We lived here for about a year and it’s was mostly a good experience! Management is helpful, maintenance responds quickly! There was a roach problem, but they did a great job of getting rid of them! The area is a bit noisy with lots of sirens and lots of cars peeling out. You do smell marijuana quite a bit. And there are a few questionable teens that hang out around the park at night. Honestly, it’s not somewhere we’d want to set down roots or be for a long time, but it was a great apartment for us when we needed it.

Great experience, peaceful and calm. Mornings are wonderful. I can sit outside and drink my coffee with no problem. The view from the pond across is amazing. Alan & Travis from the office are AWESOME they always fix any problem or maintenance issue right away!

This property is clean and safe for my family and I. Alan and Travis are quick to fix any issues that needs to be addressed. My neighbors are quiet and the property is pretty chill as well. We really enjoy living in this community.

I love this place so much. They have great customer service and the residents are perfect. Not much that happens around here. The apartments are very nice and affordable. You definitely get what you pay for!

Living here has been an exercise in frustration I dont even know where to begin with this place. Lets start by saying I lived here for 11 months, beginning in June 2018, and have had nothing but bad experiences.To start with the apartments are not like the pictures on their website. Dont be fooled. The cabinets were just are completely worn and falling apart they were only sturdy for like 3 months until the started to fall and realized they were just painted over. Their were little repairs needed when we did the walk threw but never got fixed and under the sinks in the 1 bathroom and the kitchen were getting mold .We noticed dead roaches but were told it was bombed and it was a must to any apartment before renting .The manager Nahomi was kind and good heart of the families always trying to help with any of your concerns and making it a cozy home for families having fun things for the kids .Thats why I never made a big deal on fixing the little things because she was always working hard to get it done.The new management is worst they discriminate you and are so heartless .I brought it to their attention about the things that still were a work in progress and needed done when I went to pay rent and the lady in the office was so rude responding that it did not matter how many times they went to inspect the apartment that they were not mind readers and if people wanted to live like that they should .I told theme to check the prior reports on how many time my apt needed fixing and how many bombs they did when it only seemed like they did a maintenance spray .She said that I needed download an app take pictures off all the repairs and uplo aded it and then come see her to set a date to fix things. Her only concern after all the things I had brought up to their attention she said that I needed to pay due rent and late fees after the 1 st and it had to be a money gram not a money order or I was going to go to court the next day without needed to get served because they could serve me without being present just by them having them put a notice on my door. If you get a repair make sure you get a copy for yourself because when I went to court I didnt have proof of all the maintenance that was done and pending. For some weird reason the new owners lost the files but only had my lease information. When I went to court with pictures and videos to prove how poorly I was living with my three kids. I met another tenant who was thier to she was going to be evicted for not paying and she didnt want to pay until her concerns were met .She had told me she is living on the bottom floor and had carpet that her baby was getting rashes of how poorly the carpet was being cleaned.Her most concern was that she was getting scorpions now that the heat started and flooded her outside closet and living room when it rained.I needed to hear no more I was out of their and moved 1 month before my lease .I was so mad because in my old apartment I didnt have a luxury of having a pool or gym that this apartment has but at least I didnt have to wake up and turn the lights on and find like 20 roaches crawling or having to wash my dishes before a meal and after meals because roches would be crawling in the cabinets.I feel the same as lories review because I feelt that I was treated the same .To the owners it doesnt make us bad people we pay it in full with late fees included. It doesnt make us any different and should not be discriminated or treated less . Respect the people who rent from you. Youd be surprised the .Live and Learn I guess take care the New ReNew 3030.Im glad your in my past and my nightmares are over .The only reason I gave it a 1 star was because we had good neighbors and the gym and pool were the only thing that was being maintained.Good luck in calling this your new home .

Overall this is a nice complex. On the cheaper-side of things, but it works! I love that the parking here is easy! I just wish that if you pay for a 2 bedroom, with multiple adults, that we should get 2 swipe keys. But, other than little technical things, it has been good!

Alan, In the front office was so helpful and accommodating when my fiancé and I where looking for an apartment to rent. We decided on choosing Renew 3030 as our place to live. Since the apartment complex has a family friendly atmosphere around it. The unit we toured had all new flooring, new appliances, new paint and that clean apartment smell. Alan informed me all units where updated recently in the last year, with everything included in the unit is brand new. The complex is cleaned with fresh paint outside the complex and also has new roofing all over the complex as well. I will recommend these apartments to my friends. Thank you Alan for everything my fiance and I cant wait to move in here. :)

3030 has dramatically improved since management change. Theres been an abundance of interior/exterior upgrades and the office staff are superior. Alan and Gustavo are friendly and resolves issues in a timely manner.

Should be 0 stars. My fiancé lived here for a year, and its the worst place ever. Roaches ALL over the place!!! Management never did anything about it and he emailed them everyday for a week and most of the emails they just ignored. They also never fixed anything else he had problems with, he had to either deal with the problem or fix it himself. So glad he moved out!!!

I appreciate all their efforts to make our area more livable. The new picnic tables and outside furniture are great.

