This is the second time we have rented from Mark Taylor and had an excellent experience. The staff are friendly and the leasing experience was easy and stress free. Our apartment at San Villante is spacious, clean, and modern. There are granite counters throughout, large farmhouse sink, and a double door stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker. The building itself is high quality. We rarely hear our upstairs neighbor. The amenities are truly like a resort. The pool and spa are large and well maintained with ample lounge space. The gym is also large with high quality equipment. If we weren’t building a house I’m sure we would stay longer! The quality, amenities, and customer service are all worth it to rent here!

San Villante has been a great experience since I moved into the community July of 2020. I love the spacious dog park, safe gated community, fitness center, and the fact that my apartment home is so spacious, peaceful and relaxing. The other residents seem very kind and I feel like I’m living in a resort at times. This is by far the best apartment home I’ve ever had and feel very blessed to have found San Villante randomly just driving by, looking at one of the Mark Taylor sister properties just around the corner.

Has been a great experience here at San Villante. Have not had one issue since we moved in back in January. Amazing complex, neighbors, amenities and staff. David and Aubrey are awesome! Thanks to them everything has been so smooth since day one.

San Villante is the best rental experience I’ve ever had! The staff are so friendly and really go above and beyond. Anytime maintenance is needed, they come the same day the request is put in. Aside from this, the property is beautiful, clean and quiet- I love my nightly walks!

We’ve had great experiences with the staff, we recently had Jaime come fix a maintenance issue and he was very kind and helpful.

ALL the staff is amazing. The entire property is well cared for and clean, not to mention the beautifully upgraded units. Ive never been happier to rent an apartment!

I have lived here about 5 months now. Been really liking it so far!Office staff is very friendly and quick to respond. Only needed maintenance once so far (upstairs neighbor had water coming through ceiling) but they were very quick, friendly, and professional. Common grounds are really well maintained. They have food trucks come by, which is nice. Nice location for freeway access and close to restaurants/shopping. Community feels safe.Noise travels across apartments more so than any other apartment I have been in (this is the third). I hear my neighbors dog barking and kid crying constantly, sometimes for very long periods at a time. Being in a building right next to Baseline, you can hear the vehicles driving pass from inside the apartment.

Well, we currently live at San Piedra, and have decided to make the long trek over to San Villante. Its hard to believe we love it so much that were willing to make that 1/8 mile move! (Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha). Itll be great to be over with David, Kylie, Gina and the crew again!

The staff members are super helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. The whole process of getting on the priority wait list and then signing the lease was super awesome. They answered all of our questions and helped us feel at ease. Highly recommend.

Sam from the San Villante property was absolutely wonderful! She helped me step by step and made it very easy for me. I recommend anyone looking for a nice place to live to consider this property and ask for Sam!

Ok, We have been living here since Aug.10th and we LOVE IT!!! The apartment is beautiful and the Staff well..let just say they are the best!Kylie, Gina, Aubrey, Sam and of course David (Trevor inside joke) and the maintenance team are also top notch! All of them havemade this move so wonderful and they have put up with this old lady and all her questions with smiles!!I cant say enough about them. If you want a beautiful place to live in a wonderful community then this is the place for you!!And tell them Dawna sent you!!!

I can’t say enough about San Villante. The staff is amazing, Aubrey helped me through the whole process and checked in to make sure I was good. The grounds are beautiful and I LOVE my new home! I’m happy I decided to live here!!!

My sister and I are so excited to move here. The property is beautiful, the amenities are awesome and our apartment feels like a home. We’ve been working with Kylie and she has been amazing through this whole process. She went above and beyond to help me with some things I needed done as soon as possible and she was on it. I am so pleased with the customer service and look forward to living at San Villante!

We looked at the FANTASTIC BEAUTIFUL Apartments at SAN VILLANTE and we were blown away. We were greeted with such warmth and kindness by Kylie. She was really fantastic. We looked at the model apartment and that same day and went home to apply. Gorgeous property. All the amenities we were looking for. We had been apartment shopping for a few months looking for a new home that would check off everything we wanted in a luxury rental. We hadnt had a place that could check off all we were looking for. That is until we went to San Villante!!! Once we knew we wanted to live there I dealt with Gina. She was very helpful and went above and beyond the normal leasing agent/ Manager. We felt like we were valued from the beginning at our initial search of the property to deciding that this was it! That our search was over!!! We are thrilled to call San Villante our home!!!!

We had a tour of San Villante and let me just say the property is GORGEOUS. Kylie has helped us from the start and she has been nothing but amazing. She made sure we knew about all the little details in the apartment and has answered every question I have had (which has been a lot). The pool, gym, dog park, play ground everything involved in this property is so well thought out! I’m so excited to live here and it was all thanks to her for the continuous help in this process and everything involved!!

We visited the sister property San Piedra and were helped first by Nadia at the front desk. She gave us a tour of the property and the apartment. She was SO SO personable and made us feel extremely welcome. She referred us to Kylie once we shared our interest in San Villante. Kylie made sure we knew about the slight differences between the properties and answered all of our questions and concerns. I truly appreciated her honesty and candidness. She was also tremendously welcoming and kind to us. We cannot express how simple and stress free they made this whole process.*******1 YEAR UPDATE*******After living at San Villante for a year, I can honestly say that they still exceed our expectations in every way! The staff here is the best! My now husband and I just renewed our lease with no hesitation. The community, amenities, maintenance crew, and security team have been exceptional. We absolutely love our apartment and everyone who visits us does as well! They are wonderfully designed and open which I love because it doesnt feel like an apartment but more like a small house. The high ceilings, beautiful open kitchen and abundant storage space is what really sold us! Not to mention the large gym and swimming pool which are ALWAYS sparkling clean! You truly get what you pay for with this complex and thats hard to find in this crazy market we are living in. Customer service, quality of living and the overall community is 10/10. If you have the opportunity to live here, you wont regret it :)
