Without a doubt, the best part about living at Indian Springs Apartments is the office staff and maintenance guys. Rosa was especially kind in my dealings at the office. I also want to thank Bell and Alexa and the other staff members for really going out of their way to be friendly and accommodating when I arrived for numerous package retrievals. They sprang into action when I had loud neighbors (which they quickly remedied) or when my air conditioning went out (a portable ac unit was quickly moved in). As a group, the office and maintenance staff at Indian Springs really care about the residents’ living experience and are willing to take action to make improvements. When I moved out they were especially gracious in acknowledging my condo purchase and allowing for a smooth exit. The rental prices at Indian Springs are still well below what similar type apartments in the area are asking. I happily lived there for 5 years and it was mostly smooth sailing. I didn’t suffer insects at my place. My neighbors were respectful and quiet. The laundry facilities were kept clean, functioning and not congested. My car was never tampered with and there was only one or two nights when someone else parked in my spot (not bad for five years). The grounds are kept clean and the pool/barbecue areas are top notch. I didn’t feel unsafe walking around the area at any time of day. It’s a good value for what you pay in rent- especially considering the spiking rental prices in the Valley (they could charge hundreds more per month and still have the placed packed with renters).
So far its been a great place to live. The front office staff is really friendly. Ive mainly dealt with Rosa, and she is cheerful and attentive. She really helped me out when I was running late for an appointment and needed documents printed. I love the location, a lot of good fast food joints, restaurants, and bars within walking distance.
So to start things off I normally just visit my girlfriend here when I come down for work and business. The outside of the apartments arent too bad. Its a cheap place so dont expect it to look anything less than cheap. The biggest issue with this place will be the management team. I was with her part of the past month and the roof has been leaking. The first order was shown to be done and then as soon as it rained again the roof leaked again. Now there are literally mushrooms in the apartment and I took time off work to help her resolve this issue because these apartment managers just say its water damage. If you know what mushrooms are then its easy to see that its mold. so if we can see these mushrooms in the ceiling the question is what is above it. and its leaked literally all through the hallway so how much stuff are we breaking in? the apartment managers wont do anything or even let us move while they fix the health hazard.I would not recommend living here to anyone and if there wasnt a contract I would have already had my girlfriend leave. if I figure out how to attach the mushrooms I willanyone leaving more then 3 stars max, has poor taste or low standards
Indian springs is amazing the management is making the place so much better, the gym is awesome, it has 3 pools, they have food trucks come almost every week and they do a lot for us residents the apartments and grounds are well taken care of and everybody from the office and maintenance are polite and proffesional Indian springs is a great place to call home
Okay, So I lived there for one year. It honestly is not too bad. The staff in the front is really nice, the gym is hands down the best attraction about this place, if the apartment did not have such a nice gym, the quality of living there would go down by a large margin. The dog park was excellent (if you have pets) and they just redid the playground area, making it much more safer to play for the kids to get out and enjoy play. Work orders not getting done, the area itself can be loud and the numbers on the apartments can confuse mail carriers. I do not understand why they have two of the same apartment number, example being: apartment 102W and 102E, same number, different letter. may seem small but after a while it gets annoying. The biggest thing here is you get what you pay for. It is affordable. Gabby, Alexa, and the others are awesome, they will do their best to make living there pleasant, but overall with location and quality and the other I have cited, that is why I will give it a 2 out of 5 stars. Overall a decent experience, and it has promise to be better.
This place is great! It feels very grown up. the management team is always on top of it. I absolutely love living here. Love my location, the customer service here is great. The gym is beautiful! 10/10.Ask for Alexa at the front office and you’ll be in good hands like All State are you in good hands?
My AC went out last night and by 7am this morning, before I had to work (from home) it was fixed and good as new. The maintenance team is very responsive, friendly and gets the job done fast. Thanks so much!
This is a great place to live. Ive been here 10 years! The staff are always so friendly and anxious to help you in any way they can.The only improvement I can see is having a large parking lot for visitors. It is difficult for them to find a parking place.I am really impressed with the maintenance staff here. Everyone of them are friendly, knowledgeable and tend to any issue in a timely manner.Leon, a maintenance employee is really a favorite. He always goes over-and-beyond every time he has come to help. He is efficient, quickly starts and finishes every issue promptly. He always asks if there is anything else that needs attention. Leon gets an A +.All of the maintenance men do good work. Great crew!Jackie Lee
Wow. This is the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. The management here is ALWAYS on top of it and very friendly, Alexa, Gabby, Rosa, Aaliyah, And Dina are Amazing. The text and email alerts are fast and the maintenance men are very helpful and nice and knowledgeable about handymen things. I recommend this place! 10/10
The applying process was terrible. My boyfriend and I did a tour of the complex and we fell in love with it. We went home and we both applied at the same time but then someone texted my boyfriend saying that I never applied? I have a screenshot of my application saying “application submitted” and the $52.38 for the application fee was taken out of my bank account but the person over text continued to argue with my boyfriend. Once he mentioned the screenshots over text they just stopped responding. So were you wrong and didn’t want to own up to it or did you get caught lying? A few days go by with no updates and still no text from that one number. But then Rosa calls my boyfriend saying they sent us emails two days ago that we need to fill out and turn in within the next 4 hours or they would throw out our applications?? NEITHER OF US GOT AN EMAIL! And even if we did and we just didn’t see it, you decide to contact us 4 hours before it’s due? The whole experience was an absolute joke from the beginning.
