It’s a little overpriced for what they offer in my opinion. But compared to other apartments in the area, it’s worth it. I stayed for 9 months and didn’t have many issues aside from a few baby roaches that came through the cracks. Overall clean and the representatives in the front try their best to answer questions. If you’re a first time renter, I recommend.

I had a 7 month stay and enjoyed my time here. The staff was always friendly and informative. I would definitely stay at this place again if I ever have the need to.

PLEASE stay away from this place!! Unprofessional management and roaches are really bad! The interior of the apartments are nice! But the roaches, loud neighbors, and gun shots at night are terrible!!!! I had to break my lease because of the roaches!!!!!

I moved in Fiesta Village Apartments in May 2021 I relocated from New York they have been very prompt professional and courteous with any issues that I may have had with my apartment or anything else. I actually applied and went to the apartment online I was given a video tour of the apartment because I live in New York when I arrived the apartment was exactly what I expected and I was impressed nothing is perfect but they do their best to make sure you are satisfied

Ive been living here for almost a year, and never had any issues, management has always been kind, the area is quiet, the grounds are clean. Just an all around great place to live!

The staff at the leasing office are responsive, flexible, and courteous. The communal areas are kept very clean. I haven’t had any maintenance issues so far. I’m traveling on a temporary contract from out of state and needed furnished housing. This apartment has been perfect for my situation, and provided a very easy set up!

If I come back to mesa thats the place I would stay at. A lot of people from out of state stay their, a lot of out of state cars in the parking lot, that alone tells me its a great place to stay. There were many things we liked about Fiesta Village but three things that will keep us from ever giving a positive referral. First, the internet was woefully inadequate, not even meeting minimum standards. It constantly knocked us off. In a one hour zoom call, we could lose internet 5-6 times. This was rather embarrassing when doing business conference calls. When we complained about this, we were told it was our problem. Second, the laundry facilities did not work. We had to take our laundry off the facility every week to have done. Machines were broken, sometimes locking your clothes in the washing machine. The credit card payment didnt work, and the office did not keep change for inserting coins. The staff gave us erroneous information about the laundry capabilities. Third, we found the staff generally unhelpful and unwilling to go to bat for the tenants. We did not have one situation where the staff was willing to help us figure out a solution. Because of this, especially the internet problems, we couldnt wait to leave.

I previously gave a review that I want to correct now. I love living here. Its clean, its quiet, its very well taken care of. My little apartment is so cute and cozy. I really, really love it. Lexy at the office is wonderful. She is kind and very, very helpful and never makes you feel as if you are a bother. I love dealing with her. This place deserves a two thumbs up.I have to update again. I still love living here but the internet is EXTREMELY unreliable. I work from home for a company in Germany which means I have to work nights because of the time difference. I get kicked off the internet every night several times and the last two nights the whole fiesta village network disappeared from my laptop (including tonight). This, of course reflects on my job greatly. Although internet is included in the rent it is useless for me. One is forced to purchase additional internet which defeats the purpose of trying to save some money when youre on a budget. Internet was a big encouragement for me to move here. Again, other than that this complex is great.

Couldnt be more pleased with my experience so far at fiesta village. Layla, the property manager, and the other ladies in the office as well as the maintenance staff have all been very friendly and accommodating. The property is well maintained which is refreshing. This includes the pools which Im very grateful for. The community here so far seems to be great, everybody Ive met has been very nice. The initial leasing was quick and easy and paying rent has been even easier, they have a well optimized payment system online that lets me use my debit card. No complaints about this place, honestly.

Easy to get into, quick contract and move-in, and consistent communication from the agents. Even though it sits off a busy street, it’s actually really quiet! I hardly ever see anyone and I feel really safe. Also, the apartments themselves are really quiet so I never hear my neighbors. No complaints!

When we moved in call as neither burner of stove top was useable. A person came over right away and fixed the small burner but said he did not have the right pan for the big burner but would put in another work order that was since months ago. Never was fixed. The other problem was the internet it would come and go. You never knew if you would have internet. The TV are also run off the internet an keep going out. Sometimes we would have to unplug out TV to reset it.

Had a really smooth move in. Even with the stay at home order, I was able to view good pictures of the apartment. Selene filled me in with all the information asked. Key pick up, they had all the information for me, very easy to set up.

Overall was a very nice place to stay. Always kept clean and informed about what was happening.Gates could have been working, wifi was sometimes buffering a lot, but was a good experience. A Helpful and understanding front office made a quiet and pleasurable experience.

Management continues to not close the security gates. They dont even take 30 seconds to close the manual gate when they leave at 6 pm, and the gate is right by the office. Think about that - 30 seconds to help secure you & your personal belongings, and that is too much to ask. There are a myriad of issues here, but that one says quite a lot. Think long and hard about moving here if you value your things, your safety and that of your loved ones.As for the security here: they now have to go between this property and the other property a couple of miles away. And they are supposed to spend equal time at each property, that is why security isnt seen here near as much as before.I am a current tenant here that has never been late on my rent. I just want other people to know that there are security issues here that they need to know about.Again, there are a lot of things to complain about, but safety is always first and foremost when deciding where one chooses to call home.

