My family and I loved the experience we had at this Olgas. The staff was most helpful and courteous. I traveled from out of state to have a party hosted here and as impossible as I thought it was going to be, it was the opposite. I was able to stay connected with them via phone and even email to make all of my arrangements. When it came time for our party I arrived a week earlier and met with their staff and got to see the hall in person. The pictures are true to what is displayed on their website and their party packages are exactly how they are advertised. The food was delicious. The cake was phenomenal. The DJ was great to work with, he had all the music we needed for our party and then some. The bartender was friendly and the waiters were attentive. The hall was decorated beautifully as expected. The coordinator was very helpful in picking the decorations and making recommendations as to what look good together and also suggestions on last minute details to prepare for the party.

My daughter Quinceanera was this past Sunday 2/21/2021. And I have to say everything was amazing. My experience here was way more than I expected, Juan Carlos guided me the whole way, everything was perfect he so pleasant to work with,He was my daughter master of ceremony. He made her day that more special, the food was delicious everyone complimented, the cake was divine.And my bartender Relays was truly the life of our party making sure everyone had a drink and having a great time. Our Dj Noelio was amazing really had the party started making sure people where having a great time. Our waiters Greshel and Yoandry where also amazing made sure I had everything I needed and where so pleasant and very on point with everything, they picked up everything for me and the end and handed it to me clean and in a to go bag for me. And lets not for get how beautiful the ballroom was am truly happy I made my choice in trusting Olga reception hall for my daughter special day I truly recommend them. Amazing job💞💞. 👏

Olga’s Banquet Hall was simply amazing! We had our daughter’s sweet 16 on Valentine’s Day and it was just Magical! The service crew was exquisite, the hall was beautifully decorated, the DJ had the music volume to suit us (not too loud) it was perfect! The food my daughter chose was delicious. Our Mater of Ceremony, Ana truly a blessing and magnificent !!! Omar’s hora de Loco was such a huge hit with our family and friends that the party never slowed down even when the left! I give Olga’s a thumb’s up and 5 stars! It was truly a dream come true for our baby girl, Melanie! Thank you Olga and your entire staff!!!

I wanted to review on this venue and their staff on doing an excellent job. I threw my mother a 60th birthday on the 21st of February 2020, and I stayed overly satisfied with the staff that assisted me in making this night very memorable for my mother. The staff was very attentive to everyone needs and walked me through the process since I have never done this before. The venue is beautiful and modern, DJ Andres was great his music was outstanding. The waitresses very attentive and the bartender as well. I will definitely refer anyone this banquet hall. Thank you all for making it a memorable night for my mother.

The place is really nice. We had our baby shower there last weekend and it was amazing. Everybody was impressed with the decorations, the lights and the service. Cecilia, our master of ceremony was super professional, always trying to please us during the event with our special requests out of her program. The food was good and the cake beautiful and tasty. Their prices are also very competitive. I would highly recommend this place🙂

We got married and had our reception at this location in between Clay and Tanner. We were so pleased with the way the decorations turned out! The place was beautiful. Every request was met. We had a blast, we used their carter and would use them again hands down. They even catered our rehearsal dinner! We were extremely pleased with the services Olga’s Banquet Hall provided.

My daughter had to cancel her baby shower due to the current Coronavirous pandemic. At the advise of her doctors, our state and federal Government. Social gatherings of more than 10 persons must be avoided. Yet, my daughter requested some kind of refund, for an event that cant take place due to a health crisis. The staff at Olgas Banquet Hall explained that according to their contract, they do not refund. They offered a credit for another date in the future. Keep in mind, airlines and other businesses are working with customers under these special circumstances. These situations need to be handled on a case to case basis. Recognizing the special needs and circumstances of your customers. Keeping in mind that people are being sent home, loosing wages etc. A party at another time my not be what the customer wants or needs. This business in inhumane in their practice of customer service. My daughter is requesting a refund for food that would not be consumed, alcohol that will not be consumed, entertainment that will not occur. Services that will not be rendered because the party for a pregnant woman that should not be exposed to others based on a national epidemic. She is not asking for a full refund. It is understandable that they would hold some funds based on the fact that they saved the date. Yet she paid for the event in full. Under these circumstances this company should consider giving a considerable portion of the money back. These are times when people are concerned with the future and how they will feed their families if this pandemic extends itself as it is predicted. It is unbelievable that no exceptions can be made to their holy contract, when exemptions and previsions are being made across the nation to help each other. For this reason I feel this place of business should be negatively blasted across the media. Their lack of humanity during these times should be considered before you give them one dollar of your money. Celebrate your next event any place but at Olgas Banquet Hall. It is evident that they do not care for the community and the citizens that have supported them in the past. This would have been the second event our family would have done there. Not only will we never use them again, I will make certain their lack empathy, humanity and flexibility within a crisis is known throughout every possible method of communication. This is just shameful.

I have done a yearly party at my home for years and last year we had a few people suffer from overheating so for our 50th celebration we used Olga’s Banquet. I will continue using them every year from now on. The pricing was fair, the food was delicious and it was all you can drink. We actually saved so much money and we hope our guests did too! We appreciate the staff and even made acquaintances. The best part was getting home and not worrying about the clean-up. The staff is amazing, accommodated me and my family in every way possible. The banquet hall was decorated absolutely beautiful. Everyone was extremely helpful and professional. Packages are very well priced for everything included and they go the extra mile at no additional cost. The food was delicious and well portioned. The bar selection was high end. The DJ played great, fun music. Would highly recommend everyone to contact them for any special event, specially a fifteens.

