Nice place. They have you check in and wash your hands as soon as you walk in. Plexiglass is everywhere and its clean. My nails came out looking great, but the girl who did them was unfriendly and rude. My pedicure experience was much better though. The guy was friendly and did a nice job. I will definitely go back, and ill try a different nail tech.

After a year long break from getting my nails done, I was really excited to try out New Image. I’ve been following their posts on Facebook and really loved their work. So, this week I finally decided to give them a shot. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t all that great. I did get the nails that I wanted but more than anything, I look for quality customer service. I had really high expectations from New Image because of the positive reviews. My nail technician was very aggressive and cold towards me. I accidentally bumped my hand on the lamp and it messed up the design on my finger. I apologized and instead of saying that it’s okay, she yanked my finger and aggressively started to wipe off the entire polish. I was polite and so thankful the entire time and kept telling her that I love the way she did the design but she continued to ignore me. I work in customer service too and totally understand that you can be having a bad day but, you don’t have to project that type of energy towards your clients. I really hope she doesn’t treat all her clients this way.

I always bring my 6 year old daughters with me for girls day. They do a phenomenal job on my nails and my daughters are extremely happy as well. Thank you for always hooking us up!

I’ve been a true customer since they opened. Today they asked me to no longer be a customer. I had to cancel my appointment. Lately I’ve had to cancel or change appointments because I suffer from chronic headaches from a brain injury and surgery. I can’t control these. I’m very sorry. After explaining and apologizing they still chose to tell me never to call again.My advice to all, if you use them, don’t cancel on them for any reason, they are not understanding.Your call back to me was to inform me not to call and make anymore appointments. You said I was no longer welcome as a customer. I will no longer be back to your shop and will continue to let everyone I referred to you and all I talk to not take their business to you. I have never been treated or talked to the way you talked to me today.

This was my first time coming here I am from Philadelphia and just moved to Delaware a month ago and was looking for a nail place I can call home they certainly did SNS nails differently from what I was used to the only thing I didn’t like was the way the lady took off my SNS but other then that they were ok for my first time going I am just glad to get my feet and nails done.

Katie always does an amazing job with my nails and they usually last me 5 to 6 weeks if I stretch it. Also, I never have a long wait time to be serviced for my scheduled appointments and she always makes sure that Im extremely satisfied before leaving. Shes the best and New Image Nails rock!

This was my first visit to this salon and I went there based on the good reviews that I had read. On the positive side, it was very clean.Tim did both the pedicure and manicure. During my pedicure there were 4 interruptions- 3 phone calls and a desk visitor. In total, 10-15 mins were taken up by these interruptions. Towards the end of my visit Katie explained that there were 2 employees who were off that day. While I understand that there will be times when businesses run shorthanded, there needs to be some sort of accommodation so that clients services are not interrupted so many times.Also, my nails were done on a Thursday and by Saturday, just 3 days later, 2 of my gel-polished fingernails were peeling.*** Katie very kindly responded to my comments promptly. This demonstrates that she is very customer-oriented and cares about the work performed at the salon.I went back to the salon and the nails were repaired. I will return to this salon in the future!Thank you!

I’ve been going to New Image Nail Salon for over a year now. The staff is extremely friendly and Katie is great. I recently called for an emergency appointment for a broken nail and I was able to get an appointment that day. If you are looking for a nail salon with friendly faces, reasonable prices and quality service this is the place to go!

Excellent service. Multiple safety precautions against COVID in effect. They take your temperature upon entering the shop; plexiglass separates customers and employees during services; they wipe down areas after service. Adrianna is my fave technician. She complies with requests and has great massage hands. Tina is great for male pedicures.

The only thing on point was the pedicure the gentleman that did it was fantastic!!! I couldn’t praise him more. But when it came to the full set and manicure that I SCHEDULED it was rushed and looks like they need filled after 2 days. Absolutely horrible no cuticle care nothing done the way it was supposed to, all because they wanted to leave.