I am very grateful for the office and the maintenance staff for today. I had a maintenance order that typically wouldn’t be considered an emergency issue but they took into consideration my situation and had it fixed with in two hours. I work in property management and know what the daily maintenance schedule can look like so I am very thankful for them squeezing my issue in
Well...where do I start..... first off I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. They will give you a run for your money, and no Matter what, they will try everything in there power to keep that deposit. when we first moved in, they didnt let us have a walk through before signing papers saying we accept the apartment as is, the AC went out within a month and we didnt get it fixed for almost 2 weeks and all they gave us was a tiny ac that shot out 2 feet, it was the middle of summer and our apartment was 97 degrees inside...second, the electrical was messed up, it would pop and I was terrified that my at the time 4 year old would get shocked touching it, they also didnt respond for about a week or so. Third, the balcony fell through, because it was extremely poorly made, my husbands foot went right through it,(we lived on the top floor) and they also tool their time attempting to replace that, its still very unstable and flimsy, we got a dented and broken fridge, a broken dish washer that was never replaced, and there are holes all over the walls where the previous tenant punched, there are drawings on the base bored where their kid drew, the blinds were broken, and all this still stays the same, we recently moved out and they told us that no matter what they are charging a $250 cleaning fee, even if we clean and all that, which comes out of the deposit which like I said they are doing everything they can to keep.....I will say this again, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS VERY POORLY BUILT APARTMENT COMPLEX! DONT BE FOOLED BY THE OUTSIDE APPEARANCE, BECAUSE FROM THE OUTSIDE IT IS NICE...BUT THE INSIDE IS A DIFFERENT STORY, ROACH INFESTED AS WELL.
Great People In The Office Always Willing To Help And Get Things Fixed. Been Here 1 year Resigned Cause We like The Management. Alexa Is The Best.
We moved in in May and the apartment itself I do like. But the biggest issue since move in here has been the constant plumbing problems and people not picking up after their dogs which is really disgusting especially being in the grass or by the walkways making the area smell really bad. The first day of move in plumbing backed up in both bathrooms and was plugged up for 2days. They did send someone out but it plugged up again right after, since then its been like 3 times a month its been getting back up and the master bathroom has a slow flush where u literally gotta stand there and hold the knob down for it to completely flush which gets annoying. The gym is great. Other than the plumbing issue and ppl not picking up after their dogs this apartments are good. I wish they would really get the root of the plumbing issue becuz it does get frustrating.
Been living here for a little over a month now. Came here from out of state and the women in the office helped out a lot. Made the transition very easy. If you’re not able to see the apartment in person, the virtual tour on their website is completely accurate. The price is also great for what you get and if there’s ever an issue maintenance responds pretty quickly.
Horrible place. They are trying to steal from me from 2 years ago when I used to live there saying I never paid all my move out fees. Which I did. They are saying I have 2 weeks to pay or I’m being sent to collections. The lady on the phone told me she is the new management and everything before was not correct and such a mess. Then goes to say that I still owe that even tho she admitted none of the documentation is correct. How is this possible? Who would do this after they admitted none of their documentation was accurate? Someone needs to do something before this happens to someone else. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!
They wont do anything bout people who blast their music very loud when all my family is doing is just watching TV. Can hear the downstairs neighbor music vibrate nd its not okay especially when I two kids who will be starting school soon. Bottom line location is great just dont care for people who blast their damn music thinking its okay when its not at all especially when you have a family who lives upstairs.
