Great experience from move-in through leaving. Only left because I bought a house. Staff was very communicative, apartment was very clean and inexpensive to cool. Had my dog there, and they have a lot of per clean up areas and a large park is very close for walking. My place was furnished, which worked well. Fitness center, laundry, and a couple pools. Overall, Id definitely recommend.

Great place to live while traveling for work. The community was always clean and well kept. Very quiet community which was great for someone working night shift. Management was always available when needed. The only issue was with the gate. On a couple of occasions the side gate didn’t work, but they worked quickly to fix it. The two pool areas were nice. There were homeless people down the street, but I never really felt too threatened. I made sure to keep my car locked up.

I didnt speak to anyone until it was time to pay a $300 holding fee. They didnt send me any information about the fee other than it would be applied to my deposit. I changed my mind almost immediately and emailed them back, because you CANT get ANYONE on the phone, to cancel. I emailed all that afternoon and the next day to cancel. The payment had not even fully posted to my account and they let me know that I would have to be mailed a paper check. That was over 9 days ago! They SAID their corporate office in Tuscan mailed the check last Friday and want me to wait a week to receive it. Is there a corporate office? I havent been provided the phone number to reach out. I should wait a week and then what? No one seems to know or care! They were super responsive to get that money, but totally unconcerned about trying to get a persons money back to them. I will be filing an official complaint with the BBB. Unless you dont mind leasing without ever speaking to anyone and with no formal documentation about where you money is going, Id avoid this racket!

My second year here. I just renewed my lease. This is a great place to live and I’m happy to be here.

So, I got a survey asking how my maintenance request was (it was great btw). No part of the email said my review would be a public review for the complex as a whole. Ive only been here a few days and theres really nothing wrong with the place so far, but asking me how my maintenance request was then forwarding that to your Google review page...shady bro. Real shady. You get one star for that.Edit: After a conversation with the staff they have forwarded my concern about the potentially misleading review process to their head office. Other than the survey email (which is apparently set up by a third party) I have no complaints. The place overall is fine. Surprisingly quiet for an apartment complex that has a lot of younger people in it.

Ruchini is one of the best people to work with when it comes to addresses any situations or concerns regarding Stonegate. Since the new management team came in they’ve really taken control of the complex in the best way. Living here the last 8 months has been a pleasure.

Some of the management is really good. With working with you and explaining information. Other parts are very unprofessional and inconsiderate. They repeatedly hung up on me and blamed me for things that I was not aware of. And when I try to high school where am I lease that information could be found. She stated that She didn’t want to. And she’s going to call the police. Because of my company. Also assuming that I have someone living with me because I enjoy company. And would not even give me the courtesy of having a conversation when I explained that I was coming up there to talk. And she just stated that she heard what I was saying repeatedly. Did not discuss anything else with me. Because she was in a “ meeting”. Also when I had other issues about feeling harassed by my neighbors they disregarded it. The buildings are really nice though. And certain members of the management team are very helpful

This apartment complex is run by MEB management. However, the two individuals at the Apartments, Janet & Becky are two of the issues with this property. Traveling nurses, social workers, and other medical staff need to avoid renting an apartment at this complex. ( Along with anyone seeking a safe, secure & clean apartment complex.)Look at the pictures posted to see how this apartment complex deals with the many floods they have due to bad design and improper drainage. This along with the shear absurdity of the pictures posted by Stongate hopefully keeps the unsuspecting community at large away from this property. Check the crime statistics for this complex to see that as of 2020 there were crimes against people and property. Stonegate/ MEB needs to remove Janet & Becky before trying to make any changes at /or with the property. Look at the hours these two individuals work to see how absurd it is for people to rent from MEB management at Stongate Apartments. These two individuals have hours of work set aside for people working off wallstreet.With that explained, the crime, flooding issues, misleading photos advertising Luxury Apartments in my opinion should keep anyone, especially companies looking to place workers here away from this complex!Apparently, Stongate said in a reply to this review that they have resolved the flooding issues. This claim is false!I have video and more pictures taken in 2018 - 2020 showing the parking lot, and apartments flooded,At this point, if Stongate management continues to struggle with the facts I can produce more pictures along with videos to ensure anyone thinking about signing a lease is armed with facts and not the misrepresentations from Stongate!Do not walk away from a lease at Stongate Apartments, but run as fast as you can and dont look back! Updating after living here for a year! 12/10, honestly. Maintenance requests are handled within 24 hours. Ruchini is a fantastic property manager. She really goes above and beyond to make sure she’s providing a good living experience. There’s a security guard at night. It’s gated. Pretty quiet. Pet friendly. Apartments are super cute and everything is well maintained. Parking is covered and unassigned but I love that. Someone park too close? Just move a slot or two down, no worries about inconvenience.

