There was one huge issue with the cake because the lady that was supposed to make it cancelled a day before. Daniela tried to help by finding someone else, but the other Baker didn’t know how to do a semi-naked cake (which is weird). So I decided to contact my own cake lady, which is a personal friend and amazing, to make my cake last minute. She truly saved the party! My other issue was that the hall I was provided (the larger room) is in need of some maintenance. In the entrance, there’s patches on the wall and look so ugly (I covered it up with postcards). Next there were some light bulbs that were not working and the first step into the stage has some tiles that are broken (which I was told were going to be fixed before the party and of course weren’t). The rest of the hall was fine, it looks nicer from far.Aside from that, the banquet hall staff were all very helpful and attentive. The DJ, Roger, was awesome and put what we requested. The bartender, Lazaro, was very nice and also attentive.Overall, my baby shower turned out great and everyone was impressed with how everything turned out.

I promise you, you do not wanna come here. If I would had paid way less then I would have just dealt with the countless issues I had here. But because of the money I gave them. NO. Do not come here. It had no A/C I had people leaving cause it was too hot to deal with. They cut my cake without permission couldn’t even take a simple picture of it. On top of the fact it was the wrong cake. DJ played nothing I asked for, Maybe a couple songs. Decoration wasn’t anything I asked and they said they would fix it and they didn’t. It could have been perfect but it was horrible.

Royal ballrooms is an amazing venue to host any type of event, they are very detailed, loved the decoration, food, dj, mc, bar and specially the special treat from the owner and the staff vinnie and Elaine. Very reccomended place

I had the BEST day of my life in Royal Ballrooms! Everyone still talks about our wedding as the best one they’ve ever been to! We did the ceremony in the ballroom Roma, and then transitioned to the bigger ballroom Paris for the party. Everything was perfect, the service was amazing, the food, drinks, decoration, the person who married us was so elegant, the DJ was great. They gave us a great deal because we wanted the Hora Loca, Dessert Table, photobooth, dry ice machine, fireworks and chocolate fountain so they created the perfect package for us. We are beyond grateful for the Royal Ballrooms team for making our special day unforgettable!

It was dads 80th birthday. Met with event planner Elaine. She accommodated the event to the fullest. The venue was beautiful. The centerpieces were gorgeous. DJ Vinnie was a multitasking gentleman. Not only he played the music from the playlist but, he ran the entire event! He oversaw every aspect of the event which included, last minute touches to the decor of the cake, putting the table numbers on the table, introducing the family to the staff, treating every family member as a VIP, accommodating the musicians, sound engineers, receiving the guests, overseeing the food/bar service, guiding the photographers/videographers, and even helped with emceeing the event. He literally helped in making the event happen. Were waiting and looking forward to seeing the photos and video from the event. Only slight complain, our guests didnt want to leave, wish we couldve stay longer to party. Overall success. Thank Royal Ballrooms Banquet Hall

BEAUTIFUL PLACE! I recently went to a Halloween Party at this Banquet Hall and it was so much fun! The hall was decorated beautifully, the food was great, and the liquor was top of the line; the DJ played all the songs we requested which is usually never the case! In comparison to other party facilities I have been to in Miami, this was the most fun Ive had! The staff was friendly and the hall is in a central location which is fair for everyone. Even thought I dont know how much it cost, I would totally recommend it to anyone who wants to have an event because it was a GREAT experience and I had SO MUCH FUN, and snit that the point after all?! :)

They made my quinceañera an unforgettable experience. Everything was amazing. The ceremony was beautiful. The decorations were very beautiful. The staff were very kind and helpful.

Absolutely terrible experience! We booked them for a school event and there was NO A/C!! The temperature was 83 degrees! They also tried to overcharge us us for the food claiming we brought more students than we were supposed to, despite us showing them our rosters and confirming that OUR numbers were accurate. The sodas tasted awful as well. I believe the soda lined must have been dirty. I feel so bad for our students. They were dressed up and MELTED in that oven of a ballroom. Do not recommend this place at all.

