Received a text from the salon today stating that several stylists had left with no advance notice. The text proceeded to say that this was unfaithful behavior and they would give their clients a 50% discount. Quite frankly I am appalled and disgusted. You dont need to air your dirty laundry. I dont know why they left but Im sure they have justifiable reasons. My loyalty is to my stylist of over 25 years and not the salon. A 50% discount will not change anything.

I love going to this salon . My favorite hair dresses is Maydolis, she’s super funny and always make me look completely new and different. I totally recommend her, you wouldn’t be disappointed!

I get the stereotypical salon or barber shop atmosphere is about people just speaking loudly about their personal lives or topics ... but I think there has to be a line drawn at some point, bc some women go to the salon for pampering and “relaxation” not to hear about the receptionist’s man problems. The hair cut and blow out I have to say was done quite nicely not going to disregard that. It was just the unprofessional and loud atmosphere, the complete lack of greeting when I arrived by the woman at the counter, not sure her name, Thalia? light pink sunglasses on her head. Even the way I was initially greeted by the stylist was not very welcoming .. I’m a new client you would think it would have been different. Funny how both the receptionist and hair stylist were so cold and lacked any sort of greeting or conversation when I arrived but were just gossiping away loudly about men while I was getting my hair done (things I don’t need to hear). For that price besides making my hair look good there should be a certain standard of customer service and professionalism.

Cory is the best. I go there just for her and my son loves her too.

Absolutely incredible you have to be crazy if you dont go here. Diane is absolutely amazing amazing staff vashti is incredible! You better go here do you understand? Because if you live in Miami Lakes this is the only place and if you live in Coral Gables this is the only place. Its beyond the Beyond!

Ive never written a review, but this was worth one. Overall, friendly environment. No one was rude or nasty. However, the actual service of my manicure/pedicure was terrible. I initially asked for gel but was told it was bad for my nails. Cuticles were terribly cut. All my nails are different lengths. My thumb nail is not fully painted. I was on my lunch break so I didnt have time to do it all over again. Was NOT worth what I paid for.

I’ve been going to Dianne’s Impressions for the last two years and leave happy every time I go in. Maydolis takes her time and makes sure my hair cut is perfect. Definitely my go to salon!

Maydolis makes great recommendations for coloring and styling my hair. Very satisfied with service and friendliness of all the team there.

Roxio is a god-send! She is wonderful!!! I am definitely in love with the end results of my hair. She understood what my hair needed and walked me through the process I HIGHLY recommend.

Update 10/26/2020- Unfortunately, I will not be going back to this salon. The salon was bought out and now under new management. The new management took it upon themselves to send me an unsolicited, unprofessional txt that I did not appreciate nor could I reply to it. I will take my business elsewhere.

Been coming over here for a bit more than a year, my hair was super damaged and bad from the last person that touched my hair, and then I found Nurys! Hands down to that woman!! My hair is finally growing again (as you can see in the picture) and every time I come here I leave happy.

Not one to write reviews unless it is well deserved, and this one definitely was. After a little bit of a heart break with the last person who did my hair, it was my first time doing my hair here, and Vee I must say brought me back to life. She took the time to listen and actually give me the end result I was trying to achieve. Thank you so much Vee for making my day.

Diannes Impressions is a fun, comfortable and pleasant place to visit. The front desk staff is so welcoming and helpful. The hair stylists are the best, especially my Visha who keeps me looking my best.I always look forward to my visits and ALWAYS leave feeling as if I have visited friends!

I went to the salon for the first time in February to get hilights. I was nervous because I had never colored my hair before. Nurys did an amazing job, she got the perfect color and gave me a natural looking, sun kissed look and a great layers to go with the look. I was very satisfied with the service and quality of work.

I simply got my acrylics off. It took over an hour, they shaved my real nail off, and hurt one nail after I already pulled my hand away.

Ive been going here for years. Everyone is wonderful and professional. Highly recommended

Friendly staff, very clean, The staff is very well trained I never have a bad experiencealways leave VERY happy . I can honestly said is the best salon and I have been to quiet a few. I recommend it to any one who wants great looking hair or nails and facials.

Not impressed! After reading all the rave reviews and wanting a change in my look I decided to give them a try. The first turnoff was the way I was greeted when I came in. I should have just walked out right then and there but figured the front desk staff was maybe having an off day. When the hairdresser finally showed up (20 minutes late to an appt with a first time customer) I explained and even showed a photo of what I wanted to do. Rather than explain that it supposedly was going to take 3-4 different steps to achieve the color I wanted, SHE did what SHE thought I wanted. While the color and cut turned out ok, I have had this done to my hair in the past, in less steps AND at a more economical price. I was floored when I got to the register. I couldve gotten better service, treatment and results at a top salon like POL. If youre an older hispanic lady who likes to gossip and talk about each other then this is the salon for you. If youre a 20-40 something, go somewhere else. Diannes impressions is overrated. Just curious if any of the reviewers are actually customers...