Just moved in and I’ve had such pleasant experience. The front office has been amazing and very helpful. Maintenance was fast and professional. It is pretty quiet and family friendly. So far nothing but good things to say for my daughter and I.

I just want to give the entire staff two thumbs up! I have been here for a few days and it’s been nothing but a wonderful experience. I had some work orders placed and they completed them exceptionally fast. I am in the industry of apartment rentals so I know a good team! They made the application process super easy and they were super communicative. I hate to use this term, but I can be “extra” when it comes to where I am living and they went above and beyond when completing my work orders. I see some past reviews and I am honestly quite shocked because it’s been great here! So keep up the good work guys. I know sometimes in this industry we get told all the bad things we may or not be doing and not enough of the good things we are doing. So thank you so much!

Maintenance staff quickly responded to my request to repair air conditioning. The air conditioner was repaired quickly and efficiently. He went above and beyond by balancing the output to cool the entire apartment more effectively. I am very well satisfied

The apartment was hastily renovated, with small paint splatters on the floor, termite damage covered up with flexible plastic baseboards, and various other minor issues. Good enough starter apartment though. If you plan on breaking your lease early, make sure you read your lease. There is a LARGE early termination fee. Management is cordial as long as you arent being stupid. Follow the rules, be a good tenant, and you wont have any problems.

Recommend! If you are arriving in Arizona looking for a place short term/ transition or inexpensive long term, this is the place. The staff is quite pleasant and helpful, very tentative but you must speak up if you have some sort of issue. my only issues that arose were there was a garbage disposal problem that was fixed the same day and I saw some baby roaches. now this is something you have to be aware of moving in any apartment complex, if you keep food away and the place tidy its unlikely you will see any and if you do they have exterminator that they work with and will put you on the weekly maintenance or a whole apartment sweep.For the apartment itself.. I had furnished one bedroom that was super spacious. paint was new, cabinets were new, everything looked fairly nice. each apartment has its own balcony. there are two pools and a gym!the area is a low income Spanish area, a 7-11 walking distance and a food mart across the street, I preferred the market up the street.a 2 min drive to the highway. the salt river is not far.over all good experience, I believe this place is a steal.:)

I had a 6 month lease with Stonegate because I was working in Chandler and no real complaints.Signing up and going through the application process was harmless the staff in the office was always nice and friendly, moving out was just as harmless, Id made sure to really clean my apt and they gave me my full security deposit back which I appreciate that.The apt I rented never had any issues everything is well kept and clean, they provide a laundry room if your apt doesnt have one in the unit and swimming pool, bbq etc, grass was always maintained the maintenance men were very friendly the several times I stopped to BS with them.Overall well pleased with the location and area the staff is top notch, If I ever have to come back, this will the first place I will stop to see if they have anything available.Thumbs up StoneGate job well done in my book.

I have been here almost a year, I love this apartment community. Furnished apartments are really spacious It is in a great location, grocery stores and gas stations are very close, the grounds are always clean,the leasing office staff is great and you can tell they really know what they are doing! They are extremely helpful. Location is really close to freeways which is helpful for commuters.definitely I will be referring people to live here. Darci is really awesome and is very friendly like the rest of the staff. Neighborhood is nice and the location is great for me.

