Jaelyn the nail tech was very sweet and professional…very detailed in her work. I highly recommend her. The space was clean and quiet. Receptionist is very welcoming.

Ok, so Ive been looking for a clean/nice ambiance to do my nails, and I think I found the place! The price is good, and the customer service is great! I really like Pamela, she was so sweet and did a great job with my nails. Cant wait to go back!

Im only going to rate ut 4 stars because the place looks very posh. The owner is very nice and makes people feel welcomed. The staff on the other hand dont know the first thing about customer service. The minute they realize you arent their customer they completely ignore you. I go there to see Theo. Shes amazing always leaves my eyebrows looking amazing. Shes the eyebrow goddess. I normally get my nails done at the Venetian Spa at Shops of Pembroke Garden, I figured if Im already doing my eyebrows at Beauty Bars might as well knock to bird off with one stone... Well apparently they dont take walk in. By appointment only... Thats ridiculous! The receptionist doesnt great you if you arent there to visit one of the nail techs. Im giving them 4 stars because Theo is PHENOMENAL & the owner is very nice an accommodating.

From the minute you walk into this salon, you can feel your stress evaporating. Its a beautiful, classy, modern and fresh smelling spot. The owner always makes you feel welcomed with fruit infused water or a glass of wine. I get my nails and eyebrows done here and am never disappointed.

FIERCE! I just love this place i looks beautiful everyone is super nice and AMAZING at what they do. So if your looking for a new fierce CLEAN nail spa this is your place. All the nail techs are great and super sweet. Oh and did I mention they have a brow & eyelash specialist, they also offer teeth whitening! I was like whhhhaaaat! Never going anywhere else.

Went for the first time today and it was an overall good experience. Appears new and very clean inside. While I was getting my pedicure done they offered me something to drink and surprised me with a sweet little treat. I will be going back in two weeks 😊

This is my go to salon!! Its super chic and the customer service is awesome. Theres always fresh infused water and the best little snacks! Leydis, my manicurist, does my acrylics soooo thin and perfect. She also can do some crazy designs. This is by far the best salon in the Miami Lakes area. They not only offer nails but eyebrow waxing and threading, eyelash extensions, and teeth whitening!

This review is in regards to the phone conversation I had yesterday 4/17 with a lady here which I believe shes the owner. My lash lady is no longer doing lashes so I had to start looking for a new location! I found this one on Groupon and I saw it had good reviews. On Groupon the offer I was looking at was for a full set of eyelash extensions with a refill for $115 and groupon had an additional 20% off yesterday which would of made my total $92. I know eyelash extensions & a refill cost more then that but since this was going to be my first time trying this location out, I didnt want to pay full price and then not like them and I would of lost more then $100. So I called to see if they had any available appointments for yesterday or today at 4:30. The lady I spoke with said yes and asked me if I ever had eyelash extensions done before. I told her yes but not at this location. I mentioned I had a groupon and she asked if I had purchased it yet? I told her no because I wanted to make sure you had an appointment for today at 4:30 before I purchased it. She then followed by saying well let me give you a call back because that groupon was suppose to be removed. & I said it wasnt because its letting me buy it now. So she said ok let me give you a call back so she took down my name and number. This phone conversation was at 1:41 PM. I left my groupon page open and went on with my day waiting for a call back from her. Around 3:30 PM I refreshed my browser for groupon and she went ahead and disactivated it! What would of happened if I would of bought it when I was on the phone with her? Why didnt she call me back? She could of offered me an explanation and maybe told me something along the lines of look I apologize but that was suppose to be removed if youre still interested to come in today our prices are etc.. I would of understood but being that I feel like I got tried I decided to leave this review in any domain I find with reviews for Polished Beauty Bar :). So instead of her calling me back and offering me an explanation or apologizing she had me waiting for her call back like an idiot when I could of spent that time looking for another location. I could of been a potential steady customer but now Ill have to look for someone else to give my money to.

Polished beauty bar has been an amazing experience everytime. The staff not only does an amazing job on my nails but they are always working together to make sure the place always is clean and spotless. Everytime I am there I have the most relaxing time listening to the relaxing music playing in the background as they offer coffee or wine at no additional charge. This beauty bar is a one stop shop I can do my nails, my eyebrows and my lashes all in one location. I will continue to refer all my friends to this place because I am confident that they will feel just like I do everytime they have an appointment.