Rosa helped me out she was very nice looked at Several different apartments Rosa explained a lot about the apartment complex made me very comfortable was worried about moving into apartment but glad I talked to Rosa she is great
This place is the worst Ive been with nosey people that like to tell office everything if someone in your little section moves they will up ur rent they will up your utilities my kids dont even play out back cuz people upstairs take pics the office will say there is cameras nope its Neighbors or Maintenance. Take pictures or videos and thats OK the office wants everyone to tattle lol theres trash by the cans like couches and furniture at night theres homeless people that sleep there and to use the gym its $50 lol the gym is normally include in rent Maintenance is lazy And does not want to get anything done They will do everything not to get on your roof and try to fix your AC and its summer its to hott So be careful they will keep giving you a portable AC because theyre lazyThank God I dont live there nomore
Hands down worst place Ive ever lived. Front office will try to scam you out of as much money possible with little to no help in the long run. Apartments are never fully renevated, appliances put of date, and the area is just worn down and kinda ghetto. Theres not a kind thing I can say about this place.
This rating is for Rosa at the front office she is Rude and snotty and always has an attitude like it annoys her to help you both in person and on the phone my first impression of her was stuck up and she gave me such and uneasy feeling Like I was a bother to her.. Every encounter I had with her she always has an attitude and never smiles. If she doesnt wanna work or always has an attitude maybe customer service isnt for her becuz she definitely has none.
Awesome updated apartments.....light, airy, and spacious. Lots of excellent amenities: pool, gym, dog park, business center with free wifi. And its pet friendly!!The staff is very attentive and answered all of my questions knowledgeably. Alexa was very helpful, efficient and friendly. If you are looking for a great community contact Alexa! She will help you find the right place for you and your family.
I lived here for one year and enjoyed it. The price for what you get in Mesa was fair. The complex was always quiet, the neighbors are nice, and everyone pretty much just minds their own business. Management was always helpful and nice, Alexa in particular, and I don’t remember the other ladies in the office. Overall a great place if you’re looking for your first apartment.
I have lived at Indian Springs Apartments for over 8 years, and I thoroughly enjoy living here. I have lived in several different apartment complexes, and to date, this is my favorite. I have watched several management teams come and go here, but the present office and management group are my favorite. They know me by name, greet me when I come to the office, and have taken care of my needs well. They are very professional, courteous, and caring. This is a beautiful property and the landscaping is maintained well. I feel blessed that I can live at such an aesthetic and lovely place, and enjoy welcoming my friends and family here. There have been some minor problems for me that have come up, but I have found that administration and maintenance overall have taken care of these problems in a timely manner. It seems like the walls are pretty insulated, because I havent really heard my neighbors. I have been able to lead a quiet and safe life here. There is a courtesy patrol that will come out if there are noise and unsafe disturbances, and they will take care of the problem. At other apartments, I have had neighbor problems that did not get resolved.I highly recommend that people come and live here. The rent is fairly reasonable, and this has been a good experience for me.I am a Facilitator on the Urban Village Team at Indian Springs Apartments here, and we plan fun social events for the residents so that they can socialize, connect, and feel a sense of community here. That is another reason to consider Indian Springs Apartments for your future home!!
I really wish they would have someone answer the phones. Eveytime I call it goes straight to voice mail. I have to go in to the office to get an answer, its really lame.
At the time of walk through, we had a list of things we needed prior to moving in, a few still needed fixed upon move in, however.. they were really great about getting our maintenance requests done ASAP and any requests after that. All were done professionally and promptly. We had a small leak during a storm in the master bedroom which they came out the next morning, dried it, and then repaired within days. They resurfaced our shower/tubs every time it was necessary and also gave us a brand new refrigerator and dishwasher at move in. They can and will work with you if you’re also willing to work with them, and are nice about it. I’ve seen some renters go in there to complain for a first time issue with attitude.. like I get that’s where you live but we Can all stand to be nicer to each other. We never had any issues with roaches or anything like that. I like the dog park feature, just wish the gym was opened earlier and the pools weren’t always closed.Graysi and Alexa have been so extremely helpful! When we had to terminate our lease early due to a family issue in another state they took our 30 day notice, and have worked with us tremendously to make payments on the early termination fees, so for that we are very grateful!
Quick note for anyone looking to move into this complex. This 1 star review is not for the complex itself but for the leasing manager named Alexa. She is absolutely rude and constantly thinks people are playing games with her. When I’m reality she is the hypocrite playing games herself. Any deals you chose to make with her make sure to get it in writing because she will screw you over out of it. Not sure who hurt her but she needs closure.
I have been here year 1/2 I moved here from out of state this were my 1st apartments. The staff has been awesome Alexa and Dena has been amazing. Any question and concerns I have had they were addressed in a timely matter. The prices are reasonable, I like the location neighbors are nice & always speaking. I have not had any issues. 😊
So, Ive lived here over five years. Management has come and gone. Theyve all made different attempts to make this community better, with some avail. Unfortunately, my bike seat just was stolen off my bike locked out front. My towels were stolen out of the dryer just a few days ago. But other than that, management is very very nice. Gabby and the rest of the front office staff go above and beyond. For over a year, my dishwasher and freezer were broken. I complained a whole bunch and this new management company came in and replaced everything in a day. It was wonderful! Oh and they are SO nice with packages. Ive been there when mail comes, it is NOT easy sorting thru that hot mess and being so quick to text residents! So all and all, there still are some things that need attention here. But the management company is doing well and the staff is really nice. If rent isnt raised, this place is worth the price/ location.