So far it has been an amazing experience. They are quick at responding to questions. They also are very attentive to keeping the grounds nice and clean. They even recently added a full free weight set to their already awesome gym, just to be nice.

Lived here for a year and it was a pleasant stay. The area outside of the complex is a bit sketchy but inside it was always quiet. Staff was quick to fix any issues and were friendly.

The maintenance team is great! They are fast and efficient.

My husband and I moved here just about a month ago, from New Hampshire! The girls in the office have been extremely helpful, more than willing to help us making the adjustment moving to a new city and state! Very quite here, nice being able to go walking along the paths, very peaceful! We have a one bedroom furnished and have plenty of room. The furniture is very nice and comfortable. And to our surprise the bed is extremely comfortable, so when we do leave we plan to ask where they purchased it, so we can one there!! The staff is very friendly and always greet you with a smile, we are trilled that they are so easy to work with! We actually needed maintenance today, they came over fixed the problem right away, the maintenance crew is friendly and very eager to find a solution to the problem. We highly recommend Stonegate Furnished Apartments

The complex and management as a whole was good. I always felt safe there and watched the grounds transform as they added new features that some tenants and future tenants might find important. In my area there was seldom a disturbance by other tenants and management worked quickly to get the facts which included contacting tenants in the area to verify complaints before they took action. For me this was an interim place to visit and it more then suited my needs. Although I was in a studio family members that visited were surprised with the quality of the kitchen.

Check in was easy. Everyone was very helpful and kept me informed through the whole process.

I moved in completely blind besides for the reviews online. The office staff was always helpful on the phone and while moving in so I was not too scared. When I first walked into my apartment again, I thought it was not that bad. It was actually kind of cute.Then my first few hours went by....little bugs were coming out everywhere, probably 10 a day. I was unaware of what a cockroach was until I started doing a little research on these bugs. I was completely grossed out. I found out that they create poison in the air and between that and sleeping with my lights on (they are nocturnal) I knew I needed to leave. I went to the office 3 weeks later. (I thought the problem would go away at first because I didnt know what they were and I bought bug spray) They was incredibly sympathetic, helpful, and informed me that I could break my lease. I was not able to move into my new place for a couple months so I had to stick it out. They sprayed my apartment every Friday after that.The pool was not very nice. They have a pigeon problem so that was frustrating when trying to relax out there. I slept with my lights on for 3 months just to avoid the cockroaches coming out. I did not buy any groceries while living there. I ate breakfast lunch and dinner at my office. It is in a very shady area in my opinion.The only plus side of living here was dealing with the office staff. They were very, very kind and understanding.

We rented from Stonegate for 6 months while our new house was being constructed. In all my past experiences of renting, Ive never come across property management that treated people as poorly as they do. Throughout our stay we had to deal with shotty internet service and poor security. Half the time the main entrance gate didnt work and so my husbands brand new motorcycle was stolen from under the carport in the middle of the night. Upon moving out we were charged extra for general maintenance items that were left in the same condition as when we moved in.

Leasing office staff was awesome to deal with. Very helpful and friendly. Maintenance fixed the door lock quickly and were very pleasant.

DOOR FIXES He did what he could. Still have a gap in front door so I will have to get the stick on weather stripping. Door is warped so replace would have been a 5 star. Closet door now opens. As par the course for old bi-fold doors they do not close completely leaving a half inch gap between doors. Maintenance man was courteous and friendly.

