I went to this salon for the first time the other day! Ive been trying out different salons around my area to scope out for prices and cleanliness.I did dip nails and gel polish pedicure. My nail tech was Tina! She told me shes new so I wanted to be sure to leave a review for her! She initially wanted to rip off my old dips but it hurt and left my natural nail ugly, so I asked her to soak them instead and she did. After that, everything was great. She did a great job with my nails. Shes quite the perfectionist, which I appreciate when it comes to my nails. The nails were $50 and $40 for toes. A tiny bit pricier than I normally get, but they have cheaper acrylics available too.

Love this place! They are cash only, but have an ATM inside (no fee). Lisa did my nails and all I did was show her a pic of what I wanted and she did them better!! She was friendly, understanding and of course talented. They are normally packed and Im always only able to get a pedicure, but came early to get get both nails & feet done. The orange peel pedi is my favorite. They do eyebrows, waxing & eyelash extensions. Highly recommended!

I’ve been going to Rose nails for a little over 4 years now and the service was always great. Staff was always nice and polite and overall a great experience. The last few times I’ve been the owner Peter started using the N word with my friend and I. It made me uneasy, this last time I went in for a pedicure and overlay refill on my big toenails. I had experienced some pain underneath my big toenail and noticed a blood clot on my right toenail. I pointed it out to the lady and she said it was fine, long story short…the pain never went away which caused me to take the acrylic overlay off…to see my whole toenail was basically damaged and had to come off. Not sure if they used MMA or dirty and unsanitary implements but both of my toenails seemed to have an infection. Smh

Have only been a handful of times, But...I absolutely love this place!! The Atmosphere, quality of service and people are superb !

Only place I go! The whole staff is really good! I have never had a bad experience here. Peter or Lisa for your nails, and Mickey gives the best pedis!

My pedicure was perfect but my manicure girl tbh I feel over charged I got my nails done on the 26 of Feb its not even the 5th of March and I already need a fill I wont b returning

Some friends along with myself walked in a less than a hour before closing wanting 4 full sets of nails and 2 pedicures. The staff was very friendly and helpful to all of us. They didnt act like we were a problem coming in so close to closing time and made us feel like wed been going there for years. The place was clean and I would highly recommend going there. Down to Earth staff thats incredibly friendly and helpful. Im definitely going to be a returning customer.

I got a basic acrylic set for $25. I think they might use cheap products because I felt it burn my nail bed. Something that I have never experienced before while getting my nails done. The person I came with also felt a burning sensation in her nail bed. They look nice but I won’t be coming back.

Amazing place relaxing

First time going to this nail salon. I had a great experience. I got ombre style dipped nails. People there were very nice, I had to nurse my daughter and they were awesome about that too! They served my older daughter and myself an icee while we got our nails done.

So disappointed. The lady who was doing my feet cut me in 2 spots. The lady who did my fill really messed up. Im not the type of person to complain when getting nails done but this time they were so bad I had to tell her I didnt like them so the pictures I posted are after she fixed them. Very horrible job. I will not be back.

Ive been looking for a good nail place here for a long time. Ive actually been driving 20 miles to get to another salon because I couldnt find one locally that was the same quality. Well, no more making a long drive. This salon is awesome. Peaceful environment. The girl that did my nails was the best! Beautifully shaped, as close to perfect as I can ask. I will definitely be returning to this salon.

I went to rose nails to get my eye brows done and they completely messed them up! They changed the entire shape when all I told them to do was take off the excess hairs. They completely ruined my eye brows don’t ever go there!

This has been my nail place for years. Ive moved to Lewisville and still travel almost 45 minutes to Mesquite to get my manicure, pedicure and eyebrows done.....

Just got a full set and a pedicure, wasn’t rushed at all and my nails look cute! The employees are very nice and the older gentleman who did my nails made sure I was satisfied with them. The lady who did my toes even got rid of my ingrown toe nail! Will return again, happy I found a place in Texas that I like!

I walked in near close and was treated like a queen. They said it was no problem it was almost close. They even took several people after me.They were very nice and MOST importantly, my nails look amazing. Kelly did such a great job.PSThey even waxed my eyebrows perfectly and I’m super picky.