Ive been here several years. Its location is close to my work. Diverse shopping experiences are close by. Freeway close.I had a few problems that were discovered in my first week. The manager was responsive and dealt with the issues quickly. You may or may not agree with the government mandates about the Covid19, but the management worked well with it. They even helped me understand better the online payment system we are using now. Over all, Id say its a very good value for your money.
In the one year that I rented here I never had an issue. The new management has been amazing and very quick to respond to any issues. Young lady named Iesha in the front office always has a positive attitude and is always ready to help with anything. Im sad I have to leave but its time for me to move on and buy a house. Recommend anyone to call this place home.
Made an appointment and Came in looking for apartments the other day, and man I feel in love ! The place is so nice, prices totally affordable, the staff was so friendly, Mrs. Iesha Was so helpful and informative and answered all my questions! Super professional! Never had a better experience at any Other leasing office. Definitely my top choice!
Toured the complex, and liked all of the updates, as well as the pricing for the units... Also liked the the location and the area in general, but unfortunately couldn’t find a suitable unit available by the desired move-in date. I appreciated the excellent customer service, and would like to thank Greysi for the tour and recognize the great job she does; she was very proffesional, knowledgeable, was able to give out good imformation and answer all of my questions, was very engaging, was polite and respectful, and was able to make looking for a place a pleasant experience. Thank you, Greysi!
I just recently moved into the Indian Springs apartment complex from North Dakota! Moving during a pandemic was very hectic but their leasing office was amazing to work with. I mostly worked with Gabby and Alexa and they were sooo helpful, very responsive, and contacted to make sure everything was going smooth! When I moved into my apartment I was very happy with the new carpet and fresh paint. The amenities are also great!
The apartments are roomy. Maintenance is always on it an very humble. Management is on top of there game especially when it comes to customer service they go above an beyond. The staff is nice an try there best to help you as much as they can. They dont seem to have alot of problems when it comes to living there. Dog park is always clean. Definitely want to highlight Dina she is amazing. We have been a huge pain in her side lol we are complicated, but she has always understood an come threw. Live here youll love it 😀 ❤!!
My husband I have lived here for 4 1/2 years. Been through ownership change and two Management companies. The current ownership and management company has been amazing. Responsive to our maintenance needs and taking care of our home. The staff is friendly, the maintenance is kind, and the manager has always taken care of us. They may not be newest apartments but well worth the price for the size you get. We will be signing another year with them in the summer because you can’t find the room of these apartments or courteous staff anywhere else.
I really enjoyed the ladies in the leasing office. They made my move to here easy and they were efficient, absolutely love my apartment it is so very cute! The neighbors are quite and pleasant. Its located in a good location with access to everything.
I would HIGHLY recommend Alexa Salter to anyone considering a tour! She is knowledgeable, professional, and has an amazing personality! Moving is such a headache so Im always very appreciative when I run into someone who can make the process that much easier. Management is fortunate to have her on staff! Thank you Alexa!
I have only lived here since February but have had mostly good experience. The place is outdated but they are doing upgrades and renovations currently. It is in a great location, very convenient for pretty much everything. You can do everything online and the staff is super friendly, all of the residents I have met so far are also very friendly. The only complaint I have, ands its really not too bad is that when I put in a work order I almost always have to call after waiting days or weeks to get a response. I do love that I can communicate with Alexa and she always handles it. They have responded quickly to a water leak that I had but I still had to call a couple days after I put in the work order. I did just sign a new lease, in a nut shell I love living here
Satisfied with time frame on move in and how they made it possible and easy for my move in to be. And met my needs in a timely manner. And at of all its nice complex the resident s here are nice and quit .I havent seen or heard wild residents here like other places. So it is a good place to rent and that I would recommend Indiansprings apartments to anyone. And that there fast at making anything right you may need done...And staff are very friendly and nice to talk to.So hope my experience will let you know that this is a good place to rent...
Ive been here close to a year and have never had any issues. Maintenance requests can be made online, I can pay rent online, and they even have a texting phone number that you can text and theyll text you back. Alexa in the front office is just the absolute best and always following up when I do have maintenance requests. Located in the middle of three different highways, lots of stuff around. Everyone in the office is ALWAYS willing to help out and work with me. The pool area is really well kept up and nice. All in all, I really do like this complex and everyone in the office.
