My daughter went to get her nails and feet done why I was on vacation just for her to complain about the horrible service she got. Nails look like press on nails and her feet I just can’t explain for her to pay $95 when it was suppose to be $80. Should have been zero 0. I paint better than them!

I got my nails done on 7/22 in the afternoon and my nails broke, started lifting, and chippin 7/23 in the morning. I went back to the salon 7/24 and they told me they could only fix three of my nails and if they were were to take off my nails and do something else they were going to charge be for a full set and the soak off. i told them i just wanted them off then and they had me waiting for 15 mins (after they told me a time to come in when i called) and there was someone available to just quickly soak my nails off, so i left and will not be returning. save your money and go somewhere else. these were definitely not $90 nails. not to mention they even charge you a $1 if you pay by card lol.

The girl we used to go to left and I found this place online. it is very close to our house and very pleasant and clean. I didnt give it 5 stars because unfortunately they have a huge turnover and even if I make the appointment with the same person, when I get there, they assigned me to someone else. I hate doing my nails with different people all the time and some of them are not very good. They are very accommodating and always try their best which is why we keep going. The pedicures are always very good. The problem they have is with dip powder and gel. Most of the girls we have done it with dont seem to have much experience and dont do a good job. You pay a lot of money to have someone that is not an expert doing your nails. I hope they get their staffing issues together because the place is really beautiful and very clean.

This is the WORST PLACE! 3 hours for a terrible gel mani & pedi. This is not worth the $65 I paid

The place is adorable and very clean. Lucy did my nails and did a very nice job and she was very pleasant. My recommendation is to play different music. I had to wait listening to reguetón which I don’t care for. Also, we have to think of others that could be going to your place that don’t even speak Spanish. Just a good recommendation for your business.

Very pleasant setting. The atmosphere is both peaceful and fun. I enjoyed the music selection and the scenes displayed on the television while relaxing in the massage chair.My manicurist was a perfectionist. Let me start with saying I had a 4pm appointment with someone that decided to leave early. It was never communicated to me via phone that my appointment needed to be rescheduled as common courtesy. They had to scramble and assign me two different people to do my gel manicure and pedicure. I was nearly there for 3 hours.. very exhausting experience.On a positive note the place is nicely decorated and clean. However I won’t be going back.

Acrylic nail broke within 3 hours of service. Had to wait over 2 hours to get nail fixed. Would NEVER go back here, don’t waste your time or money.

Mirage Nail Salon and Spa was very accommodating. My daughter and I both recieved pedicures. Elsa and Yordanka were very kind and and attentive. Elsa gave me the best foot scrub and I was very pleased. Yordanka was really attentive with my 11 year old daughter and gave her lots of advice and tips on nail care. Thank you ladies for making me feel pampered.

Be careful!!!! They are charging $40 for a poorly done pedi that they verbally sell you as $30 and it is not deluxe. Check the ticket. Mani and pedi both took 3 hours. Total $85.

I’m an African American woman and new to the area. I wanted to try them out but there is major prejudice and an attitude towards me before I could even ope my mouth to ask for service. I came in quietly and politely to be met with a lot of attitude. Do not recommend for for AA with money. Spend where they respect you.

I was fascinated by the place from the first time, the impeccable service, the cozy and relaxing atmosphere always. I recommend it 100%. And what I like the most is the happy hour glass of wine and the sushi, all first class.
