AFTER today I’m done with this nail shop it was convenient because I live in creek crossing. But after today they way I came in and they was so rude yelling we busy and it was nobody in there literally they where saying oh the next appointment is on the way before I could even say I just need one nail repair!!!! The husband of the owner was the reason I like coming because he is very professional and know how to talk to customers but her and the other nail technicians don’t at all. I understand y’all can’t stay staffed one minute they say call for an appointment they don’t answer one minute they say you don’t need an appointment omg make up y’all mind but do it for the next customer because I won’t be back.

It was my first time at Blue Nails and I loved it!!! Very nice and clean, very open and definitely an inviting place. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful! This is definitely my new spot! 🤗💙

I really didnt want to write a bad review, but this is my 2nd time in a month going to this location for a pedicure & having the problem of my gel polish peeling or a bubble the same day. This use to be my go-to salon, but Im sure that I will not waste my time nor money again. The older lady who did my pedicure was rude also rude after I addressed a problem with my pedicure; even after another nail tech explained to her the issue. A waste of $50!

So I’ve been here three times and every time they end up doing a mediocre job. Today, July 15,2021, I came in for a pedicure and ended up getting cut by the cheese grater that they are supposed to only use on the sole of your feet. Well they lady ended up using the tool on the side which caused me to bleed and left me in discomfort during the whole pedicure process. Then I asked for clear toe nail polish on my toe nails and it looks like a two year old put the nail polish on my feet. I expressed my concern and no manager was called or anything. I would not come back if it was free. So sad that I can’t even go up the street to get my feet done. I’m very upset that I still have to pay and she didn’t even apologize.

Okay so I arrived here with my friends 45-50 minutes before closing and they said we’re closed when the schedule clearly says 8 that’s kind of unprofessional especially when it was just one customer

The owner is a caring and compassionate man. His wife, service my husband and I. She did a wonderful job. She was very attentive to us. The atmosphere is friendly clean and very inviting. We will be supporting their business again soon.

Horrible experience. I have always used Blue Nails. The young gentleman that did my pedicure did a horrible job. I asked him if he could redo one toe and he stated no. I immediately asked someone else to come and redo it, she said something to him. He then removed the polish and repainted it, not 1 time but 4 times. He literally took the polish off an additional 3 times. Then got up and went to the back. Normally they would put your shoes on while it is drying. No, he didn’t. After me sitting for about 7 minutes, I got up, put my shoes on at the counter so I could pay and leave and the other lady wanted to put my clear coate of polish on. I immediately told her, don’t worry about the clear coate, to just ring me up so that I can pay and go. I will not be going back! If there was a way to leave 0 stars for my visit, I would have!

I love Blue Nails! I’ve been going here for about a year now to get my feet done and they always do such a great job! For a great price too! Very friendly place I always feel welcomed like family.

I had 11 o’clock appointment with Amy. Arrived on time. When I arrive, I asked if Amy was there the lady which was Asian told me the Amy was not there and told me that they couldn’t do my pedicure manicure and eyebrow because they had other customers do to arrive later. The three servers we’re just sitting around I asked if they can do my pedicure and manicure they said no because they were waiting on their customers and it wouldn’t be fair but their customers to wait while they do in my pedicure I think this is just poor customer service they told me that they were not the owners and that I can come back tomorrow. So sad for this business to just let money walk out the door. I feel like they could’ve did my pedicure versus just sitting around waiting on customers to come in because there was no customers there in the first place. I don’t believe this would’ve have happened If Amy or husband would’ve been there.

The owner and staff are very professional. The shop us clean and personal. Thank you Amy for your time today. It was the best I have had.

Went here Saturday and got my normal pedicure and fill with gel plus tried the eyelash extensions... TRAGIC! Ive always used Loanne... but she resigned 😢😢 I used Kim this time.. first off she set my appointment for 1..and didnt get to me til 1:45... second she took too much skin off my heels with the cheese grater now I can barely walk 😔😔😔, the lashes one one eye came off within hours (never had that problem with EyeCandy in Mesquite.... went back in, Kim didnt make it until 55 minutes later 🙄🙄 (they open at 11) she put cortisone on my feet(why🤷‍♀️) and said Id feel better in two days... she redid my lashes on my one eye ... before I could get out the parking lot i had lashes falling on shirt😒😒😒 needless to say that was a wasted $25.... my total bill was $110.. now I can barely walk, no lashes, 🙄🙄🙄 but it will not return!

I was really happy with my nail polish and manicure (20 dlls) i leave 10 dlls tip and today I realize that you charge me twice with the tip, that’s stealing!! Shame on you

I was not given what i asked for even though i showed them a picture, my nails are not straight, they were poorly done and they still charged me full price. They also rushed doing my toes and when i asked them to fix my nails it was rushed as well and still do not look good.

We set an appointment for 12am (we were early) & they had terrible service, we left at 1:30pm with out our nails done. very rude & unprofessional too our phones. premise was unclean & no air conditioning. Don’t recommend at all & charge extreme prices.

They are really nice and take there time on you. I love coming here to get a pedicure, it’s very clean and they have nice music playing all the time with the tv playing as well.

I asked for coffin and didn’t receive it I got something completely different my nails are all done wrong.

I wish I was able to give zero stars because this place is horrible!!!!!! I went just to get a full on one replacement nail they managed to mess that up! I stopped the nail tech 2 to 3 time because the shape of the nails were wrong & they were extremely uneven. She just kept saying Ill fix them... When It came time for polish I stopped her again telling her I wasnt satisfied. Not once did I raise my voice or get rude with her. She started yelling at me. Never apologized or anything I immediately got my things & left. If you value the way you look or like nice customer service please dont go here. STAR NAILS in mesquite does a excellent job always. Blue nail I see why you guys NEVER have any customers. This place should be shut down asap!

Please listen this place is a few minutes from my house so it was convenient but I’ve been twice and both times my nails looked good leaving and in 3 days were falling off ....went in the 2nd time for a fill and they looked good when I left and 3 days later I was using glue to keep my nails on and then noticed my nails were turning green ...I went back to let them know they offered to fix them and when she starts on my 2nd hand she says I’m going to charge you $20 this time ....like I didn’t just pay $45 2 days ago ...I was over it I told her I would pay and they would never see me again ....moral if the story don’t waste your time at this place !!!!

Best pedicure ever!

Lynn did a good on my gel pedicure but the other lady did a mediocre job on my manicure. The gel polish on my manicure was not neat or evenly distributed. I wont be going back.

I was impressed with the way these people greet everyone and make them feel important. Sometimes there is a wait but in my opinion its worth it!

Very unprofessional! I have been standing outside of the shop for over 15mins waiting for them to open. Not even one employee onsite. I have never been to a nail shop that doesnt open on time and no staff onsite. I will never come back!!

This is by far the worst place I’ve ever been to I had French tip nails done acrylic and I got them done on Tuesday and on Friday they were already falling apart so I decided to go get them fixed because it’s not normal for your nails to be just like peeling So I went to go get them fixed today only to get them even worse I came out with my nail looking like it’s been bit in I am right now filing my nails down and seeing what I can do for my homecoming thanks blue nail