Indian Springs are a great and affordable apartment. They offer various amenities and the office is very welcoming. I would 100% recommend. Alexa at the front the desk is the best in the business!
Lived here for a year, alot of police and helicopter presence on weekends. The company constantly changes owners so they can increase rent and void leases.
Ever since we moved in Greysi, Alexa, and Gabby have been Amazingly friendly and very helpful when miss Dena came it was just as amazing she a great person they all are. We had no roaxh issue, no bed bug issue the place is a great place to live. Keep up the great work ladies.....Miss Smiley ☺
Alexa from the office made our moving experience very easy and enjoyable. The apartment is in good quality and we have no complaints so far. Thank you to the Indian Springs Leasing Office for being very helpful and responsive.
The office staff are so helpful and friendly!! They are also updating and making changes to the property.. I can see myself living here for awhile!! They truly care about us as residents..
Ive only been here a week now but by and large this has been the best rental company Ive ever worked through. Iesha was a great communicator throughout the entire process. I toured in July and she answered questions on the paperwork promptly and she called to confirm on move-in day when Id be in town to get my keys. $900/month rent for 1BR, 1BA here does feel high tbh though, this place feels more like a 7-800 dollar residence. The unit itself was throughly cleaned prior to move-in and everything worked for the most part (two loose outlets, still work). Laundry facilities arent amazing but theyre not terrible either, 3 laundry rooms per complex with about 5 wash/dry machines in each room; debit/credit card operated, ~$3/load. Dumpsters were oddly full this week but garbage trucks come multiple times per week to dump them. Residents arent terribly loud, and I feel safe walking around early morning/late at night. Plenty of restaurants and groceries nearby. Overall 7/10 experience so far.
They don’t open the laundry room in time they have the landscaping people coming to early and make a lot of noise in the morning
I have had a very pleasant experience with the folks at Indian Springs apartments. Alexa has been very helpful and accommodating. Also, I enjoy that they have community activities to participate in. I would happily recommend this complex to people that I know.
I like to give a big thanks to Grace and the maintenance team especially Richard. My experience was great overall even when i was transitioning. If you military I give this place compared to places i have looked at 4 🌟. Ok and a half. See you all again in a year.
I love these apartments. Super clean and the pool is great. Excellent customer service.. especially Alexa! She is very kind and easy to talk to.
Quiet and clean... Ive never had bugs. Close to major bus routes and walking distance to target and stores. They give 4 extra days to pay rent but after that the late fees are high 100 then ten a day after....... highest Ive ive had in any apartment but again they are very polite and trying to make this place better.. last management was horrible. Need a place for around 1k per month after all the fees this is it....nice apartments
The manager in the office is very nice and professional. She went above and beyond for us today and sent an important email.
Leasing Agent:Im writing this review on one of your employees Alexa.Because, Alexa is very, very professional.when i talked to her she gets the job done, on a timely fashion.Alexa listens to what i have to say.working with her is very, very impressive. I very satisfied. Yours truly, Ms.Tansey
Wonderful place to live, from the amenities and overall vibe at Indian Springs of Mesa to the office Manager, Alexa and the whole staff are such a blessing! Gym and Pool always clean.... short walk to Dog Park are a bonus. Highly recommend!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Love Alexa! She is so helpful with everything. We like living here! They are slowly doing updates to the property but looks nice so far.
Residents 👎not enough parking and people taking yours. It is a good complex to live but not some of the people. Homeless inside laundry room and others doing ilegal stuff. Sorry for being honest.
Indian Springs is such a beautiful community! I am loving all the new things they are doing to the community,
Extremely great and helpful staff got me and my girlfriend moved in together for our first apartment. Made everything feel like we’ve done this before.
Nice place.. I’ve been here about two years .. clean, pools are awesome, and the office is friendly, Especially Alexa !! She’s always very helpful Great to work with !!
When I took a tour I loved the updates in the apartment and loved the amenities that they have. Alexa was very professional and answered all the questions that I had. She is very helpful she is very good at what she does and she loves her job
I toured the community and I worked with Alexa she was very helpful and very informative. Unfortunately there was no 3br available but I will always keep this place in the back of my mind. Thank you Alexa!
Gabby is always so helpful and very professional helping me All the time
Want to call maintenance and never have it come? Have your genuine complaints go in one ear and out the other and to never be taken seriously? Do you want to move in a clean cockroach infested apartment? Then by golly, this is the place to live for you! Not too mention the police are always around here, in the parking lot or in the area! But wait theres more, youll have to see it to believe it!