HUGE ROACHES!!! First night was a nightmare....tiny roaches to huge ones coming out of everywhere! So we had to close the air vents to lower the amount of roaches. Plus when we called about the moving in specials its a lie. You dont get two months free rent for a unfurnished 2 bedroom with 14 month lease. I am currently living here on the first level of a 2 level building. I cant even enjoy the patio because its disgusting with dead sewer roaches laying around. I am trying to find another apartment because I can not deal with the roach problem. These apartment building must be simply infested. Also there are no assisted parking or security gates. The front doors only has one lock and windows are not sealed right. We had no options because we were in a rush to move out our old apartment that is why we sign with this place. The first day of move in was nothing I never seen. First of all the gym is not free and the toilets were dirty with urine stains. Here they told us they need 3 weeks to touch up the place. Nothing seem touched up! The dryer doesnt heat up and seems to take hours to dry a large load. The burners did not all work. And yes i did ask for a work order but the issue wasnt fixed. They just said its working. Paying $750 for a 2 bedroom apartment infested with roaches is not worth it!! I live with 2 kids that are exposed to this infestation is a concern. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE for this place unless they love seeing huge bugs in every room they live in. BUT the staff are kind although not able to fix these issues

Britney at Alma School office was terrific!! She was patient, efficient, wonderful to deal with, and worked with me long-distance in getting the apartment that I needed. I was tremendously happy with my experience, and I would totally rent from this company again.

No one was there whereWhen I went is the stairs by every first floor I wanna move here but cant have steps

Lived there for 6 months from 06/18-12/18. Had dead roaches all through out the cabinets on move in day. Sure enough the roaches weren’t gone. The entire place was infested from the time I moved in until move out, sometimes even being woken up at night from them crawling on me. I know the unit beside me had the same problem as well. Gave two stars because the office staff was very friendly and I know others who lived there without infestations. If bugs will bother you I wouldn’t take your chances.

Found the apartment and was able to move in within 10 days. The staff is professional and you do not feel like you are getting ripped off. I lived in a furnish studio and although it wasnt the largest place it had everything i needed. The pool and workout room are nice. The area i stayed was very quiet mostly of working people many from out of town. There was minor issues with little bugs, but they will come spray all you have to do is ask. My only complaint is to have a few weekend hours for the residents who are always working during the office hours. There is also plenty of parking for residents and is well lit at night.

Most unprofessional group of people Ive ever dealt with.. They approved me for studio apartment.. then they told me that I wasnt approved for their premium studio.. Their premium studio apparently includes washer and dryer in unit which they advertise in all their furnished studios online. They tried to bait and switch me into one of their crappier units that they apparently are unable to rent. Very unethical group of people.. Beware..

Don’t waste your time with this place. I made an appointment to tour their apartments and drove two hours to do it and when I got the the office said it was closed. I could hear women laughing and talking so I kept knocking. When someone came out she said they closed early and there was nothing she could do. They didn’t even bother letting me know and I wasted all that time money and gas. I was so upset I left in tears. Awful awful awful.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I visited the property 3 times. I wanted to get a real feel for the area. And each time there was some one different in office. They attended me nice enough. The 3rd time I was sold on the place and the price, which was the same guaranteed all 3 times: $848.59...this was already with tax. So when I walked out, I applied right in the parking lot with my phone. 2 days later I was pre-approved and a few days later, I receive a phone call that I was approved. I thought it was a sign because I was at the post office, where they sell money orders. I take the $100 money order for the hold and rush over. After talking details with yet a another different woman there, I tell her that I have the money order. She then confirms the price. It had gone up over $1000. I explain to her that I was guaranteed the previous cost and I was just there a week ago. Manager comes over with a really bad attitude and tells me rates can change every day...gives me a look over and doesnt say anything else. Not even an apology or any way of trying to help.Horrible people managing that property! I cant imagine how they are when they finally have your money and youre stuck in a 12 month lease!

I had a very good experience with Steven the maintenance manager who took the time to explain what he was doing to correct the problem when I inquired....He exhibited great people skills and a great personality. ...My problem was resolved that day and again great job....Ken

My wife and I stayed at Stonegate Apartments for the month of March this last year. I did not see one bug. We had one bad outlet which I called and they had fixed by the next day. We did not have any problems with noise. I loved there workout facility. The place was well managed. My boy is pursuing a golf career and winters in Phoenix. I appreciate Stonegate renting to us for a month. If we go back, I will be calling to see if they have any availability so we can stay there again.

