Was in tulare today the drying brushes were moving but they dont come down and touch the car so it was useless we pay for a service but dont get itnot returning here ...This carwash in visalia off mooney is the bomb it throughly washes your car on the outside and you can stop and vacumn it I never forget to tip for there hard work

Very rude and discourteous people, the manager is extremely unprofessional. He is not willing to accommodate customers. Save your money and go to a different location. I pay 330 for an annual pass, you would think that they would at least remove the bugs off the windshield. The shammies are usually turned off. They had me upgrade for shammies, but then they turn them off because the workers say its too inconvenient for them.Again, to avoid headaches and arguing w employed kids, go anywhere but here!

The employees are very nice and theres many things to buy for your v vehicle. Free vacuum after you wash your vehicle.

Very well run. Quick service. Up to date equipment with all the environmental r.fluid recycling equipment used, helpful and courteous staff. Plenty off vacuums and pressure air spray stations, very clean and properly maintained areas. Good place to wash your car or pickup truck. Can be busy at times.

I love this car wash they do a wonderful job its quick and easy and if you need assistance theres a friendly staff member that will help you.

They’ve gotten way too busy. When I want to go the line is long. When this happens the line moves very slowly and sometime the line doesn’t even move. The system needs to be fixed, the line should always be moving even at the pace of the car wash but it doesn’t even do that and you’re stuck there for longer than you should be and it has taken almost 30 minutes to get to the vacuums. The signs say limit 5 minutes and I know people are there in excess of 20 minutes and blasting their music in the process. Take down those signs if you’re going to allow the rules to be broken.

Love this place! I tried Paradise Auto spa on the westside of Tulare,they got my debit card number and were making unauthorized charges! Tried talking to the MFIC go figure he was never around!! Had to cancel my card and wait for a new one! I warn anyone who has delt with Paradise Auto spa check your bank statement and youll see they are overcharging you!

Do not waste your money on a membership. I am paying $30 a month for a service that I never get to even use unless I want to sit in a long line. I dont know how they keep track of the cars coming through, Ive basically paid for someone else to get the ultimate wash and I got a lesser priced one cause somewhere along their long line of cars they messed up. They also turn the vacuum sunction down in the early mornings when its not as busy. Not worth the money.

They use to be better but they have gotten really bad. They need workers who will actually do their job & pay attention. The lady who helped us was more busy in selling us more products then listening to us, then she wrote on our windshield with some kind of soap or wax bar & the guys who normally scrub the windshields & grill didnt even bother reading it, they didnt even bother scrubbing down our vehicle or the vehicle behind us. We paid for the Extreme Car Wash but our vehicle didnt come out clean & we didnt have time to go back through like the 4 vehicles behind us did.

DO NOT GO TO THIS CARWASH UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CAR DAMAGED. Last weekend we went to get our truck washed. We have the subscription. They were very busy. I (the passenger) noticed that it seemed like we were pretty close to the truck in front us but didn’t think anything of it because we have such a big truck so it could have just appeared that way to me. Anyhow as our truck was covered with soap and we couldn’t see anything we feel a jolt and heard a crash. Somehow we hit the truck in front of us. Not sure how that happened as we couldn’t see anything. The employees finally realized then came over. They tried to get the truck in front of us back on the rails and said he moved out of them. They said your truck is fine we are restarting the wash. We of course parked to check and it wasn’t.They took the truck owners info and ours and said someone would contact us after the cameras were reviewed. When someone finally did they basically said it’s our issue and we had to take care of it. So now what do we do? Drive around with a damaged truck? Go after the person in front of us insurance when we have no proof to show what even happened? This is such BS! Something went wrong and they won’t admit it. It was either their doing or the truck in front did something to cause this. Again we have no way of proving anything and they are no help.

Vacuums and the air blowers never have any pressure now. They need to fix the for as much as people go there. Need better maintenance team.

Im giving it 2 stars because I pay monthly and Ive yet to be to one of these where everything works a majority of the time. This one particularly does not activate the last two waxing roller things unless an employee is standing there to manually pull them down onto your vehicle. An employee is standing there to do this sometimes.

Not really there fault I suppose but more often than not I drive home and wash my car instead of waiting in their line. The guys at the front never really pay attention guiding cars in, so if you have a sports car or anything with wide wheels beware.

Great place,but lately not getting the car clean. Leaving streaks on windshield and on car.