Peter & Kelly are great. The staff is very friendly and speak to you when theyre performing the service. They even sampled nail dip on my fingers while I decided which color was best. Great customer service & great nails. Highly recommend

So I stop in 4 a pedicure & 2 have 1 nail repaired. Im sitting in mychair & I realize the chair is not working. The nail tech speaks 2 Peter & they tell me the chair doesnt work. I decline the pedi & just get a tip on my toe & 1 nail repair. While Im still there some new customers come in & automatically the chairs do work. Mind u our races were different. No apology, or our mistake from Peter. Long story short; thats just rude, unacceptable, & a few other things I might add. Am I not worthy of a massage or use of their electricity. U can miss me at Roses Nails in Mesquite because I will never return!

I have had HORRIBLE experiences in the past all around mesquite. And finally finding somewhere that takes their time! I love them, I’ve been twice so far... but I think I found MY nail place!

It was my first time coming to Rose nails. Peter was very helpful, nice and his service was great. He knew exactly what I wanted and I loved how he did my nails.

I really enjoyed my visit here this week. They got me in and out and offered me a nice relaxing alcohol beverage. I cannot remember my nail tech lady name, but she was so sweet and she did my nails better than what I usually get from other salons. I got the dip nail powder and with other salons it makes my nails look super thick and fake. With this nail salon it looks so good and natural (which these are my real nails) and I just fell in love with them and got a lot of compliments already. I will definitely recommend and make this my new nail salon home.

I love rose nails, Ive been coming here for about 2years. you can expect a little wait because they are just that good!!!! Peter and TeTe have my nails popping every single time and the pedicures are love !!! They can get your eyelashes and brow on point as well. you wont be disappointed if you can look over the little wait time.

They greet you as soon as you walk in the door. I got a manicare and pedicure both at the same time. He did my nails exactly how I wanted them. ♥️♥️ Them. It was so relaxing and this was my first time here. Definitely Coming back. 😄

New Fantastic owner. Extremely personable. Received a pedicure, told him I work on my feet all day so I need extra TLC on my heels. He worked MAGIC! He really put his elbow into that scrub. Feet was smooth and the pretty plumwine purple polish he suggested compliment my skin gorgeously. Its been over a week and still neat and smooth!

I took my mom to get her nails done and her nails were crooked, they didn’t give her the shape she wanted and the woman that was doing them ignored us every time we tried to tell her about it. Then she started to yell at us!! So we told them to find someone else to take them off and re do them because we’re not paying for that. Then they tried to charge us full price when we told them we wanted the happy hour price since we were there well within the hours they operated during happy hour. Once we left, and was finally charged the right price, both of our acrylic full sets only lasted five days to a week give or take!! They use cheap products, I can tell because me and my mim felt a burning feeling on our nail bed and we’ve NEVER experienced this before. Never coming here again and I strongly urge that no one gets any type of service from them!!!!

Id give them 4.5 stars if I could. Only reason I wont give 5 is I bled but I really like their prices & their work. Definitely will be returning !

This is a must go to spot. Peter is awesome!!My normal nail spot was closed for the Chinese New Years. Closed for 2 days and my nails need some quality time. I called and Peter was able to squeeze me in; he said be here in 5 minutes. By the time I drove over to his location I walked in and he was ready to work on my nails.Quick service. I went and was very disappointed after 3 days the gel was peeling off because they put the gel on my skin and cuticle. I returned and they redid my nails only to paint them once again and have the same outcome. They are very nice but a 6 year old could do a better job than them.

I came in for a fill (acrylic with polish), was seated and this woman comes and starts clipping the acrylics off my fingers. She thought they were dip. When I told her I needed a fill not new set she argued that I had dip nails. Then ripped the remainder of the acrylic off the 3 nails she clipped. Then asked if I wanted a coffin shape and I explained I wanted a tapered shape (in between coffin and square) I even showed her a picture. And she continues to file them into a coffin shape. So I was more than annoyed when I had to pay for the coffin shape I didn’t ask for. I didn’t bother arguing about the shape because what could be done? Rip my nails off again and redo them? No thanks. 2 stars because I’ve been here multiple times and never had problems before..

I stumbled upon this place after a horrible experience with miss nails in mesquite. I am always treated nicely and always get exactly what I want. The shop is clean and alot of the nail techs speak very good english. I have been going here for about 6 months now.customer service unmatched. my loyalty is with this shop.