We rented the venue for our wedding ceremony and reception and we loved absolutely everything about this place! The service the chapel the reception decoration and the catering and cake referral by them was amazing! When we arrived on the day of our wedding everything was just as I had requested! I had my wedding reception at Olga’ s Banquet Hall, and It was magical. Everyone can’t stop talking about how awsome it was. The food was amazing, decoration exceed expectations, as well as the staff. Juan Carlos Herrera was really nice and professional, and he did everything we asked for, plus more, and he made sure the event was exceptional. My husband and I would highly recomend this place to anyone looking for a venue to hold their wedding reception or any other event!!!

The place is gorgious for a party. This Dj not so much and the audio system either. Over all if the price us right not a bad place for a party.

Terrible food. The place looks nice but the food it was cold and tasted like garbage. I have been there 2 times, a waist of money. The decorations are from 2005. You will need to improve that place. It’s my 2 time and last one.

Honestly the banquet hall is very beautiful, waiters were attentive, bar people were nice but the camera crew and the people in charge there were horrible and very rude! We wanted to play games that the bride had specified to start and they didnt let us. As the maid of honor I was trying to be attentive with the couple, and they will give me an attitude. They gave the court an attitude. We had a program and the lady there said I have more experience do it my way like really its not your wedding. We had all the guests say they were rude and had one bad experience.

I celebrated my daughter ‘s 15 birtday at Olga’s Banquet hall. The experience was extraordinary amazing. Beginning from the staff Rosa and Ana, they made me feel special and took the time to please me with every single detail from begging to end. Their chorographer Lily was super funny and professional. The court practices well organized and they had a good time. A true statement from one of the boys “I girl named Lily thought me how to dance” Lastly, the photographer, Edy Chavez, I had no words to describe how special he made my daughter feel. He was funny, detailed oriented, professional, organized and reliable. Her pictures are 100% perfect because of the quality of work. What a great team! Thank you!

2 reviews1.0 star rating5/8/2017I wanted to have my Daughter sweet 16 party and found the location to far !I paid them on Friday and realized it was to far for my guest over the weekend and call on Monday Juan Hernadez told me that it wasnt fair for me to cancel because my guest couldnt drive down there it was not his problem and i could not have my money back cause they held it for me for two days! I will never rent from these people and will not recommend any one to do the same i hope they choke on that deposit!

Olgas Banquet Hall gave me the most amazing experience on the best night of my life. They made my Quinceañera spectacular. The food was delicious, the service was great, very attentive. The Dj played great music & overall the decorations were beautiful. If anybody were to ask me for my advice on a banquet hall, I would definitely suggest Olgas Banquet Hall. Very nice banquet, never seen anything like it but my experience was terrible. Not only could I not congratulate the bride because of that ridiculous camera crew but the banquet itself was too controlling. They had no respect for our program, everything had to be thier way. The staff were also very rude, one of them even mumbled that our guests were stupid.

A very beautiful place, very well decorated for the occasion but the horrible service they provide reduces the category of the place, the ladies who wait at the tables have a very bad character, they remove the meals before people finish, the drinks are taken away. complete, it seems that they were in a hurry to finish, it is a shame that they have such terrible service, I hope they improve one day !!!!!

The speakers were blown out and the music was loud and no one called to ask or apologize. very bad of them what a shame.

I do not recommend this place. In recent days the celebration of the 15-year-old party of my youngest daughter took place, a simple event for which we chose this site and that they gave us a good price (Diamond Package) for which we included the basic decoration, the food, the drink, DJ, ceremony master and Photographer. Apart we pay for the Limo.The photographer quoted me to explain what the photos would be like and tell me about his work and there I had the first bad experience. Mr. made me feel very badly explaining that what was included was a .... I will not repeat the word but he said that the photo service that included the banquet hall was very expository and that if I wanted a good extension, A quality book and video would tell me how much extra I had to pay him, He gave me his prices and I listened to him without saying anything, when he showed me his work I did not like it at all and called the banquet hall to explain what happened. They gave me the option of contacting another photographer or giving me a credit of $ 400, my aunt gave us the photography and video service of an independent photographer and for that reason we did not use the service. The manager kindly gave me three spaces because the party was initially for 70 people. I must also mention that as a courtesy they gave me the decoration of the scenery, they explained to me that the day before our party someone wanted that scenery and that they found it beautiful so they left it and we accepted it. The day of the rehearsal we were introduced to what would be our ceremony teacher, who was very kind because she said we were changing the routine of the quinceañeras parties that are held in the place, they never told us that we had to follow a script, our slide show of photos lasted 14 minutes and we agreed to project it during dinner time. In the same way we agreed on the times and the presentation. When the day came, everything seemed to go well until dinner time came when the projector did not work and both the ceremony teacher and the DJ tried to solve it but the party literally stopped, without music or anything with a staircase crossed in the center of the room to try to solve the fact that no one tested the equipment in advance and this fact ruined the celebration because most events had been organized and this was part of the show, unable to pass the photos we made changes and thanks God continued the party despite that inconvenience that for many is nothing but for us at that time it was a fundamental part of the activity that the master of ceremony had prepared and just on the day of the rehearsal and we agreed on dinner time to do what.I will also mention that the food was fatal, flamingo chicken, pilaf rice and roasted potatoes. Some guests approached me to complain more than anything about the potatoes that some were sour and others raw. The service itself was good because I cannot say that any employee was not friendly, but I write this so that everyone who reads this with the intention of hiring Olgas Banquet Hall has our experience in mind, look for other options because in the end I never received a call of the owners to apologize and when I called to ask when I could pick up the check for the credit of the photo service, the manager Mr. Juan Carlos told me that he did not feel that he had to apologize for the service of projection of photos is not included, I found it a joke because everyone was aware that the slide show of the photos lasted 14 minutes and nobody ever mentioned that it had a separate charge, please where do they charge you because during the rental hours Can you pass the photos of the quinceañera?