Overall a good place to live. Apartment is clean, with modern looking interior. No assigned parking but spots are always available close to our unit. The exterior storage closet has been very useful. Havnt been able to use amenities due to the Covid-19 quarantine, but staff has sent out regular emails keeping us updated.The only drawbacks I would note is that we have a 2 bedroom with 3 adults and we were only issued 1 key card for the gate / gym. You have to buy more key cards for $50 each. Also the water pressure and temp can be spotty at times.

Looking for apartments when you’re from out of state can be frustrating. I read a lot of different reviews and looked at a lot of different places and ReNew3030 was at the top of my list. I made an appt and was met by Alan after flying in from another state. Alan was welcoming and very friendly. We went on a tour and as we left, we decided we would like to make this place our new home. We put our applications in and Alan helped make sure we filled everything out correctly and were approved to move in. Alan was definitely a difference maker. I don’t think we would’ve made a decision so quick if it weren’t for him. We’re looking forward to our new lives in Arizona thanks to Alan!

Driving the kids to school this morning and the two ladies in the office I think their names are Ashley and Brittany were giving out little breakfast on the go! When it was previous management we never really had any resident events. Last time they had Sno Cones now it’s breakfast! We love living here now that Renew took over!!!

I lived in this complex for two years, moved out about a month ago for personal reasons. The apartments are nice and maintained well. I was impressed with the management, particularly Brittany and Allan. Brittany is very friendly and accommodating, Allan is very professional and friendly too. I would highly recommend these apartments, when you live somewhere that is managed effectively and friendly like these apartments, it makes a big difference.

Ive been living in these apartments for a little over two years now, and I just signed a new lease. I must say, they have made some huge improvements! Theres an available brand new fitness room, sparkling pool, new kids playground, along with new remodling of the complex and in the apartments. The problems I have usually gets fixed right away. Youll also have pleasure speaking with the new leasing manager, Allen! Its a wonderful place to call home!

Renew 3030 is an amazing place to live. Ever since the new management took over many things have changed. The new management is doing a fantastic job. They are enforcing the rules and have made a huge difference in just the few moths they have been here. I even saw the Manager Ashley our painting the curbs and picking up trash. I’m very happy with renew 3030. It’s a great place to live.

Really enjoyed touring this community, the staff was very friendly and was very detailed with the cost of everything and what was offered on the community and in the rental price. The community is in a good location for me to commute to and from work and the apartments are very spacious for what I was looking for. Definitely recommend stopping in to tour and view the apartments.

Ive lived here for almost 2 years I will not be renewing. I dont have any issues with the complex just need a bigger space is all. My time here has been really good evrything gets fixed quickly and thepeople are nice. I really enjoy Brittany in the leasing office she is really nice and sweet and does all she can to help. If the place was a little bigger I would renew but time to move on other than that its a great place to liv.

The worst apartment I have ever lived in. It was full of cockroaches. The neighbors dug through the trash and brought it to their apartment. The neighbors also broke the stair four times and management didnt do anything about it even when told numerous times.the pool was always green. Upon move out we cleaned the place up and down and still didnt receive any type of deposit returned. I am glad that I moved my family and I to a cleaner and much safer place.

When we were looking for place to move from San Diego we were greated by Britanny and she was great and very nice. Later on we have met Ashley she was great too. This place also offers 6 and 8 months lease and theh keep upgrading the property. So far so good :)

Ya its beautiful until you deal with new ownership. Then all those people that live there get hit with increase after increase. They make you feel like your animals are low life crack heads. I previously posted an unfavorable review and I wish to make amends. The maintenance has actually been really good,on the night of 6/1 we had a plumbing emergency in the kitchen and James was more than happy to take care of it. The manager Noemi is very friendly and always makes time for you even if shes juggling multiple issues. There are a fair amount of children but children and noise is to be expected in life. It would not be fair to judge Royal Oaks on that. And I FINALLY found an affordable gated community! Oh and its also in a nice shopping district,7 min walking time to a very nice Frys Supermarket strip mall west and 20 min walking time to a Home Depot east.

Naomi the office manager is a great person to work with understanding and always helps you out if she can.

Royal oaks has been recently aquired. Since then, they have already told tenants that have lived here for years that the ownership will not renew anyones leases in order to hike up the price on already occupied apartments. On top of that have also resorted to lies and extortion to get rid of the tenants whos leases arent up already. Dont rent here unless you have a housing attorney on retainer. If you are able to have one retained, then you obviously can afford to live somewhere better.In response to reply:Sadly, you already had the chance before this review when we had talked with the office person on several occasions and were told that the lease wasnt going to be renewed, and then months later concocted this story about disappearing pet deposits and mythical animals. And then when immediately invited to view said mythical animals, declined saying the pest control guy had reported it and no further investigation was needed. No amount of cheap and generic apology note is going to change that. BTW, I suggest reading up on ESA discrimination and the difference between ESA and service animals, and Im also pretty sure demanding notation that different service animals perform different functions or must be removed in a multi person household is a tad on the illegal side, if not fairly ingorant of what an ESA is. I was pretty offended just hearing that let alone had I the actual need for a service animal myself. You should be ashamed, not only for your ignorance, since knowing these kinds of laws is your job, but also for the attitude displayed for those that may need service animals or ESAs like those in my family.
