Looking at the reviews of people whove actually lived there it looks like an excellent place and Im very much interested in renting here. However, I cant get any info. No one picks up the office phone, no one returns calls, no one answers emails/online inquiries, and no one is ever in the office when I try to stop by to ask questions in person (and yes Ive checked the hours to make sure Im not just accidentally showing up when theyre closed). I even went as far as to contact the management company itself about the fact that I would like to inquire about an apartment but no one seems to be at the helm on location, but it seems the same holds true for the management company as well. No one answers or returns calls and no one answers emails/online inquiries.

I’ve lived here for over a year and absolutely enjoy the community oriented atmosphere. Celtic Properties has done their best to create partnerships with organizations that offer cultural and community engagement. The apartment itself is beautiful and brand new. I appreciate all of the amenities they thought of to make this place truly feel like home. Anjelica, the property manager works with residents to make us feel right at home and as comfortable as possible; she is both professional and understanding.

These apartments are awesome. My stay has been over a year. The office staff are courtesous and very helpful. Especially Ms. Ortega, any time there is any issue, from helping with a package to assisting with work orders for my apartment, she can be relied upon to get the job done. Tha k you so much for everything.

Management never answer the phone or call back!!

Impossible to get a hold of. Never called me back, after multiple calls.