I have lived at Stonegate apartments for a year now and just want to say that I love it! The building I live in is great I have nice neighbors and its quiet at night time. Since moving in i have not seen one bug thankfully because I hate roaches. The apartments are well kept and look just like the pictures. Plus for the price range you definitely get your moneys worth. I called maintenance on two occasions to fix something in my apartment and they came within that same day or the next day which is very pleasing. WiFi can be slow at times but its included with rent which is a perk. Only downfall is I wish the gym was 24 hrs.

It started out good, they were able to get me in a hurry and was a nice little studio for what I had. The down fall they were closed on the weekends. When I needed maintenance they did good coming around to get the job done. A nice thing they had was it being gated. Most of the time it was a quiet area. Through out the time I was there they would have bugs running around on the outside of the apartment. When I was getting towards the end of moving out there was a lot of problems going on with the office and they did not want to take responsibility for their actions and they took my despoit and still wanting more. Not trustworthy company. Rent at your own risk.

Great place! I even love that they have courtesy patrol here! I dont know what the other reviewer was talking about; I have not even seen one roach in the apartment, or anywhere else on the property. :) Most of these negative reviews that I see on here, could have been easily avoided, if residents: 1)Paid their rent on time, and not blame the office when they were charged late fees. You know when rent is due. 2)Realize that some things dont get done at the snap of a finger, and that the office needs to work with vendors on certain things, and vendors only come out so many times a week or even certain times during the month. 3) People keep their apartments clean in order to avoid roaches. If one has sewer roaches, maybe cover the drains. Stop blaming the office for every little thing, do some of the above, and you will make your life easier, as well as the office staffs lives. :)

The model they show you before moving in is not what they give you. When confronted about on move in day she said you can hand over the keys and well just keep your $600 deposit . These people are really not trying to help people out when moving in, they just want you to sign and take payments. Now im stuck with a apt i do not want.

This is a delightful complex. The facilities are well maintained and the complex is very peaceful. The maintenance staff are frienare always helpful. dly and responsive and the leasing office staff

Please stay far away from Stonegate Apartments in Mesa off of Alma School in between Southern and 8th Avenue. They claim to be pet friendly; however, I found a stray dog this morning and they told me I had to take it to the shelter right away or they will fine me $300 for an unauthorized pet. I begged them to give me 24 hours to find his home and they refused. They are cold hearted there and their response was that they have had people who had relatives who died and wanted to temporarily keep the dog until they found a new home and they would not let them so they would not make an exception for me. I know people think it would never happen to them but trust me, I used to be one of those people and it can happen to anyone. I just hope you do not live in Stonegate Apartments if it does as the property manager would ship him right off to the shelter and your neighbors would be too scared they would be fined $300 to bring him in. As hot as it gets in Arizona that is a very scary thought. Happy ending to this story though is I found his parents and he is now home safe and sound.

Run the other way, dont walk. It has since been taken down, but we rented because the sign on the building and the website said two months free on a 14 mo. lease. Oops. First, there was no two months free, it was a gimmick; but we signed anyway (our bad). Single pane windows that leak air. Expect to pay ridiculously high energy bills. Staff is very nice until you sign on the dotted line. Everything is a revenue stream; some expected, some not. Water, in unit Washer and Dryer and WiFi all costs not disclosed until you are ready to sign. $600 mo. quickly turns into the range around $700. Building and grounds look immaculate, I will admit. Neighbor not the greatest. The security gate has worked maybe two weeks of the 14 mo.s we were here, so watch your vehicles. No assigned parking, and during the winter when the snowbirds are here, expect to park far away. That would be okay if you could feel safe and secure. Finally, everything is painted. Doors, cabinets. All slop painted. If you have an emergency like a lock out, expect to pay as that is another revenue stream.