Alexa was very very kind and nice with a warm big smile, she was very professional and helpful, gave us great feed back and information that made us feel this is home for us, thank you Alexa for being kind and nice to us, I can tell you love your job and people, your smile shows it.
I been there a couple of times and I love the customer service specially talking to Greysi she is always in a good mood and very profesional and willing to help in anything you need
I personally like greysi pino,She is very friendly and helpfull. Love to stop by and tal to her
The office staff is great just not happy with apartment need remodeling
Well I been there 4 years now this lady in the main office name Alexa is very helpful when I need help she going to see to it she also have great energy I have no problem there but the only thing I wish The units had washer and dryer inside the apartment for the money You pay every month they should have that but oh well but it’s a quite place to live but if you need answers or help ask for Alexa period
Friendly staff, very helpful . Go above and beyond to resolve issues .
Very impressive, I like the atmosphere. Just nothing available right now.
Great staff & very professional and attentiveMaintenance staff top notch
Office staff was friendly and Informative, very nice pool area and clubhouse .
Great customer service, Greysi pino always help me and she provide me all the information when i need it.. thanks indian springs and greysi
I enjoy living here, Clean and good size apartments. The office staff is also very professional and friendly
I had been living at Indian Springs Apartment for almost 10 years. So far they are good service since long with different management, new paint, new pool but sadly miss basketball court..
Dina (sp?) in the office has been a god-send since this new management company took over. Thank you so much for taking the time to straighten everything out!
Amazing services. staff you are doing good job but speciall tnx to Greysi.
I Was living here for 1 year and moved a month ago because I got my own house, I Just want to say thank you to everyone specially to Greisy she is at the from office and have excellent customer Service. I appreciate your service and your attention. Good Community, I highly recommend this place. I felt like a home. Thank you Guys!🙏🏼❤️
Ive rented from here for over 3 years and Im very happy with the experience. While the complex has its issues, the office employees are not one of them. I find that the front office folk interact with the residents in a professional, respectful and warm manner. When I pop in, they greet me quickly and help with taking rent payment or a UPS delivery. They are fast, friendly and always there to help. Also, the maintenance help has always fixed whatever was broken quickly and acted friendly.Ive never had to make a noise complaint and my upstairs 1 bedroom is the quietest apartment Ive ever had. The residents are generally friendly and out of sight. Dogs are mostly smaller and breed friendly. While the apartment furnishings are on the older side, you get what you pay for. Last time I checked at Indian Springs, a one-bedroom 750 sq foot apartment was $800 for a new resident and $750/month for existing ones. You cant find a similar apartment with a balcony and these amenities for less than $950 or maybe more around here So its a good place if you want a discounted rate, close to the freeway and Ive never seen a bug.My preference would be for better trash pickup around the grounds and cleaner trash can areas. The laundry rooms can get pretty dusty. If youre sensitive to your surroundings, I would recommend walking the complex during the daytime and night to see if youre comfortable. But if your expectations are reasonable, you can be happy here.
Awful apartments, way out of date appliances. Also they take their sweet time to come out and fix anything including a/c and we had a leak happen that molded our wood and it was falling apart and we told them about it and they never did anything about it.
Management sucks!! If you love cats this is the place to stay. There’s a million cats on the property and they love to hang out near the trash cans, and intimidate you while you’re taking out your trash. Maintenance never shows up to fix things you have to call a minimum of ten times before they’ll come fix anything. I can’t wait until my lease is up!!
Super clean and bug free property. Ive lived here almost 4 years and Ive literally never seen a spider in my house. * Knock on wood* The staff here are friendly and professional. Everyone pretty much keeps to themselves besides saying hello when you walk by your neighbors. You would think Mesa is loud and kind of ghetto but its actually really quiet around here. Im on the inner part of the complex so I dont hear any traffic. The only thing I dont like is that some of the appliances are really old. They work, but they are old. The amenities are definitely awesome though. Brand new pools, gym, dog park, gas grills, computer room, TV lounge area. And pet friendly!
Had a great tour with agent Alexa..she was very knowledgable and friendly and awesome customer service. Really loved the new updated apartment and especially the pool..woww amazing for the price. but needed a 3 bdr immediately and could not be on waiting list. This apartment complex is definately one to watch. so many updates, great area-close to highway- and office staff really tries to accomodate..i just want to say thank you-best tour I have ever had..thank you Alexa-wish I could have gotten an apartment. but I sure will tell everyone about you. ur the best.
This place is a nice place to live and feel same at home. They have pools, a Gym and a small park. But some of the things they have here aren’t Accessible includes Fire Pits in the Pool area. Laundry rooms are dirty and have clothes and trash all over. I would be nice to be able to use those things!
