My baby shower was spectacular. I had a vision and Freya and Gloria delivered! They went above and beyond.All my guessed expressed how beautiful and original everything was and how the event never felt boring or rushed, everything flowed. MC Jose was so much fun and the games where hilarious he had everyone laughing and up and out of there seats having fun and dancing.We ordered the the Pork Loin with Orange Glaze with Yellow Rice with Vegetables and Sweet Plantains. It was delicious and flavorful, not dry at all. Staff was professional and ready to help with anything.I am truly happy that I chose 305 Reception and would definitely recommend

September 26, 201218 months ago, I traveled high and low searching for the perfect banquet hall. One night, I was going through Google when Studio 305 popped up. The moment I looked at the pictures I fell in love. Not only is Studio 305 ten minutes away from my house but the inside was spacious but the outside was what really won me. The owner, Freya, exceeded my expectations.I am super grateful for all the effort that was put by the staff in order to make my Quinceanera happy. Since the beginning, the owner told me she was going to do anything to make sure everything comes out perfect for my Quinceanera. The owner took the time to dedicate this event as if it was hers and it was greatly noticed and appreciated. I am extremely happy with how the party came out and how they decorated the banquet hall. Studio 305 is one of a kind. I definitely recommend this banquet hall to everyone and if you don’t pick Studio 305 you will regret it.

We held our baby shower on a Friday! The D.J., open bar, venue, decorations, food and communication with the team was great!! Our family and friends enjoyed them selves! This was the first stop me and my husband made when we were scoping other locations for the baby shower. We canceled our other appointments and made a deposit with them the same day. We will definitely be repeat customers for future events. Walking in the night of the event, my husband and I were really happy with how everything looked. Elegant and just really nice. This is our first baby, so we wanted to do it up a little bit. Our theme was Little Man. We played a couple baby shower games, and the team helped where needed. Indoor and outdoor were perfect for pictures. I have no complaints! I definitely recommend this place! Thank you everybody at Studio305!

Beautiful place. My niece had her quincenera here, it was awesome. Everyone from the kids to the adults had from. The staff was very attentive. It has a beautiful outdoor terrace, and very nice decor. Would recommend for anybody needing an event space.

I found this reception hall through a simple google search and Im so glad I did! I had such a great experience with them. From Freya and Gloria helping me plan out the details, to the package deal for my baby shower, to the MC Jose, everything was absolutely perfect! The entire staff the day of the event were magnificent and the food was delicious. I didnt want a typical baby shower. I wanted a party with much fun, interactions and games. They truly delivered. Best prom ever! Freya and Gloria made a small private prom into an amazing event. They worked with us to customize the event and had great ideas making it a memorable evening. As requested, they even set-up a special chaperone area apart from the teenagers (allowing us to enjoy but not interfere :) ). The venue is beautiful and the staff is experienced and professional. They took care of everything and our seniors (Class of 2021!) had a wonderful time!

The place itself was nice for small events. Very clean inside and outside, nice chairsMy daughter and her husband rented from 1 pm to 5 pm, at 4 pm the waitresses started to pick up everything on the table, one of the ladies at my table was drinking water and placed her glass down and within a second a waitress pick up the glass, we said what are you doing, she said is 4 pm and we have to start to clean, I told her that we had rented this place until 5 pm.I went to speak to another sever and he said that he was the manager and they needed to cleaning at 4 pm, I said that it was very unprofessional and he ignored me. I told him that he was a very bad and unprofessiona manager. I dont understand how they can treat people like this..DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS PLACE..VERY UPSETTING

We did our babyshower at Studio305, and we couldn’t be happier. Everything came out so beautiful. Freya really captured my theme idea and brought it to life. The decorations, the food, the dj, the bar and the photographer they offer were all amazing. They exceeded my expectations.The best part is that I didn’t really have to worry about anything, which is great because we made the trip from Naples down to Miami for our shower.Would definitely do other events with them and would recommend!

Dont let the exterior (small strip next to a gas station) fool you. This place is very nice! Well layout, great management/ownership, friendly and courteous staff, good food and reasonable rates. Highly recommended for any event with less than 80 people.

I was at a baby shower today from 1 to 5 at 4 they started to clean up and even taking the waters from the table when i said cleaning was leaving only the table cloth we call the manager and he said they were instructed to leave everything clean and hour before very poor service 😑 will not recommend u

I had my baby shower here last weekend and everything turned out so much better and more beautiful than I imagined! Decorations were detailed, food was delicious, music was great. The MC was awesome and funny and the guests loved him! At no point did the shower get boring. I came from Tampa all the way here to have my event and plan to have all my future events in this banquet as well.

I recently had my shower at Studio 305 and I can not express enough how thankful I am to have found this venue. Initially, my family and I had planned to have our shower at my parents home but my father last minute felt it was too many people for a home. I called the venue and asked Freya if I can go take a look at her venue. She was so pleasant and transparent. She made it a point to make me feel at ease due to the fact that I explained to her that I just wasn’t a fan of doing my events at a hall. She explained how I can make it my own without having to do all the work. It was by far the best experience! My shower was absolutely magical and I can not thank Freya and her staff enough for all their work! Gloria and all the staff members from Studio 305 are by far the kindest people. All my guests spoke so highly on how well they were treated and their exceptional work. The food was delicious, the MC the best of the best, the DJ played exactly what we asked for, my decorations were done as planned, and the experience from all staff members by far ONE OF A KIND! Truly my shower was absolutely magical. I planned my wedding and my shower exceeded my expectations 100 times more. We will never have another event at our home.