New Image Nails is a solid five stars every single time! Katie is wonderful & just had my first pedicure with Alex & it was also perfect. Very sensitive to Covid-19 refs there is proper spacing, plexiglass, temperature taking, etc. after each client there is a cleaning of the station, chair etc. Thank you New Image for making my experience spa like despite these trying times! Highly recommend!!

NEW FAVORITE SPOT!!!!!!! I was one of those last minute costumers tonight but let me tell you, I’m glad I made that last minute decision! I needed my nails filled BAD! Katie took care of me. I have not stopped looking at my nails since I’ve got them done! She did exactly what I wanted and made sure to be honest about if it looked okay or not ;) my nails look AMAZING. Katie does an excellent job on my nails and feet. She uses great new natural products for pedicure. My feet are much softer and there is less dry skin. The shop was renovated recently and is beautiful and has a very relaxing atmosphere. Normally my sister did not like the old scrub because it was harsh. Now she loves the new products and really enjoys the massage. I definitely recommend for customers to try the Nuskin product for a few dollars more that is well worth it.

After trying a couple of nail salons since moving to the area, I have struggled to find a clean, spa like experience in Middletown. I may need to drive 30 minutes to my former salon. My first visit here was bad. An older lady did my mani-pedi and she was really rough tugging on my hands to make it easier for her to get it done quickly. So, when I went back, Katie (owner) offered to gently do my nails but then handed me off to the same older lady. When I objected, they assigned Alex, a young girl who did a great job! So, today, I requested Alex who did my pedicure and then handed me off to a young man who was very rough, used cold water for the manicure and put lotion on my arms but NOT my hands. Clean but definitely not the luxury feeling one might expect when splurging for a mani pedi. Katie should train the staff about treating customers better - they act like they are changing a carburetor vs selling a luxury service! Today, the older lady left her client with her nails wrapped and told her to keep putting them in the ultra violet lights while she picked at her own toe nails. Poor woman was sitting next to me and kept asking whether the lights were supposed to be helping warm the acetone. My gel polish is uneven...doesnt go all the way across my nails on my left hand. Sadly, I wont be going back but if you go, I encourage you to be vocal about your expectations. Perhaps I would have had a better experience if I had☹

I don’t understand these reviews. When you walk in you can see the dust and dirt EVERYWHERE. This is not a clean salon and they do not appear to use new tools. I didn’t see one sanitation device. The person who did my pedicure went through the motions of a pedicure without seemingly knowing why she was doing it as no dead skin was removed after it was done. This place is NOT cheap either compared to surrounding places who are all priced about the same as this. I would never return and advise to save your money or find a cleaner more professional place to go.

They were nice and got us in right away. I got a gel mani and pedi. Two of my finger nails gel polish started peeling off two days later...ugh. I did nothing but sleep and drive back home. Totally defeats the purpose of paying extra for gel. Paid $35 (including tip) for my manicure and now have to go somewhere else to get those two nails fixed. I would go back to have them fix it, but I was visiting family and live 8 hours away. The place was not very clean, the massage chairs did not work properly, and the woman who was doing my pedicure kept putting her fingers in her ears. Definitely won’t go back there again.

Ive been there a couple times everyone is very polite they are easy to talk to while services are being preformed the services are done in a timely manner and the work has been consistently beautiful...A year later still love coming honestly I went to alot of salons trying to get my nails done right because I was away and one salon just did a plain terrible job and I wanted them fixed but Id rather pay someone else to fix it correctly the first time so I had to keep going to another salon Im talking like a fill once a week for a MONTH because thats all everyone told me thats all they could do for me to fix my nails but right after I would get them done they would Chip crack and break a couple days after getting my nails done and I know Im hard on my hands honestly thats why I have acrylic because my natural nails wont hold up and I do try and emphasise that during a service and as soon as I was home I had to come to New Image Nails Ive always had gorgeous nails that can handle my daily tasks and still look good, they set a very high standard that other salons based on quality of work cant compete with