The grills and pools are nicely kept. Apartment is pretty old but spacious. Gym is really nice but the alarms don’t work well and people bring their babies in there. Maintenance workers are nice. Leasing office is pretty horrid. It changes a lot and they don’t care about getting to know you and they stink at finding your packages so go look yourself. Also, YOU WONT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK!!!!! I’ve always gotten mine back. They charge $120 of the $200 just for cleaning fees even if you leave it perfectly clean. AND THEN, when I questioned them about it, I WAS THREATENED multiple times by Max for them to make me owe them more money. Bad experience.
Honestly I have been here for years and with each new management they try to improve things. Instead of just paying for full time security they choose to lock the laundry rooms and they are open from 7-10 but at 830 they STILL arent open. This is the 3rd time since this new policy has been in effect. This is exactly what you get with this place.
Office staff was friendly. Pool and gym nice!
I have lived here for about a year. Great place. Never had problems with maintenance or any issues with the office personnel. One person i want to make sure she gets recognition is Tasia Shine she has gone above and beyond my expectations to get anything resolved. Its people like her that make someone feel like home and not just a place to live. Thank you Tasia for all that you do!
Weve had very little problems with these apartments. The office staff has always been good to is since moving in in Nov 15. Always friendly and quick to reply to messages. We did have a problem with downstairs neighbors after the first month but the office helped resolve those issues and moved us to a new apartment. The phones are always busy but its a big complex so its somewhat expected. The new way they handle package notification is great, sending emails with photos or text messages to let you know its there. I just wish the out going mail box was actually in the mail room and not the office. All our maintenance tickets have been taken care of within days of reporting them. The laundry room is almost always clean, machines always working. The grounds are kept pretty clean and the over all noise level is minimal even with kids playing outside. Sometimes its hard to find a non covered parking spot (we have 2 cars) and we have to park at the other end of the lot but thats a rare occasion.
DO NOT RENT HERE! Ive been living here for a few months now and I can say there is definitely a reason this place is so cheap. The apartments themselves arent too bad inside but everything else is terrible. Heres a few of the issues I can remember right now.1. The apartments will leak anytime there is rain2. Management lets large families stay in the one bedroom apartments. Maybe not a breach of contract but most other places wont. Definitely not a quality environment for singles or couples.3. There is ZERO security whatsoever. Theres constantly homeless sleeping in the laundry rooms, even in the daytime. Ive already seen fights in the parking lots as well. Nothing is done about noise complaints either. Tbh I think the front desk doesnt even take calls half the time.4. Maintenance requests will be completely forgotten half the time. You have to show up in person to get anyone to do anything.5. For some reason they use leaf lowers in the parking lot almost EVERY MORNING? Seriously they need to spend there money elsewhere because nobody here cares about some dirt in the street.6. It took them like 4 months to fix a collapsed parking structure. They didnt even block off spots that could have resulted in vehicle damage.7. Minor thing, but the patios are carpeted... Just... What? Like why?8. Apartments arent actually prepared fully before moving in. Not going to get into specifics but youll need to submit maintenance requests if you want your apartment to actually be what you expect it to be.9. Trash is constantly left out in the open by tenants, and nothing is done about it for days or weeks even. All in all, this place is like poverty+ housing. If you want to live in Mesa (which you shouldnt if you have the choice), and can afford to drop $100-200 more than here, then do so. It will absolutely be worth it.EDIT: As you can see, the management replies the same way to every disparaging comment, I think you can see they dont actually care.Further edits as I find new things:The apartments do not come with lights in any closets, including the pantry. Nor are there any lights in the bedroom or living rooms. Just kinda weird to omit. There are no recycling bins anywhere at this facility, so youll have to drive across town to a recycle center.
