This is a nicely located apartment complex providing large living areas with both one and two bedroom floor plans. They do have a swimming pool on property as whereas localized holiday events festivals for the tenants to participate in to give it that home feeling and also an opportunity to meet your neighbors. The property is located close to the light rail and downtown Mesa which includes various museums and food establishments along with night entertainment and a weekend Farmers market. The property managers name is Louie he is very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. If youre in the market for an apartment take some time and go check them out, ask for Louie!

We have been living here a year now and there is nothing I can say negative about this place. These are the first apartments I ever lived in and I can say it’s very affordable. The manager, Loui, is very helpful, understanding and friendly. You can come to him for anything and he will help you with everything. The location is perfect we are near the 202 and Mesa Riverview so food and groceries is only 5 minutes away. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone .

We lived there for over 2 years until we moved out of state.We were very happy there. The complex is close to the 202 and Mesa Riverview which is nice and convenient. Our apartment faced the back side of the building so, it was quiet. Always plenty of covered parking available for us and our visitors for no additional cost, we loved that. The price was affordable considering that rates for apartments in the surrounding has been rising due to many new people moving to the area. The manager, Loui was great, very friendly, professional, good listener to any concerns we had, and once a while he hosted some activities to make the tenants feel appreciated. Him and Efrain (the maintenance guy) make a great team running the place. If we decide to move back to Arizona, we would go with them again for sure.

I have recently move here and was very impressed with my Apartment. I am still paying about $20-$30 less from where I was just down the street. Now I have a full size washer and dryer and bigger rooms. From talking to some of my neighbors previous management was not doing so good back in 2016, but now with the current Manager Louis who I rented from and was very nice, friendly and helpful to me and my family., things are being updated, and he is doing a lot. Which is really cool

This is a great place to live. The management personnel is very responsive to your needs. it is a small community that would suit the needs of people that might have a low income. It is an affordable place against most other properties in the price you would pay for these apartments.

It is quiet and very nice. The office staff and maintenance are excellent

I really like this place. Very nice neighbors, a great view (where available), and a good value for the area. Very clean and treated well. Loui, the leasing manager, is Amazing. Truly cares. Im sure Ill be here a while.

Loui, the leasing agent, was so helpful, genuine, and kind. He worked very hard to get me approved to move in. The property is very nice and well kept. The apartment is clean, and updated. I’m eternally grateful.

Im in love with this place everyone are so nice specially Mr Loui hes a very professional and nice I feel so comfortable during singing my contract!!!! Small complex but clean and friendly 👌👌

I have one word for you, BUGS!!!!!Also, the apartment I had was, decent, however, the rent was way to much for what you get. Im literally renting a 3 bedroom. 2 bathroom house for what I paid to get a two bedroom apartment. I would describe these apartments as follows: Imagine you didnt shower for two months, and put clean clothes on, over your dirty body. Imagine you didnt wash your face for two weeks, and then you put makeup over your dirty, oily face. What Im trying to say, is that the building itself is very poorly made and the maintenance does a shawty job. They just cover up the issues and cut corners.

I used to live there in 02 then I left the stateIm sooo ready to move back there to.

We have e new owners an new management. They are remodeling the apartments. An they are redoing the pool an fixing the spa!Pet friendly an becoming more a family community!

Rent in my opinion is expensive for a place like this. The amenities are standard. No fitness center or community center. They have a pool which has been closed ever since Ive moved in (August 2016 - March 2017) along with the jacuzzi that has never been an actual jacuzzi (cold as ice), pools always dirty. New owner just bought this place a couple months ago and have replaced all the roofing on all buildings & re-paved the entire complex parking lot. Some of the security lights in the complex have also been out since Ive lived here as well. Some, or should I say MOST units have a roach problem which is absolutely disgusting. I dont have any (Thank God). Only saw 5 since Ive lived here and promptly had my apt sprayed the next day. One of my neighbors said she saw a few come out of her air vents/drains. My dryer has a serious issue drying clothes less than 3 hrs for a med-large load. Local police activity is kinda minimal. Ive only seen them here 8 times since I moved in. Not bad for the area I suppose. There is a common area with 2 barbecues but Id be warned. A tenant or 2 like to pick on your kids at times and tell you your being to loud. Witnessed a tenant tell another to barbecue on the the other grill because they didnt want to hear them scrapping the grill off. Kids at times throw rocks and break windows, run around unattended and cause property damage. I spend $965 a month for a 2 bedroom. I have had issues with maintenance requests being filled. The picture I will privide has been there since I moved in as well. However, since new management took over, the maintenance requests have been prioritised and filled more often than before at least lol. *sigh* alas, my options are limited and Ill make do. Im hoping for the best. *crossing fingers*

We move here one year ago we havent had any problems management changed maintenance seems to be improved this would be the perfect place if we had a dog park and a playground for kids rents a little high for whats offered

Management will replace the dryer and cause more damage than its worth....mold in air vent and dont want to do anything about it unless we pay for it .......I lived here for 6 years...
