So horrible. The manager asked if i wanted gel i said no. I would just like regular polish. The lady who was doing my nails asked over and over if i wanted gel, why i didnt want it, had i ever tried it before, saying i should let her do gel. I have gorgeous long natural nails. I told her i wanted a stiletto (sharp) shape. She told me that i shouldnt have them sharp. She told me my color choice was bad. In the end she did not sharpen them to my liking despite me asking for it over and over, The polish is crumbling off. She gave me gel when I said NO OVER AND OVER. i lost weeks of nail growth and its all ruined. Please dont go here. It is not worth it.

Great nails place!! I’ve been coming to them for over 3 yrs and I’ve always left happy. Their techs are skilled and they have great hours. They take walk ins and open on Sundays

My Wife and i came here on saturday the 29th and the front desk girl was super rude and disrespectful to our time and our race. Continued to stare at my wife and gave her dirty looks and overheard her say to a nail tech that we had no money and rubbed her skin with her finger indicating that we are BLACK.After my manicure and pedicure i went to go pay for my services and asked for her name she said her name was jasmine and i left.while my wife is finishing her pedicure the front desk girl is called by one of the nail techs just to find out her name is not the name she gave me.Liz please stop working here if you are going to RUIN A BUISNESS THAT IS NOT YOUR OWN. i will never return or give my money to a buisness that allows the front desk girl to talk down to clients and racially profile a black family.Do better

THEY ARE HORRIBLE AT COMMUNICATING WITH CUSTOMERS. BLACK MASCULINE MEN ARENT WELCOME. The young girl behind the counter looks sloppy and very inconsiderate to customers and their time. The company needs to reevaluate themselves.

The staff is very friendly and cooperative. The nail artist did an amazing job, very patient. She stayed till 10 p.m. doing my nails. My nails look amazing. I highly recommend.

Place is awful. I would not recommend it to anyone. The original lady who did my nails charged me 40$ and this other lady added random different charges on my total and I ended up paying 100$ for dip nails and regular pedi, and the work was not even good, it would be different if it was. You can get a lot better for less money any where else.

So today was my first day there and I loved it!!! Rosa did my nails and they came out amazing! I did the dip powder and my nails feel strong and look great. I also did my feet but I did not get the other ladys name but she was great too! I heard the owners changed so this current owner is doing good because lots of regulars came in. Oh and I walked in without an appointment! Great service! Thank you VIP nails!

I get my pedicure with Mary. She’s wonderful. She’s very attentive and wants to make sure you are happy with her service. The owners recently remodeled the nail salon and gave it a very modern look. Crystal chandeliers and brand new pedicure massage chairs. It’s beautiful. The staff all get along and are very nice. I honestly like going there and recommend it to anyone.

Have lived in Miami lakes for more than 20 years and had never been and I am very happy with the service... always have appts availiable, the ladies are super nice and they are not chatting out loud like other places, which I cant stand to hear that when you are trying to relax and get away from your own craziness

I love this place! I’ve been doing my nails at this place since January. No other place like it. I love how hygienic they are and how detailed they are when it comes to nails. I have my favorite techs. Maggie and Rosa for my dip powder manicure. And for my pedicure I have always had it with Caro. Best team ever!! I recommend this place to everyone who wants excellent service!

After one week of getting my nails freshly done (dip) I had 6 broken nails. So I go back to get them fixed, no biggie... 4 days later, theyre breaking again. Not reliable if Im spending most of my time coming back to get them fixed.

I love Maggie! She does the best dip nails. They have a ton of color options and somebody is always available for a pedicure which is awesome. I bought a membership to VIP nails and it’s definitely been worth every dollar.

Not a very professional establishment. When I walked in, at 5:30 PM (they close at 7pm) It took them about five minutes or so to even say hello. They asked me if I had an appointment, I said no. (They have a sign on their door that says walk-ins are welcomed) I explained to them what I wanted, The girl was looking around, no one volunteered. She ended up asking someone, she had to repeat herself about three times before he even acknowledged the question. He then all of a sudden said no he cant help he has an appointment at 6 PM. She looked at me with a facial expression that basically said sorry nobody wants to help you. Thank you for encouraging me to never come back

Amy and Mei are the BEST nail techs. However, after four years, I will not be going back due to the rude over-the-phone customer service whenever the regular receptionist does not answer. I had to cancel an appointment at the last minute due to a medical emergency (and eventual death) in the family. The person over the phone was rude and heartless. Not worth it.

I walked in and the place must be good, but there arent enough tech working was not anle to be seen at all.

Im super picky.First time i went i did my nails with maggie. Shes awesome. Super nice and knows what shes doing, second time i missed an appointment because i was afraid to do my nails with anyone else besides Maggie. Luckily, i got someone named Didi. Shes AMAZING. Horrible Experience? I went there last week about 1 hour before closure. The lady who did my nails did not allow the nails to dry. They were more interested in leaving the salon by 8pm. She and the man who took payment did not care that the nail polish wasnt dry and would look horrible within a matter of minutes. Typically, they take your money prior to nail polishing to avoid accidents. Well, she didnt and this made it even worst. Do not go to this nail salon!!!!! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK!!!!!

I am very very displease with this place. I showed them a picture of something I wanted off of their website and they assured me they could do it and didn’t. The colors were off the designs were looking like a child did it. Plus they made like the powder will last for weeks and it didn’t last a week. I left because the weather was already bad and I was trying to get back but I don’t recommend this place to nobody.

I was a customer and even paid a VIP membership for a year. Now I went back and it seems they are not training nail techs properly. Pedi never dried properly and dip powder did not last a week before it started to chip. Not likely to return. Update: dip powder distorted my nails :(

There is NOTHING Vip about this place. My hands hurt after I got my nails done. Its dirty and most (not all) staff members are rude.

Horrible customer service .. the new admn decided to remove the appointment option after they lured you to buy a membership. I find this to be misleading and very inconvenient for busy customers as myself. The owner had the audacity to tell me to just wait for the nail tech thats available. I have done my nails with Mirla for years now which i only have great things to say.

Beware. I had gel nails done last saturday, it lasted three days my nails are peeling off. I called the manager to explain very rude told me I had to pay. I told her that the nail tech Albee convinced me that the gel polish would last three weeks and that I was a client at the nail place. She did not care.

Horrible experience! I wish there was an option for no star. Their customer service skills are all messed up. I made and appointment at 10am for 6pm. They just so happened to mistakenly take the person without appointment before me.. All the owner could do is giggle in my face & say only 15 more minutes. Disrespectful! I will never visit them again!

I have been getting my nails done for over 12 years . Never have I had this experience. My hands are killing me . I have multiple cuts on each finger from the in experience of the nail tech . I also did not get the shape or design I wanted. I have never complained but this is the worst and I don’t want someone else to get thru this .

I went in for a mani and pedi the pedi came out nice my mani was alright she cut me and instead of telling me to go clean the blood off with water and soap she put nail polish remover to clean it then a liquid and she didnt even clean all the blood of and painted over it with a very light pink so it was obvious I still had blood so I had my nails done with a the cut and blood under it in clear site. She also cleaned it with her tools and I didnt see her clean the brush after cleaning my cut so if I get something from being cleaned with unclean tools they will hear from me. For the price I expected it to be better. Wont come back. I recommend doing research before going to this nail place.

I only go here when I am in desperate need of a mani pedi. Last time I went It was expensive for a not so god job.

It is not the cleanest. The bath has something black on the right side of the toilet when you first walk in the bathroom.