Now that I am finally out of there and it has been several months I feel safe enough to post. All I can say is STAY AWAY, and if you are thinking about renting here, RUN AWAY FAST. They are all nice to you and seem great when you are a prospect, but as soon as you sign your least they could care less about you and will stick it up your butt every chance they can get. Dont expect your security deposit back either, they will find every little thing to fine you for, even ones that you told them about on your move-in sheet that were already existing. Common areas are filthy, especially the laundry areas, I took my laundry offsite because of how much garbage and dirt was in the laundry areas, all three of them around my unit. Dumpsters are ALWAYS overflowing so people have to set the garbage all around them, and if you are unlucky enough to have to park your car there you will have to trudge through garbage the next day to get to your car. Oh, and that is even if they give you a parking spot, I was assigned one at move in, and promised one in the lease and verbally, that is why I signed, only to drive over there on move-in day and it was blocked off because they were going to be tearing down and rebuilding the cover; lived there for 6 months without ever getting my parking from day 1; asked several times to get another spot anywhere close because finding guest parking is impossible in the evening and with me using a cane to get around I would have to walk from half the complex away sometimes carrying bags or other things because that was the only parking, but was always told all spots were already assigned and there was nothing they could do and construction would be done soon. That is another thing, dont expect any repairs to be done quickly, expect to wait at least 1-2 months for any non-emergency repair, and 1-2 weeks for an emergency, and then the workmanship is horrible, which they will then ding you for on your security deposit at move out. They never repaired my screens that I told them about since day 1, on my move-in sheet, which is a health and safety violation as well. Dont try and move out early though, they will ram it up there real hard with fees to move out early. I made that mistake just to move out, thankfully I spoke with the AZ Tenants Union the other day, we are going after them because I have all the documentation for everything, so in AZ we can not only get my $ back for the move out early, but ALL my rent and deposits because they never fully delivered the unit, since the parking space is in the lease, which means I was paying for it as part of my rent, which means it was part of the unit. Because I never had it from day 1 it was never a fully delivered unit. Wish I would have known that earlier so I could have been out of there in a couple weeks instead of waiting 6 months. RUN, RUN AWAY!
Great front desk and very nice !
Surprisingly quiet for the location and size.Still on the path to being better.Laundry facilities seem to stain my clothes about every third load.Front desk staff in the office are frequently rude and provide more hassle than help, but management is good to work with.Watch for fees- ‘rent’ is like a foundation for a tower of fees.
Horrible!! My wife and I left at the end of our lease February 2019 and left a forwarding address with them. Were in 2020 now and havent seen a cent of the $486.92 we are owed from our security deposit. Unless you like just giving money away to never be seen again. Do NOT rent here.
Not a great place to live. Improving a little but that doesnt say much. Old management said they could get us a better parking spot, as this was a condition to us signing a new lease. Apparently we find out the new management is not honoring this and now we have to park on the other side of the complex again. Very hard with groceries, especially in the summer. If you have two cars, good luck finding parking for the second car. A lot of people end up parking in the street. Theres nightly helicopter patrols with the spotlight. And cops seem to be part of the decor for most of my year plus living here.
**ghetto, dirty, loud crazy neighbors, and had sewer problems***Neighbors where loud and smoked outside all day in front of are door the patio was caving in and we will be trying to sleep and we would wake up to crazy neighbors yelling at each other and fighting outside are window, police would come often because of people in the area we would also get are private parking spot stolen. The pools were nice minus teenagers throwing big parties all the time, gym was nice too until office locked certain parts of it so we couldn’t use it people would bring animals into the gym and have there kids play on equipment. Are apartment shower and toilet will flood over on to the floor many times no one will fix it the old management even told us they have a serious sewer issue!
I have lived here for 2 years and I absolutely loved it! I told everyone I knew about the awesome apartments I lived in and now? Now Im counting the days until I get to move out of here! They recently came under new management and Ive never been so mistreated. The girl in the front office lied to my face, TWICE! about my packages because she was too lazy to look in the back. I have made online payments a week in advance every month for the last 2 years. Now all of a sudden I have a charge for making online payments and cant pay until its due. So frustrating! They claim to be luxury apartments. Well customer service apparently isnt part of the luxury!Edit: I had to update after 7 months because its just gotten worse. My drug dealing neighbors have tried to enter my apartment in the middle of the night THREE times! I TRIED to file complaints with the office management, but they refused to put anything in writing and they told me to put something obnoxious on my door and that if it still continues, THEN they would do something about it. WHAT?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I called the cops on them so now they just throw trash by my door instead of trying to get in... They did their annual inspection and left ALL my lights on! Not only did this upset me because they do not pay my electricity, but as a single woman who lives alone, it terrified me! I thought someone was in my apartment! No curteousy whatsoever. I cannot wait to get out of here. DO NOT LIVE HERE!Edit 2: Had to edit again because THEY ENTERED MY APARTMENT WITHOUT NOTICE! THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW! PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY AND WELL BEING!
MAX in the office is awesome! I ran into an issue and when I spoke to Max he was understanding and gave me options. I couldn’t thank him enough!
Worst place to live! We’re paying 900$ a month for a small one bedroom apartment where in the summer the A/C leaks to the point where there is a puddle in the small hall way and maintenance claims they’ve fixed it. The washers near the area are NEVER WORKING. Literally since September I’ve been having to drive to a laundromat to do my laundry. The little room in the gym is never opened unless people from the office is holding some sort of “event”. So don’t think your kids can be in there while you’re trying to get a workout in. And the manager always acts extremely arrogant as if all the problems in the complex is yours to deal with and not hers. I cannot Wait until my lease is up!