I had a really good experience with this facility about a months ago. The birthday party came out spotless. Dj, service, set up, everything was great. We had a blast. Dayan, the manager, was very enthusiastic, and his creativity saved us from a couple of mess ups. Although I do have to mention that we had a couple of issues with the cake company they work with, divine delicacies, which didnt get the order quite right. I definitely recommend this place.

The DJ sucks he was the worst stayed on his cell phone the whole time did not honor any of our request. I also spoke with him prior to the event and advised him of the music we like. I also asked if he would like the playlist I had he said no he got it. Whatever I could have DJ better myself. Bring your own DJ. That guy SUCKS!

Terrible service, promised one thing and received something else. The party planner was not there to make sure things went smoothly. Make sure you keep a copy of everything that is discussed. Very disappointed it was my fathers 100 birthday. Get your own photographer, theirs never showed up. Dont have any profecional pictures of that special day and it was paid for.

Me and my husband; Terence & Varondria White, had our wedding here on June 29, 2019. The service was awesome. Dj Vinnie had everybody in the dance floor. We partied non stop. They decorated the venue so amazing as well.

What an amazing new years party, the decorations were beautiful and the host was fun and well spoken, the music was great and everyone was dancing all night till the end. I would definitely repeat next year:))

I would give 0 starts but then I cant write a review....to begin with the banquet hall is beautiful but they have the WORST SERVICE!!!!! I just had my baby shower here on 4/15 the simplest things in running a party this banquet hall couldnt accomplish.... to start off when we got there to set up (which they only give you an hour before the party to set up) the stage to where me and my spouse would be sitting was still not set & the highboys were dirty from the party of the night before and it was 100 degrees throughout the whole party. I sent Claudia the manager a few days prior how many chairs would be going per table. When the party started I had my guest standing for over 30 min because they wiped their ass with the chart I had sent them and put however many chairs they wanted to per table so my guest and the employees had to move around all the chairs and plates to accommodate how many people were going at each table. Next the food took FOREVER to come out (not sure if they were killing the chickens in the back) my party started at 1:00 PM and the food got served maybe around 3:30 PM mind you no bread or salad were passed out prior to the food being brought out & my guest were complaining that they were hungry every 30 min some of my guest even left because they couldn’t wait anymore. The lights that surround the banquet hall were PINK & IM HAVING A BOY!!!!!!! It was just one thing after the other, I couldn’t enjoy my baby sower because these people do not know how to run a party after they should know the ins and outs since they have so many parties! The only helpful people were DJ Vinny & Marlene that tried their best to accommodate us that day other then that the food runners have a horrible attitude and throw the plates when serving them, this isn’t the first party I have done there my sister had her baby shower a few months ago here in the same banquet and she had a few issues as well, which I brought to Claudia’s attention so my baby shower would run smoothly but it was even worse than my sisters. My parents wanted to have my sisters 15’s here because the banquet hall is beautiful on the inside but the service was so bad they will be going somewhere else and I have recommended a few friends that are expecting as well this place because it was beautiful and I was assured by Claudia that what had happen in my sisters baby shower wouldn’t happen in mine and rest assured it did so my friends that attended will be doing their baby shower elsewhere and I will definitely not recommend anyone here for any party! My sister tried to make an appointment to speak with the owner since Claudia always has an attitude towards everything and he gave my sister an attitude as well. Long story short the simple things on running a party have made them lose customers because how difficult is it to put the correct amount of seats per table when your given a chart, or the lighting of the baby shower and hand out the food on time like YOU HAVE ONE JOB!!!!! McDonalds in Hialeah has better customer service than this place that alone should tell you a lot! Anyway save your money and go somewhere else where the service is better 😊

I came to this ballroom for a weeding this weekend and I absolutely loved it. The decorations and the staff were very friendly and the food was amazing. Highly recommend and will definitely think of this place for any event in the future.

Well.... The music was no good, Dj had a list so he can play music from there and he didn’t play any of the song from the Quinciañera list, chocolate machine didn’t work at all, the liquor was Premium but the liquors were not in their own bottles, they were in a crystal bottles that you don’t know if they were really premium or regular ...example if you ordered a Absolute vodka.... you don’t see the Absolute bottle you just see the crystal bottle with a vodka in it that you don’t know what kind of vodka was it... they should leave the bottles out side so you can tell what liquor you are getting...food services (Dinner) was served in a disorganized way.... meaning that they didn’t finish serving the dinner in one table when they were already serving another table... party wasn’t even over 12:40 am ( party was to 1 am) and they were mopping the floor, the floor was wet without a Wet signs and that created that one of our guest fell to the floor, hopefully he (guest) is felling better.... we paid for the Premium package but we didn’t see the Premium package services. I will not recommend this Banquet Hall for any type of event.

