My friend’s s wedding reception was held in Hall B and I honestly was just taken back how beautiful this place really is. Just wow! Definitely recommending and that’s from a guest level!

The best banquet hall there is, everything was included, DJ, photographer/videographer, all decorations, cake, food, caterers, ceremony officiant, and the limo. Like i didnt had to worry about getting any additional vendors like in other places. Very recommended, it was much better than I thought it would be to be honest. I would definitely hire them again. Anyone can send me questions about it that i can guarantee I will answer any doubts.

I loved everything about this banquet hall, I did my wedding there and had 165 guests, there was plenty of super space for everyone. Juan Carlos the event manager was so helpful at all times, he made sure the banquet hall looked perfect on my special day. He did not miss any details and or instructions I gave him. The music was on point all my guests had a blast. I was on salon B which is just beautiful. I highly recommend this banquet hall for all type of events.

Yesterday I celebrated my daughter quinces in Olga reception hall and everything came out perfect. The salon was beautiful, clean, and everything was decorated amazing. The appetizers, the food, the music, the bar, the service was perfect. Also the master of ceremonys Juan Carlos is the best and says the perfect words for a quinceanera not only that but he is a really good person, very attentive, and gives the best service. The photographers were also very nice and good at there job.

Amazing experience. This was our first time hosting an event here after many years at another which recently switched owners and I have to say we had an amazing event. From there management team to the wait staff, DJ and bartender( yes even he who everyone complains about for being veryyyyyy slow), everyone was great and all of our guests had only positive feedback. Drinks were good and fast, food was great and everyone was very pleasant. Will definitely plan our next event here. Thank you JC and staff!!!

We celebrated my parents wedding on Saturday at Olgas Juan Carlos, the coordinator of the venue, and the staff went above and beyond. The ballroom was decorated beautiful. Upon arrival, all of the waitresses were so welcoming. The food was DELICIOUS! We ended up extending the party for an hour because of how much fun all of our guests were having.I’d like to thank Juan Carlos and all of the staff from Olgas Banquet Hall for being so amazing! I definitely recommend this venue for any type of event! They have so many locations and the staff at all locations are just as nice. We will be back there for the next party.

I think there nothing but thieves, my friend had her wedding there. A couple of brides maids gave their purse to the mangers boyfriend who we thought worked there . He said he would put their bags in a secure room that only the brides maid had access to. However that was a lie, employees also had access to that room. One of the brides maid had $600 and cards and the information of card were stolen. Which we found out days later from purchases they tried to make. When the brides maid noticed that the money was gone the wedding was over. We contacted the manger and called the police but the manger never showed up and hung up on the police officer. They did not want to send videos of who was in and out of that room but it really wouldn’t matter because their were no cameras inside of that room. Moral of the story I think they’re thieves and please do not have your event here. I don’t give one star because I have no choice so everyone can see it

Out of all the reception halls that I have been to Olgas Banquet Hall has been for sure the best. I threw my sweet 16s party there and it was a dream. The service was impecable, the food was delicious, and the salon was GORGEOUS. Juan Carlos is the absolute best, he is patient, professional, respectful, and most of all hardworking. The DJ was excellent as he put everyone on the dance floor since the first song! I have nothing bad to say at all about Olgas Banquet Hall. The banquet hall is absolutely amazing and exceeded my expectations.

My family and I loved the experience we had at this Olgas. The staff was most helpful and courteous. I traveled from out of state to have a party hosted here and as impossible as I thought it was going to be, it was the opposite. I was able to stay connected with them via phone and even email to make all of my arrangements. When it came time for our party I arrived a week earlier and met with their staff and got to see the hall in person. The pictures are true to what is displayed on their website and their party packages are exactly how they are advertised. The food was delicious. The cake was phenomenal. The DJ was great to work with, he had all the music we needed for our party and then some. The bartender was friendly and the waiters were attentive. The hall was decorated beautifully as expected. The coordinator was very helpful in picking the decorations and making recommendations as to what look good together and also suggestions on last minute details to prepare for the party.

We had our wedding ceremony & reception at Olgas Banquet Hall in 8th st & 122nd . I honestly have no complaints, our wedding host was Juan Carlos & he did a Great Job . Everything was beautiful & everything I ever dreamed of . The food was delicious, I showed Juan Carlos a picture of the cake I wanted & they made the exact one it was absolutely beautiful & tasted soo good !! .. & our Dj Joe was the best !! Everyone was dancing all night ! Thank you so much Olgas Banquet Hall for making our wedding a memorable one !!

