I recently got my nails done here. I had an appointment and was left seated for a while before I was attended to. After my pedicure (this part went fine), I had my acrylics done and it was very rushed. The shapes are uneven and I even got a cut which is now infected. This makes me think it is not very sanitary at this location. Photo for proof.

Best Nail salon ever! They are always so thorough and kind. I take my little girls(8&4) with me when I go, and they are so good with them. We all walk out feeling like princess!

They have been very polite and friendly. Their pedicure is second to none. I was struggling with ingrown toenails and since I started going to them all my issues have gone away. I highly recommend this place

They good at doing nails but i’ll never get my brows waxed here no damn more because they gave me eyebrow mites they don’t clean they waxing sticks or wax now my brows are messed up never will i go again for waxing

My natural nails grow fast, in one week they look old give it a week and a half they start to lift. I was looking for places that could do good nails, be gentle, have good prices, and have my nails last long at least two weeks. First time coming here, they had my nails and feet done! I loved the outcome of everything and my nails lasted for two and a half weeks! Im going back and Im sticking with this nail salon.

I love it there. They take such great care with me and my 93 year oldMother. They are very kind and patient with her which makes her feel so special. I love the dip nails as they last longer with no chips or breaks. ❤️

As soon as I sat down I received special treatment! A pillow for my shoulder (recent surgery,) a drink of my choice, and very compassionate and concerned customer service. She asked what services I wanted and did not assume anything like the last girl at Town East Mall nail shop did. I am very pleased with this nail shop including the cleanliness and attentiveness of the staff. I will return, without a doubt, asking for Anna!

Only salon in mesquite I go to. Its close to my house. They dont try to sell me what I dont need. The staff is so friendly and so is the owner. Also prices are reasonable.

DO NOT GET YOIR EYEBROWS WAXED HERE!! I grew my eyebrows out for 4 months!! I asked for a clean up and my eyebrows are so thin it’s embarrassing uneven and wow I’m just so upset! Toe nails were ok but wow never again.

The manager does good nails. However, there is normally a long wait. I would call and make an appointment.

Wanting to give this place a try since its new to the area. There was a small misunderstanding because after I was sat down I told the lady I wanted gel nails (I wanted acrylic with a gel polish over top), she proceeded to do my manicure & then took out the polish. I told her, wait I want long nails not just the polish. Youd think shed be more gracious after a small misunderstanding but, nope. She was visibly upset and screamed across the room to another lady in their language, no idea what was said but they went back & forth until she said if I wanted acrylic I needed to wait longer for a different nail tech. I told her I didnt mind, Id wait. In the end a different tech who was much nicer ended up doing my nails, however, they still ended up uneven with a sloppy polish job. Unfortunately, I will not be back.

Walking into the nails salon the staff was polite. When it came to getting my pedicure Mary sat down in front of me and did not look at me or speak to me while she proceeded to preform my pedicure. Not once did she ask me what type I wanted, whether I would like my nails cut down or anything. When I asked her to cut my nails down she got upset and started cutting my nails down with the cuticle clipper. You would think for a business to be so new they would have better customer service.

They are awesome! And very nice too. Great work and they take their time. Definitely coming back.

Thi Nguyen was not pleasant. Seemed like she was in a hurry to get done. Was on the phone when I came back to the seat Overall a unpleasant experience Will not be returning.

I wasnt very impressed. My nail broke after 1 week and I had the powder dip. The pedicure massage wasnt very good, and it was very understaffed. They are quick to seat you, but make you wait forever. I wont be back.

I have been a customer for many years... mostly pedicures. Great customer service and friendly staff... awesome!

Dont bother to make an appointment, they will have you waiting for half an hour, if they are busy probably another 20 min just to get you started, last month I went to get a mani pedi it took them almost 4 HOURS!!! plus they are not that good they are cheap but definitely not worth it

Just left this place. It was my first and last time going. They started out very polite. The lady that did my toes was good but both techs took waaay too long. I was there for 3 hrs and 15 min for a mani pedi. The nail lady who sits at the very front got upset because she cut my finger and then got upset because I asked her if there was anything she could put on it because it was burning. She snatched a water spray bottle out her drawer and sprayed it on my hand, like that was supposed to help. Then she proceeded to buff my nails very rough with a attitude. Well so much for a good tip! They dont realize when they get a attitude it affects their tip, hopefully this is a lesson learned for her.

Great staff I had my five year old and they accomidated her and made her feel apart of the experience., even better prices, and I was seen immediately.

I will not be going back to this place because I was not satisfied with my nails. They look extremely horrible for me only having them for a day and a half. The lady who worked on my nails was doing a rush job in my opinion. I had acrylic stuck on my skin and the paint job was terrible. I wish, Id never came in the first place all honesty.