I usually get a overlay and gel set and these nails were horrible..... the man who did my nails filed all my real nails from under the acrylic. So now imma have to start over. This is horrible. And my polish is ugly on my toes such bad service

After about a week my nails were breaking left and right and my mom said hers were cracking. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! we paid soo much money for very low quality

Under new management ask for Peter tell him I sent you there and hell give you a great deal. They now have dipping nails and they never had that before.Look out for the new changes.

It was ok but i didnt like that after i left my nail started hurting really for two whole days and when we call they said it was going to be 28 dollars for two people and we even ask again and they said the same thing but it was 65 dollars but are nails looked great i would come back

I got my nails done yesterday and it was all good while I getting my pedicure. When i was done I waited for someone to do my nails, I waited for almost 20 mins. While people would come in a get theirs done before me. I saw a design online and thought it was nice. I asked so many people in this shop about their design and after getting up and saying something about not getting service they pointed me to this guy in the front who do it. Smh. Once my nails was done and i went home, all the diamonds feel off. I will never go back, I paid them 88.00. They are also really thin not as solid at all. I looking for them to fall off soon. They man was nice though. Wouldnt recommend. To much money to waist for low quality nails.

My worst nail experience ever. I asked for a half & half color, white with black tips, something my previous nail place has done numerous times with no issue. They told me they were unable to do that with the gel, offered dip & I agreed. Then he encouraged me to do it on my natural nail, which I also didnt really want. After being there for 2 hours and him working on my nails for an hour with no progress, I asked what the issue was and was told the ombre nails were too difficult to do with the color black. I never asked for ombre. I asked him to just remove what he did, so I could leave. Another 20m later, no progress, I finally just walked out. I dont understand why this was so difficult. I strongly believe anything outside of a basic nail is out of their league. I also think they overcharged me for my pedicure on my way out, instead of trying to make it right.

The staff really do their nails really amazing, cheap too, I loved my nails, after I got them done.

I needed to get my gel nails removed & I still have half of it on. I was also burned with the nail drill, cut with the nail filer, & didn’t even file my nails good.

I spend so much money with them, which I don’t understand why they keep giving me this certain nail tech. She doesn’t know how to paint correctly and not to mention she cuts me everytime. She clearly ask for the other employees to help and they don’t. I make sure I tip but I won’t tip if I’m not satisfied, today my toes look horrible oh well that’s money wasted😳 back to skye nails I go. The only way I would come back if Peter does my nails because these new ppl aren’t worth my coins

This place was horrible!They made us watch football, while the manager yelled at the TV. He was rude to his staff and they acted scared if him.The place was disgusting. Old nail filling debree everywhere. The chairs, by the drying station/uv lights & junk in the floor.There were even candy wrappers in where your hands go at the uv light. The arm to my massage chair was off and to the side, which I had to fix myself. By doing this I found out it was a chair massager, score for me but youd think someone would have told me.This place was not relaxing, again the manager came off as rude & patronizing. I couldnt wait to leave. And my nails, even though I got gel only lasted a few days and they were lumpy and chipped. Im not sure if the manager was in a bad mood that day but all the nail techs kept glancing at him as they hurried through their work.I definitely do not recommend this place, there are too many great ones close by that provide relaxing & clean environments. I hope those girls are ok, I still think about them and their stressed out faces I really dont think its theyre fault

Been going to this location for years customer service is starting to get poor and they do a rush job on your nails. No hospitality at all.If peter doesn’t do your nails then you won’t be satisfied.

Get MIA for your toes. Also ask for a stamp card so you can get a discount after so many visits

Peter & Kim are awesome. If you have an ingrown.... see Kim. She is amazing at giving you some relief by removing the toughest ingrown.

Went in today with a friend and my daughter to get a mani and a pedi, well my friend and I both got the 25 dollar pedi she got her foot scrubed me nope! Her toe nail polish was coming off. I got the french manicure on my regular nails the lady filed my nails crooked the tips were smudged. They charged me 82.00 for what?? My daughter is 12 and they charged me full price. My friend got some messed up toes with fake nails for 70.00 I got 82.00 dollars of something i could have done at home. I still have rough feet and messed up fingernails i had to fix myself. Very unhappy. 😕

They suck. Denied a customer before closing. Next time ill be taking my business elsewhere where they value all customers, even the ones that walk in 5 minutes before closing.