I recently had my baby shower at Studio 305, and I could not be any more happy with the final result. From the very beginning Freya and her team were extremely helpful, patient, and accommodating with all my requests, and or expectations for this long awaited event. Freya along with her team made suggestions that enhanced our vision, and made everything even more beautiful than we had envisioned. We went with a “theme package” as we didn’t want to have to take too many things to the venue. We just added our own details to add to our theme. We left Freya and her team in charge of making our theme “we made a wish and you came true”, and our vision come to life. The decor was perfection. The vendors that they use are top notch! As for the food, it was delicious and HOT (something I always worry about) as there is nothing worse than cold food at a party. She also assisted in a separate menu for children attending the party, as well as vegan options for my vegan guests. This was a major plus! As for the DJ, he was great and played an open format as we requested. The MC was amazing, and truly got the whole party hyped up and excited to participate in the games. He has a personality like no other and added to our party. We truly couldn’t be any happier with the outcome of everything, and will definitely be holding other special events at Studio 305.

I booked my wedding with Freya in 2017, we got married June 14,2018. When I tell you this was the most stress free part of the whole wedding. She thought of everything. I went to one meeting and from that meeting, a few phone calls and a lot of text messages all through the night (from me of course). She would always say “no worries Natasha” an she meant it. We celebrated my kids First Communion here and all was superb and great. The decoration was just what we wanted for a boy and a girl celebrating with Family and Friends. Food and Drinks were algo exactly as we requested and the taste was great. The service was amazing too. I will definitely plan more events here.

I just had my wedding reception here, and I can just say the whole thing was magical. Freya made sure it was exactly how I imagined it. Everyone there made it unforgettable - the MC was amazing, the DJ had the exact music I wanted, and put in every small request I can put in beforehand, the bartender was so kind and so good natured, and the serving staff was so nice and kind. Ive always have had a pretty pleasant experience with this group. Always calm and accommodating, have had events here and been to events here multiple times many years in a row. Inconsistent food but the caterers are nice people. Just a really steady place to book lower budget events at that you will still have a good time at.

We just did my sisters baby shower this past Saturday and all we can say was it was amazing. It was so relaxing to know that when we arrived everything was done. Freya is very professional. Strict and stern but it is her place and she has to protect it which is something I can appreciate and admire. The food (for being banquet food) was amazing. We had yellow rice with veggies, roasted potatoes and chicken cordon blue in a mushroom sauce which was delicious. The bartender very nice social and pleasant. The DJ played exactly what we liked, not a single song we didnt like. And the MC (please forgive me I forgot his name) was amazing. Its so nice to have professional people conducting the party that way we all can enjoy it to the fullest. We were going to rent at a park but honestly this was the best decision. Freya had the hall decorated beautifully. They took care of all the games and MC was hysterical. We laughed so much. Really there isnt a single thing I can say bad about this place. If you want your party to run smoothly this is absolutely the place to have it at. The price was great, the service, top notch and just the over all environment was great. Freya does like to stay on schedule. Again something I respect and admire. If you are looking for a place to have your party at this is really the place to be at. We are definitely happy customers. Freya and her team is just amazing! Just had my daughters baby shower there, and Freya was absolutely wonderful. She exceeded our expectations from the moment we walked in. The games and M.C. was so funny and very entertaining to our whole family. The DJ knew exactly what songs to play and played songs that were so much fun and fitting for the timeframe and noted what we were doing, eating etc. The food was very nice that was served along with all her servers were very respectful, polite, and efficient. The decorations was done so beautiful and looked gorgeous. Overall we couldnt have been more happier. I am not one to do reviews, but they more than well deserve the good reviews. Everyone left so happy and pleased especially my daughter, thank you for making her baby shower so special.

Me and my wife celebrated our baby shower in Studio 305 yesterday afternoon, and I can say without a doubt we will continue to come back and have our special events here. Freya took care of everything not one thing my me or my wife had to worry about. The food was delicious all of our friends and family commented on how great decorations were the food and dessert. The only thing we took care of was the alcohol, you bring your own but from what’s left over you can pick up the next day durning business hours. Freya has a package for the baby shower that includes the games one less thing we had to worry about! The games were awesome had all the guests interacting and great party starter. We submitted our DJ sheet and the music was on point, he did a great job at mixing and putting all the songs. I didn’t thinkWe were going to use the outdoor space but we actually did and it was nice! Hands down great reception hall!

I was a guest at a party two weekends ago at this beautiful reception hall for the first time and everything was fantastic. The food was plentyful and hot, the bartender and all other servers were kind and attentive. The MC was funny and always kept the crowd entertained, and the manager was there throughout the whole event paying attention to every detail. The music had the crowd dancing at all times. I am very pleased with the service and the place as a whole, planning to come back soon.

I am graduated in tourism and hospitality in Brazil. I worked in many banquet halls back in my country and had the chance to be in many different ones in this country as well. I am really pleased with the service at studio 305 in Kendall. Staff was friendly. Food was really good. Dj was very careful about what kind of music people were responding best and we all had a great time. Location is a plus since it is by the tamiami airport and very close to turnpike. I love that they have plenty of parking spaces (this is very important and convenient! For me it is a plus! I hate attending events and having to walk long distances for safety reasons!).I have attended different events there and I am pleased. I recommend this place.

They have a great team with great services, I have no complaints everything went smoothly and they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the event
