I’ve been using Michael for over 10 years and now that he’s at Wax & Nail, he’s more relaxed and the quality is much better because of it. Him and Tiffany are doing a great job of updating this location! I love the work they do and won’t let anyone else do my nails!

My expectations were low at first, but the results were AMAZING! My nails always end up cute and lasts very long. My daughter has a very small nail bed, but her nails are cute too.

Used to go here often for years will no longer be visiting this place as I called today to make an appointment with John and I was told John is no longer there but thankfully I went back to where I met John at top nail got a pedicure and talk to someone and got Johns number and John is now located off of Abrams 8440 Abrams Road win nail salon that is where I will be going from now on definitely will follow John wherever he goes hope this information will help someone else out specially if you were looking for John he is definitely the best

Its not as fancy as some salons but the young lady who did my pedicure did a wonderful job while taking her time. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. I was visiting from Atlanta GA., and this salon was referred to me by my friend. I definitely recommend and will definitely return when visiting again.

This was my first time going to this particular nail salon, the salon I usually go to was extremely packed. No one was really in this establishment so, my girls and I decided to try it. Upon entrance it was extremely clean a very relaxed atmosphere not necessarily friendly but it was okay our pedicures were great no issues there. However the low rating comes from the nail tech poured her used monomer from filling in my toes back into her jug of what appeared to be clean monomer to reuse for her next customer thats a no! Also the acrylic that was used on us gave a burning sensation when she applied it on my nail, so Im not sure if theyre acrylic has (MMA). this was my personal experience so no I wont return because Im unsure the products used and once again because she literally poured her used monomer back in the container with her clean and her process for cleaning tools used after. So that was the first and last for me.

I went last weekend and the guy doing my nails was charging me $45 and was only doing half of job he didnt even take my old color off and was covering it up with gel nail polish . something i didnt even asked for .

My only favorite place to get my nails done. They do enforce wearing your mask so make sure you bring it. Never have an issue when I go and they normally serve offer wine but I think because of the pandemic they stopped temporarily.

I can’t express how amazing this place is! Best nail salon experience ever!!!! We came an hour before closing and they took care of me and 3 other girls and... they stayed after closing without rushing us at all! Bo worked on my nails... he did amazing!!!

I went in for a pedicure and a full dip set. I was able to get my pedicure and was happy with the work until Boa the managers borther knew I was waiting to get my nails done and completely skipped over me, now I would not be upset if the person who skipped me had an appointment but they did not which means he deliberately choose to skip me and this is not the first time he has done this to me. It was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. Its safe to say that if I do come back it will be only to get my eyebrows waxed. So please beware

They took my 3 sisters and I at 5:30 on a Sunday when they close at 6!I was very worried they would rush but they took their time and did an amazing job! They were very clean and their pricing is great!

Constantly increase their prices. Make sure you know the price of your service BEFORE you get the service done. Some of the nail techs are slow and do not know what they’re doing. Took 3 hours for a pedicure.

The nail technician, Ann, is fabulous.However, the front of the store is littered with cigarette butts from the men that work there. However, there is too much noise from the radio and TV. It does not make for a relaxing experience.

Always come here for the best refreshments, service, relaxation! They will take their time with you. Great massage chairs(for pedicure), and lots of pedicure chairs so that even if they cant get to you immediately, they will sit you down to soak your feet. You will most likely get the same individual each time you come for relaxing for aesthetics. They do great waxes as well!

Exceptionally Good Service, friendly, offered beverages during service and my pedicure was done well with a great massage in a timely manner.

I had been going there for the past 5 years, and after my visit from yesterday it will be my last. My mom and my sister used to go, but they keep getting new people who dont care and just rush to do the work. I went to get my nails taken off and the job was done terribly, the lady even cut my finger and still wanted to charge me full price. They are supposed to use clean tools every time, they do a manicure or pedicure but they use the same nail filer for everyone, you can tell it has been used over and over again, o you go at your own risk. I am going to find a new place from now on.

NEVER AGAIN after leaving nail cracked within a hour. Every time I come here my nails don’t be the way I want them or they be messy & don’t last! Dave ur money and time!

I WAS A FREQUENT CUSTOMER HERE UNTIL YESTERDAY! Worst experience ever! The BOSS had the audacity to TELL me to leave. I was sitting in the pedicure chair because I wanted my toes to finish drying. In the unit, it was myself and 1 other client. Thats it! I went over to ask this one person why did she tell me to leave. She said because I got a color change only, you could only be there for a shorter period of time! What the hell! And....when I was asking for her name, not one person gave it to me! I will never go back there and I will tell others that I know of the terrible customer service.

Took my mom and grandmother for their first pedicure and it was amazing! They are begging to go back. I got 3full sets and 3pedicure for around $100. Great prices great staff!

I like getting my nails done here but this last time the lady that did my nails messed up. The way that she did my nails hurt. A lot. I even had to pull my hand away multiple times because the pain got that bad. Not only that, but she severly messed up on the nails of my thumbs. One is super lopsided and theyre both too short to fit with my other, longer, nails.

The service I experienced today was very unprofessional.When I explain to the nail tech that my nails were not straight she made up excuses on why it was OK instead of just fixing the nail. If you’re being paid to do a job you should do it right because you’re being paid for the service.

I absolutely love this place the delux pedicure is the way to go. you will fill so wonderful after. Only thing is I didnt let my toes dry all the way so they didnt last that long, but its not there fault. I just wasnt patience enough lol.

I just went to get my nails done on Saturday and my right index finger nail is going come off any time. I never experienced this EVER before. I would NEVER come here again!

I quit going because they sit and watch shows on their phones while they are working on your nails. Scary. Plus, I don’t speak Vietnamese and sometimes you can sense tension between workers and owner. Just started feeling uncomfortable there.

The worst experience I have ever had!! I asked for gel and they said oh yea I can do, I can do! They are sloppy, color overlapped on my skin, the did not round off clean on the cuticle. Their product is cheap, it kept on peeling.I paid more for gel and the regular last longer.. this started to peel the next day and I just do office work.

My nails didnt last a long time without breaking . I literally went in for a nail fixing and waiting 20 minutes before I was serviced . I called ahead so I wouldnt have to wait . They literally serviced people that came after me before even getting me in the chair . They were very insincere about it . I probably will not be back .