Easy access to complex, lots of places to dine or get food to go, great views of pool areas. staff extremely friendly but business like, too. Apartment was pretty much as expected. Move in requirements are pretty meticulous but these days I am glad of all checks on new applicants. Was hoping for faster internet and selection of tv channels but understand.

I have lived here for just under a month and I must say, I am impressed. The application process felt seamless, the ladies in the Leasing Office have been most helpful and the apartment is in great condition. The grounds are well kept and the grills/pools/hot tub are in amazing condition. I would recommend getting your own internet and that was probably the biggest headache (dealing with Cox, not the complex). Now to the bad part that keeps me from giving them a higher rating. For the part 5 days or so, someone has found it humorous to pull the fire alarm switches at various time in the night with the previous times being 7pm, midnight, and 3 am. The alarm (picture the loud, unmistakable screeching sound from school) waking you from sleep and continuously going for approx 10-20 minutes. These continuous false alarms has caused me to sleep with ear plugs and I have noticed less and less residents evacuating the building due to them knowing that this too is once again another false alarm. Imagine the tragedy that would come from a true fire. I have spoken to the Leasing Office and once again, the ladies have been very receptive and knowledgeable of the situation. They mentioned that the Owners are working on a solution. How many more sleepless nights must we endure? How many more days must we wake to a poor nights sleep, and find the motivation to carry out our daily obligations? Other than this situation, I would recommend considering this complex as a residence and will revise my review as the situation unfolds. It was decent. The neighbors were..... interesting to say the least. The only downside is the small laundry facilities. I almost had to always go to the nearby laundromat.

I finally got air conditioning but it would be great to have water or constant hot water since the water is constantly get repairs.

My studio apt is very reasonable and I have been, here for 3 years, my rent never been late. I truly worried about how much more, my rent will increase . Ive been here just over a year. What a great deal this place. Furnished apartments with free internet, basic cable, free utilities, a fitness room and 2 pools and the cheapest rent youll about find anywhere. The grounds are well kept and the place is clean. Its the quietest apartment complex I have ever lived at. Seriously nobody even goes to the pools even during the summer. It seems like a ghost town most of the time which is kinda pleasant to be honest.

I googled apartments that will work with low credit and these apartments comes up but they do not work anything that under 500 or outstanding debit

Use to very peaceful and awesome place to stay. Now it has been so noisy early in the mornings as well as midnight. People are just so loud midnight waking their neighbors 12:30-1 am. Management should take initiative and make everybody’s stay comfortable. I am a full time college student as well overtime employee. Day starts 4 am and midnight disturbance is certainly not working out. They said they had a night guard which I only saw once and never after. The days off- landscaping people come early morning to wake up- very inconvenient. There has been many renovations going on and it just is very loud and disturbing lately. Management is very helpful but unfortunately nothing has been done about this.

In August, I will have lived at Fiesta Village Apartments for 3 years. I have rated 5 stars because of the friendliness, helpfulness, and fast response time of the office and maintenance staff, and the constant upkeep of the grounds and buildings. Whenever there were any issues, they were addressed quickly and professionally. The grounds are manicured and cleaned; the apartments are always being updated. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience at Fiesta Village Apartments, and I would not hesitate to offer my highest recommendation.

Had problems with my matress..maintenance responded a soon as possible.Ive been here over a year really adore how well they maintain the grounds and respond to any issues Ive had. Which havent Ben many at all. I live the environment here. I appreciate there are other mature residents who live here.

The apartment was older and small, but clean and no bugs seen during my 3 months stay.

If you are looking for a well managed place to live with very little overhead this is the place. The staff are all excellent and extremely helpful. One of the best places I have ever lived around the country.

Maintenance was awesome!!!!

Been here over 1 1/2 years. The office people are always polit and courteous whenever I go in. The grounds are always clean, and when I need something fixed they are on it really quick. It’s only a couple little things, that needs to replace. I haven’t had any problems with bugs at all.

Had issue with my mailbox key and could not open my mailbox. They were able to hear my problem, open workorder to replace the lock and issue me a new key with one business day. Very fast and courteous service.

Ive been living here for about 3 months now and I love it here! Everyone is quiet at night and everything is clean. I havent seen one bug in my apartment since I moved in. I put in a work order to get a couple of outlets fixed and they were working a couple days later. They pay water, sewer, trash and Internet is included. The only cons so far is that the A/C went out for a couple of days back in April and sometimes the Internet cuts out. Other than that, this complex feels safe and it is a great place to live. Everyone is very friendly.

Security at this place is nonexistent. Packages are being stolen by tenants, fire alarm levers are pulled by people by ‘unknown’ for days in a row, gates that were suppose to be secured and closed are left open for people to just come and go as they please, there is no surveillance system here, there is no security guards to be found at night, and they allow pretty much anyone and everyone to stay here, short term transients, hallways smelling like weed jungle. What else? So, beware before you decided to call this place your home. TERRIBLE and CONCERNING!

