This shop is Great! needed a quick oil change my Classic Car. didnt take very long to get a job well done, that was nice. most noted, the folks that work there were Outstanding, made it a good oil change. Very Professional and done for a very good deal, Kudos to them, thank you.

The kid that helped me seemed to be knowledgeable...maybe. I have a 2016 GMC Acadia and went in for a trans flush. My vehicle says the trans requires Dexron VI and the kid said it doesnt matter its all a conspiracy...lol...anyway, he put dex III according to the paper work....any issues and it will go back.

Very friendly efficient was 3rd car in line and spent less than an hour total..not pushy at all..plan to return on way through Redmond next year.

I’ve been to this location several times and have always had a positive experience! Today, I had to wait nearly an hour and a half in line, but I wasn’t bothered by that because all employees had such a friendly, positive attitude and the best customer service. They worked efficiently to get folks through the line as quickly as possible.

This place is awesome service i had serpentine belt break on the way over here to redmond and bought belt at oriellys and they told me they couldnt put on so went to valvaline and they jumped right on it . awesome customer service and answer all questions

The workers were very knowledgeable let me know each and everything they were doing and let me know my filter didnt need changing this time around which I respect them for that.

Did good work on my truck got me in and out and done right. Replaced break lights that would have quickly gotten me pulled over in about 10 minutes

I had my oil change done at Vavoline in Redmond. Service was decent. They attempted to sell me on a new battery which I did not need. That was a little annoying. My next oil change I decided to do myself and discovered that the oil filter was overtightened. It was on so tight that I couldnt even remove it with an oil filter wrench. Im not sure if this is some kind of gimmick to get you to come back and have them change your filter for you but either way I will not be patronizing this business anymore. Lots of options for oil changes out there. Vavoline in Redmond OR is not a good choice.

Easy, affordable and fast. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Sometimes its to busy but that says alot of good things.

This was my first time at Valvoline instant oil change in Redmond. In my twenty years of oil changes I have never had a better experience. The staff especially the assistant manager Jacob was extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of an oil change in central Oregon

My first trip here was great. Its a sit in your car oil change. They do not have a waiting room. Staff was friendly and really checked the car out and provided options without being pushy. I liked the cameras in which you can view whats going on all around your car. Full synthetic was about $90 and I was in and out in about 25 minutes.

A 50% off coupon was advertised online but the local, Redmond, OR, site would not honor it!

We had them do an oil change and replace some tail light bulbs and noticed 2 days later that the left cover was hanging and when I looked at the right side it was loose and about to fall off. They busted both covers and we have been waiting over a month for them to get these replaced. Also we had taken are truck in the same week and they didn’t clean any oil from we’re the oil drains and it’s in multiple spots on are driveway. I told them about the oil and tail lights on the same day and once again they have had two no call no shows to remove the oil stains. The so called manager actually came over put a solution on the oil spots then called us and said that he would be back in 2 days because he forgot his pressure washer. 2 days later no call no show. Small claims is my next option.

Was not pleased with Valvoline customer service, my headlights just burnt out and needed them done because had to be to work early in the morning. I pulled up and was asked if needed an oil change, I said no just needed new headlights. Once they open the hood they realized they needed to go under wheel well to replace bulb. I was notified that the guy that has small hands was not in at the time and they could not service my vehicle at that time. Very unsatisfied with how I was treated, to me it sounded like they did not want to work on it because it was to much work.

My husband and I been here twice now and service is okay so we keep coming back. People are nice as well. Prices are reasonable.

Went to change my oil today and this Valvoline used a filter 3 sizes too small. Not an honest mistake, they had the old filter when changing it. They clearly dont care about the customer. They charged me for the 1/2 a quart they put in there as well

WARNING! my 2 cars had oil changes on Saturday 2.16.19 and BOTH came home leaking oil! Went back and got an oh, sorry.Friend had oil change there, then car died. Checked and there was no oil in the engine.So mad.They need to do a courtesy recheck for everyone who has recently had an oil change - especially those over the weekend of 2/16-17.
