I am out of state moving to AZ and had a list of what I was looking for in a new home, and with how crazy the market is currently it was not easy finding places that matched my criteria on my own. Carlos was able to help me find a few really great options that same day and met with my mom who lives locally to check them out. I ended up going with one of them and I am so happy with my new home and my decision to call Apartment options and Carlos!

I used this Free Rental Service to find a place to rent in a hurry. They took care of me right away and found me a place to rent that fit my exact needs. I’m not even sure where to start with my review. I guess I’ll start with saying that I couldn’t be more grateful for getting in touch with Pamela. My situation was extremely difficult as a single mother of 4 children with prior financial issues leading to evictions and finally a recently discharged bankruptcy. I spent hundreds before reaching out to her. Every other company that claimed to be able to help everyone either told me they couldn’t help me or simply never bothered to follow back up with me. I felt defeated but I kept trying and luckily I found her. This woman was even communicating with me while she was on vacation! LOL You don’t find this level of dedication anywhere these days. Not sure where I’d be if she didn’t try her hardest to help me. To top that off she even helped my ex husband find a place as well. I most definitely will be working with her again in the future and referring anyone I know to her that needs assistance with finding a home as well. Amazing, patient, kind, responsive, dedicated and professional real estate agent!

Been going through a very rough month and been living in a red roof the past three weeks. Was defeated and not very optimistic about finding a place. My only concern was that the office staff were not wearing masks for safety, which both my wife and I were wearing. Other than that, this place is wonderful!

Overall, a good experience. We got moved in within 4 days. They even have a moving company on hand that does it for free. I met the guys out front. They only asked for a credit card number for insurance purposes.

I used this place before and they are looking for people and they only had one place to go and was a very bad apts after a few months there they talk down to people and look at everything you have on your credit report and dont even go with you like they are supposed to do just give you a card and say tell them from me there real estate agent who dont know what there doing and dont really help you out maybe its an east valley thing but never use them again

I really appreciate the help I received from Apartment Options, especially from Daleena! I never used an agency to help me find a new home, but I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. I was in a 2-week time crunch (on top of being pregnant), and Daleena was super nice, supportive, more than helpful, and worked with what we had and everything we needed for our new home. After our first appointment, we viewed the property and got approved within 3 days! I cannot thank her and appreciate enough for all she has done for us!

I came in on a Thursday by Friday we looked at Apartments and All within the same week, I got approved an moved into My Complex. I had to find an apartment fast! Leigh Ann Weston made that super easy. She worked her magic and found me a cute studio for a reasonable price and great location. I am completely happy with the service I received.

I moved to Arizona in July 2018, but didnt need to find my own place til April 2019. Several acquaintances suggested using an apartment hunting service. Figured I would give it a try as I had never used one before.I did a google search and found Apartment Options. I filled out the online info and was contacted by S (not sure how to spell her name so will use initials) on a Saturday around 4pm. She asked if I could come in that day as they were open til 6pm. Said I couldnt as I was out of town dog sitting but I could come in Thursday morning. She said that would be great and confirmed that she would see me on Thursday morning.Thursday morning I showed up and S isnt even there. The other 2 agents in the office have no clue where she is. M (a guy whose name I never actually got) did his best to help me. He printed off the form I had filled out online and we went to his desk. He was trying to do his job when this other lady (never heard her name at all) kept chiming in about this place or that place, but very condescending. I knew my budget was low and had even told S what my budget was. S assured me she would be able to help. I dont know who Miss Nosey was, but she was very off-putting, discouraging, and downright unpleasant.I wasted an hour of my limited time that I had set aside for this very purpose to be discouraged. Both agents attempted to mildly persuade me to buy a house instead (not something I want to do in my profession). I left after telling the guy that I really appreciated his attempts to help, but his co-worker was awful and made it plain that I would apparently be better off looking on my own as there was no way they could find what I needed.I got in my car and called a competitor. They were able to see me immediately and within 30 minutes had 2 viable options that would work with my budget.I would not recommend this place as they do not truly work with affordable options. They seem to only want to place you in luxury or in a house. Not to mention their personalities were very lacking in the helpfulness department.Edited to respond to their reply:1. Being adamant on the amount as well as the area=Im being an adult that knows her budget limits. Also knew a wide radius of where I wanted to be based on personal research and that places did exist that would fit my budget.2. While this place says they do not offer affordable housing options due to a 1-2 yr wait list, their competitor was able to find something close to my budget within the necessary time frame. So while my situation presented a challenge, it was clearly not impossible.3. To be very clearly and upfront, yes, I did say the one lady was being a B, as I was leaving. At no point during my hour there was I unprofessional or inappropriate. If they want to talk about professional, then the agent I had been talking with should have been there for our appointment, yet no one knew where that agent even was. On the note of professionalism, you cant remember names if they were never introduced.4. I came into the office with the expectation of being helped to find a new place in a new state. I expected the agent assigned to me to have a list of viable options to call/visit. What I got was derision and how impossible that would be.Overall, go to Valley Kings if you want real help from professional, polite, people that truly want to help you find somewhere to live, no matter how much of a challenge you situation could present.

Stop in today at 9am its 930 am no one in office????Im so glad I took time to call yesterday to confirm with them someone would be there at 9am.They assure me someone would be there at 9am.I even took the day off to come here.It really shows their lack of customer service and lack of consideration for other peoples time.It wouldnt let me give them no stars ...so 1 star only because I had to in order to post this review.

We were in the city for a couple of days. The Agent Bridget assisted us very well. She looked at our application and in less than 10mins she had the perfect apartment in mind. We moved in and were very happy. Thank you Bridget.

I used Apt Opt years back 2 times had the same kind of ordeal and had a good experience . I figured Im in the market for a new place why not go back. They have a competitor who I will never use again. So I felt secure they would find me a decent place. The lady who initially assisted me was very pleasent and definitely could relate to me. Its when a tall woman came in who I figured was the boss started talking things started to go downhill. Long story short she told me the price range and my rental history would not get me an apartment. I drove up the street and found what I was looking for. I still have faith in this place. If Apartment Options was for the client they could have my business again.

Brandie didn’t even help us or even acted like she wanted to help she just pawned us off to another company that hasn’t even STARTED helping us EITHER ! If you need to find a place ASAP I DON’T RECOMMEND this PLACE . Just a joke

My experience with pam was very unpleasant from the start, she rushed us out of the house during our walk through because she was late for a poker game. Our experience didnt get much better after that, she made us feel as if we needed to jump through hoops and be overly greatful that we would be considered for a home even though we have a large income and great rental history. We have 2 dogs and the back fence was damaged and she told us that it would be our responsibility to make repairs and that would help with our chances of getting approved for the home. All in all it was a very unpleasant experience. I feel the tenant and landlord should help each other to accomplish a common goal. This was not the case.

Dont waste your time on this location. Super upset with the way Pamela handled things from the beginning, the only reason why I was dealing with it was because I really liked the house that was for rent even though it was 900sqft and 950 dollars to rent.

Very rude..they advertise that they are a free service but he wouldnt give me the time of day unless I had $250.00 in his hand.... He would rather play a game on his phone then even telle if he could help me or not. Very bad customer service.

Different Apartment Option locations may be fine, but this one is super shady. They lie and falsely advertise.