Its super low key laid back and very quiet almost eerie how you never see anyone ever like no one is outside of their apartment ever kinda nice but a little strange

Been here for many years. They make honest attempts to address problems in a timely manner and response time for repairs are generally 1-2 days for emergency issues and 4-8 days on maintenance requests that are not urgent.Furnished very well, but older buildings that require more upkeep. I would give 4.8 stars if I could.

The new renovations make this place an absolute stay. All utilities included, even WiFi make this an affordable short-midterm stay. Very basic apartments without an oven, and a lot of internet disconnects are what keep this from getting the full 5 stars.

Management is nice. Security is around at night. They were remodeling units when I left. No bugs. Pretty rough neighborhood though and although its kept up well its pretty dated.

I loved being a resident but all good things come to an end. I was a resident for almost two years. Throughout these two years I managed fine but I did not understand why it seemed like every month there were new employees. Connie remained the same but no one else did. The reasoning behind the lease was based on heresay and I feel that after being a loyal tenant I should have at least been talked too. We received a 10 day notice, called to find out what was going wrong, and were told someone would be by to inspect it that week. They were a no-call and no-show. I sent pictures to support my claim. We finally received an email from Elva stating she wanted to come by on a Friday at noon. Had I not called management the day before about the inspection I highly doubt that they would have stopped by because I found out Elva was out of the office and not coming due to an emergency. Connie offered. What makes me really mad as the notice given to us stating it was our second offence and that the call from the delivery man was listed as offense 1. What a crock, they never showed up to even eye the place to see if the allegations were true. The tables have turned when it comes to our view of Fiesta Village Apartments.

I was looking at the reviews that were posted yesterday, And a Lady had asked about the air conditioning. I was hoping to see a response from management, But now the review has been taken down. Our apartment has been awful, 85 degrees inside and running fans just moves around the hot air, you cant cook, Because that just makes it hotter, I see in the advertisement, About the many upgrades to the complex, Im wondering with the amount of complaints, from people who have lived here for a few years why a better system for the air condition has not been addressed. Have also noticed that your told one thing from the office staff and then when it comes down to it, your told something else. This week we are suppose to be getting into the 90s would like a response on when we can expect the air conditioning to be working. Channel 12 has people who asks these questions for us, And follow up on the answers.

I own my company and the buildings on extention and main street mesa. Wanted to rent for 3 months at 1010.00 per month. They wanted $1000 deposit. I said why not pay ALL 3 MONTHS rent. They said no. From other comments posted they want to steal your deposit

My tenancy at Fiesta village has extended to ten months for a reason,- the historical serenity associated with these apartments.Apparently,the quietness characteristic of this place is more of a pipe dream. children are carelessly let loose to play outside,screaming, shouting, gallivanting for hours on end.This is not to say that children should not be allowed to behave like children.No, Asha! Some level of control and guidance by parents is certainly lacking here.I write this as an experienced parent who has successfully gone through past this stage of parenting.we have tenants who are in school, others are doing projects,and some working night shifts and they need a calm environment.Therefore it is the responsibility of the management to balance the two sides.This calls for urgent attention!Thank you.

I just moved in its actually very nice fully furnished and spacious. Any concerns which were minor were addressed immediately so im very pleased

This place provided excellent value for my money and was a perfect place for people moving out of state.

The management is a rip off. No matter how clean you live the apartment you will not get your full deposit back. There are roaches and bugs crawling all over the apartment. The keys to the pool dont even work to get inside. The manager of the place is not nice at all. They dont explain or break down any fees to you.

Not Safe!!! Whats the gate for? Unwanted guest were always on the property. I saw one looking in my car. The security guard is not around. My personal belongings were stolen. My $1,000 bicycle was locked and yet got stolen.

Police are constantly coming to the place to either arrest folk or respond to crimes being committed by the tenants. I dont know whether they are cooking meth or murdering folk there but its not a safe place to stay. Many folk are moving out because there is too much going on there. Id rather be in a quiet place with less drama.You hear sirens around the place during all times of day and night. If the cops arent making noise with their sirens the folk passing by are blasting their music. Its noisy and uncomfortable.

When i moved in I found the garbage disposal wasn’t working. I told the leasing office and it was repaired immediately.

Stayed here while in college. While it was close to amenities like dollar tree, Walgreens and other various restaurants like chipotle, this place is infested with roaches. No matter what I tried and how many times pest control was called they always seems to appear somewhere else. I could barely sleep in peace without worrying about them crawling on me. I couldnt even keep food in the cabinets in the kitchen without opening them and seeing one every time. The shower was horrible, if it was turned past a certain temperature the whole tub would start shaking and make loud noises, which sucked because it made me have to take cold showers other wise it would start freaking out. Youre better off getting a non furnished place and an air mattress.

This place is horrible. Thier furniture has bed bugs and is infested with roaches. And when we found i had bed bugs the exterminatior was not helpful. I had bugs in my apartment until i moved out and after i paid my last months rent they charged me 8 more days of rent because the key wasnt returned. Not a fee for replace the keys be actual renr as if i was living there.