My recent experience with Royal Ballrooms very positive, two Saturdays ago. My daughters Quinceanera was a beautiful event. Thank you to the amazing DJ Vinnie the music was fantastic and he made sure all our requests were made possible from putting up a slideshow of my daughters younger years to the wonderful music everyone danced to all night long!!!! I highly recommend DJ Vinnie. We also had a photobooth provided by Raul of photobombersshack, who we awesome as well made the filters work out to our theme exactly. Erica from the ballroom also worked to provide me with all that I wanted the evening to be for my daughter, Emellie. Thank you to all!!!!

I am very grateful to all the staff in charge of the food, decoration of the stage and the premises, who helped make my daughters fifteen years perfect. I also have to thank the W & Q photographer for the photos and video and the master of ceremony María Ángel who guided me and made a good presentation of the event. The food was super tasty and the desserts too. The liquor bar lacked a bit of variety of drinks but it was ok. The waiters attention was the best, they did the distribution of all the appetizers and the family dinner well in due course. Thanks to Sandra and Naovi who helped us at all times to make a good choice of the decoration of the room and the event stage. Also thanks to DJ Franco for his good music and for pleasing the public with his songs. In general, I highly recommend the venue for your events.

HORRIBLENo recomiendo este lugar para nada ‘ es la peor experiencia que he tenido en un ball room ! Los meseros y el bartender muy mal educados muy mala la atención al cliente ! Retamos el lugar de 2-4 pm y se demoraron tanto en traer la comida que ni tiempo a bailar nos dieron, no les dio tiempo a ellos ni a servir el postre ! Pedimos 30 minutos extra y nos dijeron que no y nos quitaron la música ! En fin prácticamente regalamos el dinero porque nada sirvió nos bitaron del lugar en una fiesta de casi 200 personas !!

1 year ago I chose them for my girls fifteen and I still havent recovered from the stress. So big .. they waited for everything until the last minute !! I had to get strong and demand why they gave me no importance and I spent more than 15 thousand dollars .. Thank God that he gave me the light and wisdom so that everything would turn out as my daughter dreamed 🙏. The banguet hall is beautiful but very few employees served the food very late, the music was given a list and it put what it wanted .. Good to say 🤦‍♀️.

We celebrated my daughters 15th last Saturday April 24th and we were very pleased, the theme was enchanted forest and the room was decorated very beautifully; all the staff were very professional, helpful and always attentive to all the details; the food was very good And all the dishes very presentable; DJ Milton was always on the lookout with the music, and very professional; the master of ceremony Anna I recommend her 100%, she was the one who directed us and organized everything, very professional.My 5 stars mainly for Daniella, who without her it would not have been possible for everything to be perfect; ask for her and let her be the one to direct and organize your event, my respects and my infinite gratitude for making my princesss dream come true. .

The place is very nice and the food is very rich, nice decoration but I think that the work staff is lacking a little more I think that they should let the party be enjoyed more one thing they tell you when you make the contract and another when you are at the party the music with problems when the party started the room was not yet ready the gift table was missing the wet floor, etc. It is only a contritive criticism I hope you take it into account

For our princesss baby shower we were looking for a banquet hall that met our expectations and I can guarantee we did not find one but the perfect one. From the first moment Claudia was very attentive and helped me with every detail. The living room is beautiful, but the most important thing is the quality. The excellent service, the very friendly, attentive dj and a good musical repertoire that pleased all the guests. The bartender very helpful. Very delicious and very important food hot at the time it was served. Love the decoration and every detail at our event. We recommend Royal ballrooms with the certainty of not letting anyone down.

Last Friday we celebrated my daughters quinces and the truth everything from the DJ to the innkeepers (excellent service of the team of waiters), the salon in general everything was a success.