Their machine washes your vehicle okay depending what type it is; so it is recommended to bring your own towel for whatever doesnt get dry. However if their is any reason that you need to call be prepared to be put on hold for the longest. I was on for over 15 minutes so I had to end up driving from one side of town to the other to talk to the person who put me on hold only for her to say it got busy....

Gotta love a clean car and this is a great place to get it done!!!

Local Tularean here. I’ve been coming to this location since it first opened. At first I was hesitant as my car was brand new and didn’t want to let the auto wash scratch my paint after extended periods of regularly washing my car there, so I tried it a few times. Was nice when heading out of town on short notice and not having the appropriate time to do a correct wash at home. It usually does a good enough job to make it look clean enough, assuming your car isn’t filth, and removes bugs well, unless you’re a speeder, then bugs stick harder. Trust me I know I was the daredevil himself and believe me, when you hand wash, not spray a vehicle, it is so much harder to clean an extremely dirty car 1+ month no wash/constant 80+mph speeding. I always do the ultimate, which gives a nice dressing to the wheels and a couple extra soaps and wax for the car plush a decent dry. Understand it’s a machine, the wheels might be uneven but carry a smal sponge pad and spread it evenly, it’ll look better. Bring a towel to dry the car, use the air hose to get the nooks and crannies because it’s a machine. If you really want a good wash, pay up or take you’re time at home. If you’re constantly in a rush or just plain lazy or cheap, it’ll do a decent job for one hours worth of work at a minimum paying job. What’s worth more to you? Quality or Value. For me, it’s Decent Quality for Good Value, just be aware there is always bound to be imperfections, and if it doesn’t do a good enough job, go again. Unlimited pass was awesome, I even went in a few times a week, maybe every day on some occasions to keep the car shining with one thing to keep in mind. The way these machines are designed, you are bound to get abrasive micro scratches over time due to the lack of quality control, which is impossible in a machine like this. That’s why one hand washes using proper technique to not only clean you’re car properly, but protect the paint and clear coat with quality chemicals and equipment. But most importantly. Line is always long, you dont always get the wash you pay for, plus if the wash you pay for uses the drying towels, those dont always get used. I was really happy at first with my car washes but now Im starting to dislike them and the associates just tell you you can go through again

Just doesnt clean all the dirt off my Elantra. The people service is great but when I pay $11 want it to appear all of my car got wet. Section by spoiler that is as dirty now as it was when I took it through the wash. Sometimes it is top of hood thst comes out dirty . I have decided to wash my own car and use the old time pressure hose care washes .

Worst car wash Ive ever been to.#1 my car is still unclean on the outside after running through the wash. The dryers also did not dry my car, so I had to wipe down my windows to keep marks from appearing.#2 the wash has awful instructions. It does not tell you where to drive up to and when to leave. The driers will start blowing at the end of the tunnel so you have to just know youre supposed to drive up to them to get your car dried.To hell with this place, the car wash on Caldwell in SE Visalia is so much better.

Quick but the brussels are leaving scratch marks on my car

Have been on the monthly plan for 2 months now, its really convenient especially when I’m off work late. The lines can be long at times, other than that this place is really convenient and friendly.

When theres no line I love this place. Customer service is good.

It does fairly well, bugs on the grill and windshield dont come off the best. But its a really nice convenience for me for a quick wash, the vacuums are really good & the air hose is a nice feature to get water out of tight crevices

I paid for ultimate and got epic. Ending.... i dried my car with my towel and put a tire shine. It happend thrice.

The wash doesnt get your car clean, leaving big streaks. And they might as well not bother with the dryers with the amount of water left on the vehicle.

The car wash machine cleans good but the washer guys are not appear as if they have not eaten a meal. Does lousy job.

Equipment needs to be updated, such as vacuums dont always work correctly and blowers hardly push air out. Will be ending my membership!

Easy access

Just lately have been unimpressed with the level of service. Half hearted scrubbing and not doing a very effective job... That included this afternoon.

Stay away from this car wash. Does not clean your car like it used to. When you exit the car wash it shows a lower level wash than you pay for. This has been happening for the last 3 months for sure. No refunds on prepaid car washes either. Their solution is to ask you to go through twice. Wasted time and not an express solution. Maybe a scam by the employees? Lack of diversity here points to possible corruption. Im sure the manager and owners will see a loss in sales and wonder why.

I have been waiting a month and a 1/2 for someone to call me back on damage that was done to my vehicle at the Tulare car wash.I have been calling every few days to speak to the managers Juan, Alma, or Moira.(Which none of them are ever available to speak)Nobody has called me back and I have been placed on hold numerous times for over 10 minutes.I am a Subscribed paying customer and getting treated like an Ex...The only reason I am still there is to get this handled. Then I will leave after this business is handled.