Do not even bother with this place. If you want to live with cockroaches for the majority of your time then I highly suggest this place, if not then look the other way. I am currently living in this complex and I have woke up multiple times with cockroaches on my bed. One specifically woke me up because i felt it crawling on my leg. I have went to management multiple times and pest control sprayed but problem still exists. The apartment I am living in is not livable at all and I am currently in contact with tenant association and speaking to an attorney about breaking my lease. Spend a hundred dollars more and live somewhere that you wouldnt have to worry about it. I was patient with them for a couple months now and after my incident I drew the line.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! WORSE PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED!! I left town for two weeks and I had $1,000 worth of merchandise STOLEN from my apartment. This was after I told the office I was putting in my notice to move after living here for a year. I notified them that I was leaving town and would complete my paperwork when I came back. When I returned home there were no signs of a break in but my two expensive items that were hidden in my closet were taken. COINCIDENCE? Another issue is that they tried to evict me TWICE!!!! The first time was when I watched my boyfriends dog over Thanksgiving weekend (which I didnt think 3 days would be a big deal) and instead of asking me about the dog, I came home one day with a notice of eviction on my door. They then made me pay a $300 fine for a little mistake. Next I came home with an eviction notice on my door saying I had someone SECRETLY living with me!!! I notified them that I was in a relationship and at times my boyfriend would sleep over but he did NOT live there and had a place of his own. They made my boyfriend bring in a copy of his lease to make sure I wasnt lying and kept it in my file. This place should not be monitoring when my one guest comes over to spend time with me.I have NEVER lived in a place that made me feel so uncomfortable!!!! Last thing was in my final walk thru I was told I would get my full deposit back but of course when they sent me a check it was $200 short. GREEDY THIEVING APARTMENT!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE, UNSAFE PLACE!!

We unfortunately had to break our lease because of work. We paid all their fees when we left and still received another bill for another fee. I paid it right away (like the same day I received the bill) and they still turned me over to a collection agency for non payment. I had to find receipts and turn over bank info many months after I moved (almost like they hoped I wouldnt have them anymore). Wouldnt trust them. Very much not recommended.

Hello,Ive been working with Stonegate Apartments now over the past few years. It has been an absolutely great experience. I am used to apartment complexes being very difficult to work with from a vendors perspective.I have come to know the owners and office staff very well and I can honestly say they try their hardest to treat everyone with respect - they treat residents how they would like to be treated themselves.I have never lived there as a resident, though I may as well have for how much time Ive spent on-site working on various technological upgrades for them over the years. The owners definitely understand how important it is to invest time and money into their properties. They have built out WiFi across the entire property for the residents free of charge - how cool is that? I wish I lived at a place where I got free WiFi!Keep up the good work Stonegate Apartments!

I applied there. Was pre-approved for apartment (so they ran my credit and it’s on my report) but now I’ve been trying to contact them for an apartment and they won’t answer their phone or reply to my emails. Unreal!

They will hit your credit with a hard inquiry when you are expecting a soft run of it. Very rude representatives.

Stonegate puts disabled vets on the street. Personally after 7 months of living here I wouldnt have said a bad thing about this place. However, they now gave my neighbor, a disabled vet with 20+ surgeries 2 days to pack up and move, all while he had 2 months left on his lease that he paid in advance. With no one able to fight for him, I figured this would be his way to fight back against Stonegate. If you value former military, you will think twice about living at Stonegate Apartments.

I have no complaints anytime I need something repaired or if I have any questions about anything I can always trust the Stonegate team here to take care of any problem if Im home or not thay have a very trustworthy staff here from management and facilities this is a nice clean safe place to live. Old carpets, bad odors, plumbing problems in kitchen zinc, ants, air conditioning wasnt working good, same with washing machine. I dont thnik The ange of prices are ok. They arent expensive but appartmwnts should be better for what we paid for. Also they just increased the rent since they are remodeling some of the appartments inside and outside. Mine still having old carpets while most of the rest have laminated floor. But what really makes me angry is the rude attitude of the manager. This woman talks to me like of she were doing me a favor when actually Im actually someone paying a full amount for a service. I thoguht she was like that with all the residents. But Ive notice age turns more rude with us. It was a good place before they changed the admin. Still thought, but to me she doesnt care about her customer service manners. And that obviously makes me be uncomfortable living in my own rented appartment.

