Maribel C is wonderful at what she does and is always so pleasant when it comes to how she speaks to you and very patient with you. Ever since the first day I came here and she helped me I have never stopped coming. She has been able to cover my insurance lapse and has went out of her way to help me many times. Maribel C is the best around town ! La insurance has been nothing but good to me. But maribel is amazing ! Always finding the lowest rates for me and making sure to go that extra mile to make sure she can get the cheapest insurance for me.

Staff is extremely rude take 30 minutes to answer calls. Change the due date every month. say to pay one day in advance. then when you pay one day in advance, then the next month they make it a day before that one day in advance and they make it hard to pay because they never answer the phone. Its like theyre trying to make it difficult to pay so they can keep putting lapses and racking up fees. Hands down the worst car insurance! Stay away from the headaches!

This insurance company sucks! the women there are rude and are not helpful at all! They will tell you one thing and then charge you another. I would not go through this company or to this location! They don’t answer the phones. Every time I go to la insurance they will take about 30to 40 minutes before helping you. And give you an attitude when they do.

Save the trip and bad experience going here. If there was a no star option I would choose. Dont go during her lunch hour because she wont let you in even when the door is unlock. Unfortunately I got insurance through her then regret it because she had an outburst and attitude because I needed automatic payments set up from the very beginning and she didnt do that then I was late. Plus had to pay extra for the lapse. She ignores phones calls and puts you on hold and never calls back. I even had more cars and needed quotes for them and wouldnt call back after she was done helping someone else there. That company is losing business because of her. And Im sure theres more people who wont speak out.

The workers here are just plain out rude! Dont bother with this location.

Move extremely slow knowing they are short staff and customers are waiting. Also, make you hold for at least 20 mins each call. If you don’t want to work, then why apply people ?

Poor costumer service. Short on staff and take FOREVER TO ANSWER THE PHONE CALLS. Also if there is an issue with insurance they dont try to help you. And if there is a change on the insurance they wait until the day that you gonna pay to tell you.

As long as your patient you will get your issues resolved.
