Applied for a position and didn’t receive a call back. Even though I called every week and left a message, she never called back. I called again and after several weeks I was told not to bother. I have voice recordings of what I should have expected and they weren’t realized.

I attended Cornerstone Staffing today, 03/07/18 and the process to apply and get qualified for a clerical job was relatively easy but a little lengthy which is understandable if youre looking to get matched up with a position suitable with your skills and knowledge. You went though about 8-10 skill test (typing, customer service, spelling & garner, math) The only thing I did not like was that I had to fill out a paper application all over again even though I had already applied online. Michelle C. Was the wonderful rep who helped me through the process, she is really great!

Me and my sister has had the best service from corner Stone. And the best help from Michelle Collier. She was so so kind to us and she actually talked to us instead of just asking questions then having us leave. She made eye contact and everything. She made us feel like she really cared about us. This was the most well rounded, welcoming staffing agency I have ever visited. From the moment I entered the facility I was treated with the up most respect and kindness. The staff here is very organized and fast paced. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends. Camille was awesome!

As soon as I stepped through the doors the front desk clerk took me through the application and showed me very kindly where I could sit comfortably and fill it out. The most I waited was 2 minutes. Right from the gutter everybody was so nice and interacting, it made me feel at home. and in no time I was up on my feet again working and all thanks to these group of excellent individuals.

Got fired from my assignment, but cornerstone did a great job getting me working quickly. Sure no one wants to spend 3-4 hours providing personal info and waiting for an interview but when you apply to a job directly this process can take weeks. Only advice to company is wider variety of pay. Effortless process when you really need a job.

Most of staff are nice people. However this company would not help me because I have a misdemeanor which was possession of marijuana back in 2013. This is so backwards because I got a job at State Farm and they didn’t even care about something so small. Cornerstone staffing is horrible staffing company because of the qualifications. These are all bull**** jobs that they offer but won’t accept if you have the smallest thing on background. You should change your rules and be a little more flexible with ppl.

Its pretty quick. Kara nix is my favorite person there. Shes very smart and fast. She actually knows about the jobs rather than just the name and position. I liked that and she will even help you with a resume if you absolutely suck at that.

It started off well. They do not communicate effectively with the client that they match you with. Causing for there to be much confusion. They will tell you poisitions are permanent when they are NOT! Also they will lie especially the assistant manager Karla/Kara (one of the two). The people that I needed up working with told me how horrible their experiences were as well. I just thought it was based on individual experience. Boy was I wrong they are horrible. Not to mention right when you are about to approach your 90 days they will conveniently release you from your contract. I wouldnt recommend them. Core, Express are much better and can get you more hourly! DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY if you know whats good for you.

Do not meet with Michelle Collier!!!Before even looked my application or introduce my self she told me sorry you fail the test. I say what? I told her like to see the test result or I need to talk manager! Than she offered me with $13 job full time. I actually looking for extra part time job I‘m working full time over 10 years customer service & Management experience. Anyways very Dissatisfied service got received from her Michelle Collier doesn’t know what she’s doing!!!! Very sad 😔 She supposed to help People to get a job! Not refusing!

I have been familiar with Cornerstone staffing for several years and honestly I have never known anyone who has applied to be offered a position. Im sure someone has but these people are notorious for posting FAKE jobs and their interview process is ridiculously long. You stay in their office for HOURS. Even if the position is minor and very basic. They are so good at posting FAKE job positions when you get to their office they will have an office full of people watching orientation videos while they know only two or three (out of a roomful) will actually be awarded a job. Stay away. Dont even bother with this temp agency. If the job is warehouse and the skill set required very minimal there is no way you should go through a four hour interview and testing process. Its ridiculous.

Awful. My experience was within the past several months. Recruiters were not friendly and hardly ever smile. Sign up process can take hours, then when you finally get to the personal meeting they rush you through. There was poor choice of jobs, low pay and harsh schedules. They can end your assignment with no warning, even though they demand notice if you quit. The Manager in Lewisville was snippy, rushed and rude and talked down to me as if I was a child, even though I was older than her. NO THANK YOU. If only CEO Steve Smith really knew how his employees treat people when he is not around or has his door closed. Maybe he will figure it out.

They are collecting your information to sell, just dont give them your SSN and DOB. I replied to their CL ad and explained that I have a 1st shift full job and looking for the 2nd or 3rd shift job, a few hours later received a reply to my email to go to that location for the job interview, after filing their application online and on the paper they denied my job request and said WE can staff you because you have a full time job and not quitting!!! I said so why didnt you deny my request when I emailed, they couldnt answer,also they refused to give my application and said we will keep it for the record!!! I will escalate this matter to the BBB. I took 3 hours unpaid time off to go there just because they are Data collectors!

This place is a joke. Monday the 24 of June I had went in to apply for the simmons mattress company job that they had posted on craigslist. Just about everyone in there is rude. They answer the phone rude, talk to you rude, and if you have any questions I suggest you keep them to yourself because if you any other race other than white. They will have an attitude with you and talk to you like they are better than you. Anyways, back to the story. I went in and made an application. After I filled out the application they had me wait about an hour before anyone came and looked at it. After an hour I went through the interview and they informed me about simmons and told me the shift, pay, etc. The whole time they were assuring me that I was going to get one of the positions at simmons. After wards they told me to do a drug test. And come back at 3 for orientation. So basically It took me about 3-4 hours to finish with everything. I did my drug test and came back at 3 for the orientation. The orientation was about 1 1/2 to 2 hours long. Then they decided to let me know AFTER the orientation that I didnt qualify for the job. Why would you have me go through all that trouble of doing 1 hour of paperwork, 2 hours of training videos, 2 hours of waiting and a drug test. Just to tell me that I didnt qualify for the job? Why not tell me sooner so that I could have gone to another job? Not just waste my time waiting while having me thinking that I was going to get a job with them. This was my first time going to them and will DEFINITELY be my last. (at least for this location)
