails done for YEARS and have never had this kind of service. He was really rude too. No customer service at all. I usually have Kim and have no problems but I can say with 100% truth that I will NOT be back.

I didnt even want to give 1 star. Took my friend daughter here just 10mins ago and her nails look HORRIBLE. One thumb is a square and one is an oval. Then the guy messed it up told her he couldnt fix it. I take her back in there and the other guy tries to fix it. Now she has 1 painted French tip and the other 9 is French tip nail. They arent even AT ALL. i asked them to just paint all French tips to match and he said NO. ill never come back here. The first time I ever came here my nails were messes up. So I never would come back. My friend talked me into giving them another chance and guess what ILL NEVER BE BACK! If someone pays to get their nails done they want what they paid for. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! There was 1 person who came in and said hes not to do her nails. Then he messed someones nail up why the other guy tried to fix it.

Tammy is AMAZING!!! The first time I came a few weeks ago she did a full set and she did a wonderful job. I loved them!! Today she did a fill in and design on the ring fingers and I absolutely love, love them!! I would definitely refer all my friends and family to this nail salon. And I will recommend Tammy the nail tech. She is a sweetheart and knows her stuff!! I’m impressed!!

I had a cracked nail and instead of repairing the cracked nail my nail technician just put acrylic over the crack. The nail came off and they wanted me to pay again when my fill in had already cost me 60 dollars. Very unhappy customer!

I found this place after moving back from Atlanta. I think I tried every nail place in town and hated them. I was so relieved when I found Kim and her husband!! They are so professional and nice! The shop is beautiful and the services they offer are out of this world!! In Ga people do things a little different and wear their nails a little different than up here so needless to say it was hard to find someone to do what I have been having done for the last 20 years!! Kim and her husband are from there so they made it easy. Now I get what I’m used to having and it makes me so happy that I found this place!! All of the staff is so wonderful, kind, and helpful!!! If I could give them 20 ⭐️‘S I would!!! They have a customer for life now!!!

The lady oliva was my nail tech, she was pushy and acting as if, she cant hear when i was trying to interact with her, but she heard other people conversation across the room. To me, she seem like she just all about her money, and she way to rough on my nails and toes. She really need more experience and customer service! The vibe I got from her, she all about self did not care about none of the other workers or interacting with me even though thats not her job, but dont expect me to listen to you! but you cant listen to me now you act like you dont speak English whatever!

My daughter and I were looking for a new nail salon. The last 1 we went to last month was AWFUL! I came here because the reviews were great and I am SO glad we did!! This is the BEST nail salon I’ve ever went to!! It’s clean,they’re friendly and their nail work is the best HANDS DOWN!! We are forever customers!!!

Got my nails done by Jack. Got white and pink ombre square nails and he did a GORGEOUS job! He will now be the only person I get my nails done in or around Middletown. My ombre has a smooth transition. He shaped my nails perfectly. Square with sharp edges and corners just like I asked. Two weeks in and I still dont need a fill yet. Perfect thickness and very strong. I couldnt be happier.

I recommend Fabio to anyone who needs a pedi .. he was gentle & not too rough & he took his time.. He regularly checked on me to see if I was okay. I left with my feet feeling brand new ! It was all around a great experience. Thank you so much !! I will be back

Wife of owner had an attitude problem and did not want to do my nails so her husband did my nails she was very rude and she did all this in front of my great-granddaughter which we discussed it on the way home and I told my great-granddaughter some people you just have to ignore because we really dont know whats going on in her life made her have that attitude that day I dont think I will be returning because my grand daughter and great-grandchildren shouldnt see attitudes like that in an adult woman that is running a business

I hardly ever post reviews but I am genuinely upset about my experience here. I came in for acrylic nails and the women I got placed with seemed to be in a hurry which I can understand but she cut my fingers multiple time and my nails looked horrible and chunky. They were honestly the worst nails I’ve had in the 3 years I’ve been getting them done.when I went somewhere else to get them fixed once the acrylic was gone you could see that she almost went through my nail with her drill which will now have to grow out. I also paid 15 more than I have paid anywhere else. The picture I showed her was completely different than what I walked out with.