Never do business with this company!!! After I signed a move in cost sheet they decided to switch my unit and raise my rate when that was not agreed upon. Then I had to pull teeth to get my holding fee back. I will be waiting for that in the mail.

The apartments here are actually nice for what you pay!! Especially if you get a long term lease the lower the price goes..youll get your moneys worth for sure...The apartments have a good design on the inside, the kitchen is nice, good size stove, nice counter tops, my studio is very spacious, great deal including that the apartment came furnished.Best deal around for furnished unit including washer/dryer in my unit as well. My bed that was given to me for the furnished unity was also comfortable as well...wasnt expecting that.The staff sucks thats the only problem and you may need to have your apartment sprayed for roaches. Once I got mine sprayed twice, I never saw another bug/roach. At first i was bothered when i was seeing the roaches but I myself made sure i sprayed around my apartment, outside my door plus they give out free service for someone to come spray your apartment as wellThey dont return your calls or emails.... i was trying pay rent online however there was no option to pay..she told me she would call me back and NEVER DID, i called back few times and no answer and then wanted to point the finger at me and here I am getting 60$ late fees..she didnt even try to work with me .Not to mention they didnt even have my apartment I requested and paid a 100$ down to reserve until I arrived in Phoenix ..SLOPPY !!OVERALL enjoyed my last months here....nice and quiet

DONT COME HERE! NEVER...I MEAN NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!! i called them 4 times no answer..then i call off my sister number..A NUMBER THEY DONT RECOGNIZE and then they answer ...wow what a joke . Im reporting this people to arizona renters.. Connie I dont need your reply..save it for someone ...or plz change the work environment .

Very friendly management and understanding when I had to break my lease for family emergency

FIRST moving in my apartment had TRASH under the bed!!! THEN I REALIZED THAT IT WAS INFESTED WITH ROACHES!! Everywhere! ! There was roaches even in my fridge!! Had them exterminate twice!! they didnt reassign another unit nor recompensate for my wasted groceries that got roaches in them!!! Nickel and dime you for everything. I mean u cant even use the 2 treadmills they have without paying extra!! I can pay LA fitness the same for wayy more. I live in a 3 story in the 2nd floor, the shower had paint and part of the roof come down notified them immediately and they STILL havent fixed it over a while now! Months ago the boiler broke and it still hasnt been fixed either. Everything is cheap. The tv they provide cant even hook up a dvd player. Thank god I have my own tv. I have never been late on my payments not caused them any issues. I cant wait for my lease to end to move out!!!

Hi im not a resident there but i can only say its based on who lives around u and if there clean or dirty some people who are dirty will blame managment only cause there ashamed to admit there the ones responsible for the mess so they blame managment for it i seen alot of that happen people like that need to learn to be clean n be responsible for there mess

The leasing office staff are so sweet and friendly..the apartment is beautiful and conveniently located.....I moved in and look like the roaches wanted to move me out...there are so many of them..that I have killed since I walked through the door...going today to see if anything is open on Thanksgiving day..so I can see if I can get control of the situation...pleae help me exterminate them...

They are very nice to you at first as soon as you signed a contract you move in they are very rude to you there are cockroaches everywhere even if you keep your apartment clean the pool always dirty theres dog poop everywhere the gates always open you dont feel your car is safe horrible experience I would not recommend nobody to move in here

BEWARE!!! Theres a felon living in apt # 184 her name is FILADELFIA ALONZO. She and her mother MARIA ALONZO are thieves. So if things are missing from your apartment or car. Go to them.