Car wash does a good job, the staff there is quick and operates with a sense of urgency. I have the monthly unlimited pass and I can go to any surf thru and get a car wash which is awesome when you have a car with dark paint in this dusty valley. Only minor complaint is the tire shine process gets tire shine on your rims and I have to stop and wipe them down after. But like I said, minor complaint.

To begin, my vehicle was not as dirty as it could’ve been but once out the wash it practically looked the same. Tire shine did not fully cover the entire tire either. I was looking forward to vacuuming my vehicle only to discover the vacuums had absolutely no pressure and neither did the air guns. GREAT! It wasn’t even busy either so I don’t understand why there would be a lack in pressure. I didn’t even bother to go to the attendant about it because the two female cashiers were already pretty rude, not friendly & customer service oriented. Plus this place is pretty much ran by children. Where are the adults that uphold quality and standards!Totally unimpressed with today’s visit. Will not be returning, thanks.

Free vacuum. This place has been open a while now. The employees are not taking car of the vacuumed because the hardly have any suction. If you use cash to pay yr monthly subscription they charge you extra. I dont recommend this car was. It is definitely being neglected by is employees.

I recently started taking my car to Surf Thru and have been pleased with the results. I have only tried the Express (cheapest) wash and it takes off *nearly all* the dirt/ grime... impressive. The employees are friendly and I like the free vacuum and compressed air. Good prices too.I honestly dont understand *some* of the negative reviews, so here is some helpful advice:1. Carry a soft towel/chamois in your car so you can dry any residual water. Yes, your car went through a blow dryer but that doesnt mean your car will be *PERFECTLY* dry. Have reasonable expectations.2. If your antenna is removable, by all means, *REMOVE IT* before going in the wash (for obvious reasons).3. If you have unreasonably high expectations, consider washing your car yourself.4. One reviewer complained that there should be an area to wash your car yourself. Really?? If you dont like automatic car washes, then dont go to an automatic car wash and then complain that its an automatic car wash. Ridiculous!Keep up the good work Surf Thru!

Best car wash

I pay $13 each time and my car still comes out with dirt. When they had barely open everything look good but now it seems like the machine wash quicker. Sometimes I feel I paid for an epic wash not an ultimate.

Im a member and had to go thru twice car wash did not wash my car not sure what cashier did but when it was pulling me into the wash nothing happened just has soap everywhere no water no brushes just soap had to use windshield wipers to clear window then guy asked me what happened! like what!!! man wash my car better be glad its cheap and I need it washed daily

Great place to get a drive thru car wash and vacuum. The dryer could be better though as my car usually still has water on the windshield and back of the car after going through.

A little pricy but way better than some car washes. When I went all the brushes seemed new and where very gentle on my car. My rims and wheels where spotless. Would definitely recommend.

03/10/2017 - Been a customer since they opened, but today I locked my keys in my car. They had all the equipment and were able to get my car unlocked for me. In this day and age it was so refreshing to see a company with employees step up and help with no questions asked. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! I am so appreciative. I live 45 minutes away so getting my spare key to me wasnt and easy option.

This place is always fast get you in and get you out!!! Vacuums are strong and they have a compressed air house that works great for getting the dirt out of all the hard to reach places. I recommend getting the monthly pass its only $30 and you can wash your car as many times as you would like!!!

Great place to get your car washed and includes free vacuuming. Im sure the kids would love the lil light show on the inside and different colored soaps sprayed on the car.

Same issue again today. Not busy. Ask for tire shine from the 2 male supervisors and they all disappeared. I had to ask a second time. I am cancelling my monthly membership. Going to Water Drops.Went there yesterday and not busy at all. Requested tire shine from staff. Staff said yes but the disappeared. I was waiting for a long time and started to look for the Manager. Female supervisor was dismissive and unreceptive. I saw the manager along 4 other staff all hanging out in the office area. I spoke to the manager again since I brought up customer service issues during other visit times at this carwash. Poor service from manager to supervisor to line crew. Bring the old mgmt staff back.

THIS CAR WASH SCRATCHED MY CAR! beware! They claim the brushes are soft but I have brush mark scratches all on my car from them. They should pay for this damage! And it’s overpriced since it barely washes your car. I almost always have dirt/bugs on my car. Just stay home and wash your car