I wish I could give this Banquet Hall zero stars but there was no other way to submit this review. In February, my mom and I had planned to start looking for venues in order to celebrate my 18th Birthday/ Graduation. We came across Olga’s Reception Hall and decided to host my party there. My mother has been planning this party for 2 years because I never had any sort of big celebration including a sweet sixteen due to our financial status. This party was her way of giving me something nice for working hard all 12 years in school and being able to get into a good school and go away for college. Although the pandemic had not yet reached Florida at the time, my mom began gaining doubts about whether or not we should continue planning. 3 weeks after, my mom called Juan Carlos and wanted to cancel the party. He managed to sweet-talk out of cancelling it talking about how “the pandemic isn’t going to come here ”. When the pandemic came, my mom called again and he again tried avoiding the idea of a refund by saying “let’s wait for the state’s orders”. Florida shut down a few days after where only essential businesses were open. Juan Carlos said he couldn’t help me at moment as my files were still at the office and he was at home. He promised to call ALL customers as soon as they reopened. Once places started opening up again, my mom didn’t hear from him for two weeks. She then decided to call him herself and Juan Carlos said that Olga’s Reception Hall would NOT be returning any payments made to their company. He offered a one-year window for my family to host a party another time at their hall, which doesn’t make sense as i will be going away to college for 4 years. Juan Carlos said any concerns we had were to be taken to the corporation. He gave us their number and when we called, Juan Carlos was the one who answered and said he was in charge of answering all calls for the corporation. After again denying my mother’s refund request, my mom threatened to take him to court and he told us to go ahead. Now my family is stuck with paying interest on a credit card while this man is enjoying our untouched money. Free money in his pockets, the same money that I could be using to buy necessities for college, the same money my mom can be using to buy groceries for our family 7 during this rough time. I bet he’s getting loans from the government from his little business. My point is, Juan Carlos may look nice when he wants business but believe me, an 18 year old girl who isn’t stupid, when I say these people could care less about what situation you might be in when it comes to refunds. PLEASE consider other businesses.There are so many other places that are probably way better, way more worth it, and probably have way more empathy. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH JUAN CARLOS PERIOD.

My daughter’s Quinces were beautiful! Juan Carlos made her vision come true, they made sure her theme was what she wanted...Havana Nights is not too common and they went out of their way to find the perfect stage decorations and ambiance. The food was delicious too. Every one had a fantastic time ❤️

I hosted my moms 75th birthday party here. Cant say enough about how great it was. Package was fairly priced and included food, cake, open bar, linens, lighting, and dj. Made it so easy for me. The ballroom was gorgeous, food was good, and the staff was super friendly. Very detail oriented. Even the DJ called me the day prior to plan for the music.

We just had the most fabulous time at Olga’s for Jenny’s Quince last Friday! The venue was amazing, everything pristine, and everything was according to our “ Winter Wonderland” theme. The food was very delicious and exquisite! We had the beef roast, rice and beans with potatoes! Excellent flavor! The “ Hora loca” crazy hour band was a lot of fun! I definitely recommend them and am very satisfied with their service! Thank you to Olga’s and staff.

I wanted something special for my daughter to celebrate her 15’s birthday and I was worried that it was going to be the usual Quinceanera deal. Well these people made it unique they offered many things to make it different. They made it possible for us to choose what we wanted and accommodate our ideas. Ive just done the quinceañera of my daughter and its an awesome party!!! I cant choose a better place. Juan Carlos was in all the details for having a great night!!!! The music was perfect, we are from other country and the DJ played the music from our country and from here, he is very kind. The photographers and the video are fantastic too, nice persons and great photos. The dinner was first level.I highly recommend Olgas Reception Hall. Just had my 30th birthday party and it was amazing!!!! I themed the party Casino Royale and Olgas was able to accommodate all my needs. Their staff made sure that all my guests were taken care of and always treated them with professionalism. This is my third party with Olgas and I would definitely use them again.

Best place ever! I threw a PROM theme birthday party and they gave away Prom Queen and Prom King, BEST SERVICE EVER. I am so happy with the birthday party that was thrown, even the graduation diplomas were given by the assistant and it was just great. I have no words to describe that night.

The food was not great but I dont think I can blame the Reception hall for that. What I can blame them for is for having foul tasting soda (uncleaned soda lines), and HAVING SMUDGES of lipstick on my champagne glass for the toast from whoever used it last!Forget it!

Everything about the venue was amazing. You think shopping center and youre immediately thrown off. But I can tell you they once youre I side, you are transported to another world. We reserved the smallest salon and it was perfect with tons of space to spare. Juan Carlos made sure everything was perfect. He is the best at what he does. I loved working with him. The food was amazing. We had the carne con papa with moro. Everyone was asking where the food came from and if they could have more! The cake was delicious. I recently got married and i was looking for a nice, affordable place to get married at. I found several banquet halls and they were ridiculous expensive. I finally called olgas banquet hall & met Juan Carlos. A beautiful soul. He was extremely helpful and professional about every little detail. My wedding date was Sep 10th. But because of Irma i had to cancel everything, for a moment I thought i was going to have a heart attack but they change the date for the following week and everything came out perfect! He gave me the best price i found in miami and my wedding was amazing! I would definitely go to them for another event.
