The lady that was there allowed another customer to cut in before me because I didnt notice the sign in sheet hiding in the far corner and couldnt ask the lady where it was because she was on the phone with another customer. Then had a bland attitude toward me once I was helped. She made me feel like I had bothered her and at that said that she could not help me with my i.d being it was from another state. I was born and raised in louisiana and had my documents to prove but she tells me she cant transfer records from that state to here. Maybe so but it still sounds crazy.

Came here more than once . Understanding with covid-19 and all, but I called before and they told me you didn’t have to make an appointment, get here and 2 pages worth of people waiting, been waiting 2 hours now and they’ve only seen 3 customers since .

The Lady that works in there is so sweet and kind, she have you in and out in no time.Shes very helpful i will most definitely go there instead of the DMV anyday!

NO MORE WAITING IN LINE AT THE DMV! I had to renew my drivers license and vehicle registration. It took 10 minutes here. Staff is very pleasant. There is a modest convenience fee. I will come here from now on.

No wait, cheapest prices out of any in Houma and Thibodaux. She is also a very sweet lady. Ive been going to her for years now and will continue. I live on the west side and didnt feel like driving to the east side today, but after calling another notary and finding out he charges double she is worth the drive.

There was only one person there and she wasnt in any hurry. I dont know if thats the normal but she helped one person for 25 minutes. I just couldnt wait any longer and there was 8 customers in there. Still faster than the DMV but really hope they have more employees there than one.

I was amazed at all the services that The Notary Shoppe provided. I was able to handle every aspect of my vehicle transfer except the insurance, in my visit with them. The ladies are very personable, knowledgable, and go the extra step to make sure all of your needs are met. I will be taking all my business to them from now on.

When I called I was informed that they issue drivers license, however when we arrived we were told that they do not issues initial driver license after having a permit because our boss dont want us to. No other explanation