I came here last Wednesday for a pedicure and a full set. The pedicure was great. However my full set is awful. The whole thing was rushed. My thumb nails are not the same length and the gel polish is already coming off the tips.The shape is also off. For the price I paid I’m extremely disappointed.UPDATE: The owner insisted nothing was wrong and was more concerned about the bad review I left. I ended up spending more money and going somewhere else to have them fixed. All they did here was cut my thumb down and very roughly shape it.

The space is very clean and organized. I brought my granddaughter for her first nail salon experience. The nail tech, Olivia, was VERY good with her and patient (my granddaughter is 4). They gave us exactly what she wanted...it was well worth the price drive....

I am VERY satisfied with my experience here at Future nails. I’ve been getting my nails done since I was 12-13 years old and I’m now 28. The customer service is very professional and kind. I’ve had some bad service meaning when u double check the work the person gets a little on the rude side. The actual nail work was the BEST I’VE HAD IN YEARS!!! No exaggeration. It’s very important to me on the small details, like: pulling the skin away from the gel nail, a smooth nail, not to thick, no excess gel on the back of the nail, made sure the gel covered my WHOLE nail. (This was my main issue with other salons) She trimmed my cuticles just enough. This is my permanent nail salon. AMAZING ATTENTION TO DETAIL

I had an appointment for 1 pm and the lady didn’t start on me until an hour later. Only because I didn’t have anything else pressing I sat and waited. Hopefully that will not happen again.

Fabio was fabulous. He took such good care of my feet. This was the 2nd time I had a pedicure so I was still a little nervous, but he made me feel at ease. I was finally able to relax. We were both having pedicures done. We were both really pleased with our service we had today. 2 techs were awesome!! They removed dead skin & filed around my toenails, then soaked my feet & was getting ready for the lotion & gel on my legs with massages.Made me so relaxed then then liquid purple stuff went into a bag, wrapped that up, then the hot tails around my feet & legs. That was topper.Thnx again we will both be back in 2-3 weeks.

I went in with my 3 girls. A guy asked me what I wanted. Mind you this was our very first time ever doing nails at any salon. I told him in want mani-pedis for us. I thought we would all go in and get our feet done together and get some girl bonding time. Wrong! It was so unorganized. The ladies were nice, but the guy I dealt with was really rude. Only thing he asked us the whole time was what color polish did we want. Chose our colors and got charge $300 and if you use a credit/debit card the charge a fee. It’s stupid. When I talked with someone else, they said that the guy must have charged me for gel polish. If that’s the case, my girls’s nails should have lasted more than 3 days! Won’t be returning!

One star for eyelashes and price gouging... They almost blinded me with eyelash tint. It was a nightmare. But they do nails really well ! Just do not go there for lashes !!! I LOVE MY MOOD NAILS.

This place is not organized. The decor is somewhat dark. There is slime in the plants which makes it seem unclean. However I get a good job on the service I go in for and the staff is friendly .

They did my pedicure and polish one they over charge me then they didnt ask if I wont nails cut at all they dont check to see if you got hang nails then my nails are all shape different on my hand then my daughter nails are all shape different my polish coming off already it only been two days for a hundred twelve I should be popping it was nice on a fly

This place is a hidden gem! Clean, professional, and beautiful inside. No wait time at all. Plenty of employees. Never expected the quality of the pedicure. Lasted a long time and they were amazing and thorough. The TVs were playing English stations (other places only play non-English tv channels) The chairs are nice and clean with massage features. Pedicure includes leg and foot massages and hot towels. Amazing. Will absolutely be back for all future pedicures! Highly recommend.

Great color selections. Offers SNS, Acrylic, basic and deluxe manicures and pedicures as well as some waxing options. Walk ins are usually seen pretty quickly and Ive always been happy with my service. As long as i speak slowly and clearly, language barrier isnt a problem. Very nice staff.

UPDATE: owner kim messaged me and had me come in and she fixed my nails promptly and professionally! Very happy with service and fixed nails! Will definately returnThe tech took a really long time to do my nails and the polish was so thick it took forever to dry, edges were really uneven and due to the polish being so thick my polish smeared.

Love getting my nails done here they last forever and staff is very friendly am happy to be coming back to this spot

I booked an appointment online which means nothing. The owner didnt even confirm the appointment until 18 minutes past the time I booked it for. Then my daughter, who was the one who got her nails done here, showed the guy a picture of what she wanted. One of the nails was supposed to be chrome and he said he could do it. Even double checked with my daughter before he painted the nails that, that is what she wanted and she said yes. Once he was done, she came over and the one was not chrome. I asked him why not. He said that would require gel polish. I spoke to Kim afterwards who said the same thing and that it would be extra. Everything is extra here. I said the price isnt the problem, why didnt he tell us that we would need gel polish????? They are the nail experts and never said a word about this to us. Terrible service!!!

For a short length, a fill in and non gel polish color change, i paid $25. Its a bit expensive. But the quality is amazing. The gentleman I had actually took his time and paid attention as well as havi g a conversation with me. The place is clean and worth it. Very respectfulAdding... This review is about a week after. Didnt feel like the employees listened to anything. Asked for ombre black and pink nails, couldnt do that. Couldnt do dip powder. Chose another design. Couldnt do it. Finally did pink marbled nails- tons of polish left on the fingers. Asked for a design in black and got it in white. 🙃

I got an acrylic fill in with gel polish. It came out great! Jack was nice and talkative too.

Literally came in with only an hour to spare before I had to pick my son up from school and I got the best mani/pedi from Ryan! He was quick and still made it a very pleasant experience that Im highly satisfied with!

I showed them the design that I want which was 2 accent nails and the rest a hunter green. What I got was a mermaid color green/blue/ purple and the were not polite when I was trying to explain and show a detailed picture of what I wanted i had to go somewhere else to pay more to fix what they did....and this was just gel polish not manicure. I will never go back or recommended anyone to go here.

Very friendly. A little pricey however there quality makes up for the higher prices. Levin does my pedicures and is absolutely amazing. I have fallen in love with this salon. My only complaint is that they are more expensive than any other nail salon/spa Ive been to. Also the wait at times has been quite long even when booking appointments. Totally worth the wait tho.

Male owner/manager was extremely rude toward the presents of my children! Asking if they were receiving a service they’re 4 and 8 seriously??? when told No he stated that “They’re noise was a disturbance to other customers experience!” How could a 4 year old asking to pick my color and turn up a phone possibly be any interference to other customers??? She was NOT being loud! My 8 year old never spoke! Than he stated that everyone was required to wear a mask! How so when a Young male employee Approaching the polish bar wasn’t wearing one?! && how can you demand someone with underlining health conditions to wear a mask when it affects their health directly! I’m pregnant and asthmatic! My daughter has multiple heart conditions NEED I EXPLAIN ANYMORE?!? I didn’t see a notice on the door stating NOT TO ENTER with out wearing one.. the sign suggests for your own protection to! Unprofessional af!*i have read the Ohio state board of health Responsible restart; hair, nail spa and barbershops.. page 2 customer & guest section. Under the RECOMMENDED** section states to SUGGEST customers wear A mask for their Own protection! Not under the MANDATORY section and no where does it state service should be denied for non-use! Unless we showed symptoms... which we DID NOT! However it does state Employees are REQUIRED to wear masks.. and that customers should only be allowed in the establishment during service... && the man in the First service table I believe your husband most Definitely told me my children were a Distraction to his other customers!! Own your wrong doings, and try to make it up to your customers!

To say the least, I have been a repeated customer for over a year now. But today was nothing short of Amazing!! FabiO did my services for the 1st time and he was great! He takes his time with each of his clients, and treats everyone like their his special clients. Because I have seen him do so several other times. And today I truly enjoyed my birthday nail Spa day!! I was ready to take a nap after my services...

I have been coming to Future Nails since the day they opened. Kim is amazing. I just showed up for my 2 week fill in, and they are NOW requiring mask to be worn, in order to receive service. I understand that they wear mask, and it should be VOLUNTARY to have customers wear them. I will NEVER give e my business to a company that violates my Rights as an American citizen.

I drove from a shop in Hamilton that waited til I got there to say they were too busy...but thats fine because that 30 mins was well worth it. Kenny did my botanical pedi and his dad, Jack, NAILED my nails! Literally! I paid way more than I used to in Dallas, TX, but I couldnt have asked for better service and quality! I will definitely be back to 2 weeks, I LOVE my nails and toes!!!!

FIND ANOTHER SPA! Their “appointment” system is nonexistent but will say you have a time and when to come in but it is not applicable. I showed up to have to wait on ANOTHER walk in who thought she had an appointment. SUB PAR JOB!!
