Slow but good

I had one of my best nail experiences ever today. Tim is EXCELLENT...He was so attentive, professional and has an eye for detail. I explained what I was trying to do and he added his touch as well! We had wonderful conversation the entire time. I will definitely look him up the next time Im in town. Definitely ask for Tim!

I didn’t have a good experience at all. The workers are older and seem inexperienced. I got the special pedicure. The first step of it is a salt soak. Why did the lady rub it all over my legs instead of putting it in the water?!!! The polish took forever and ever to dry. I truly believe it’s been altered. I had to go buy a nail polish similar in color because there was so many imperfections and the polish still smeared 2 hours later. Still wasn’t dry. 3 days later and 3 of my toes don’t have polish. It’s just falling off at this point. I will never, ever, ever go hack. AND NO I DON’T RECOMMEND!!

I’ve been getting my nails done for the last two years here and when I tell you I have the best nail tech ever!!!!!! Tim is the man!!! I always get the dip powder to compliment my toes and he does excellent work. He takes he’s time he’s patient and on top on that has great conversation, and keeps me laughing with his sarcasm 😆😆😆but most of all he keeps me on point. I almost always have him pick the colors and have gotten many compliments from strangers on how pretty and well my nails were done, and have never once been disappointed.So shout out to Tim you rock! Polishing nails and toes to the finest!!!You do a fantastic job! Keep up the great work and most of all stay unique and keep being you.😜

I will not come back here anymore, my nails kept popping off and didnt clean the acrylic outside my nail.. Smh! Please do better

Bad experience do not go! It was my first time going and I had the worst nail experience EVER!!! I had got the dip dower what I always get back home in Georgia and At first when I got there they did not know what i was talking about, they did not apply on correctly, my nails are not shape correctly and my nails are not smooth at all. Horrible experience i will not recommend.

This was the worst nail salon I have ever been to!!! The nail tech kept yanking my hand and sighing. She had each of my hands under the shellac lamp and one of the other ladies there came and jerked it with my hand still in it. After finishing my nails, She never asked if I was pleased. She just said “ok you’re done”I would not refer anyone to this salon!

I always come to this shop whenever I’m home... great service, friendly and very hospitable! Would recommend to anyone! 5 stars.

Ridiculous. Waited over 45 minutes. Came earlier got a pedicure for me & my daughter. Even got eyebrows waxed. 2 customers came in after & they did they pedicure. What I notice is. If youre not a repeated customer you mean nothing!!! Its ashame money is money. I spent $70 including a tip. Im very upset

Tim is absolutely the best nail tech here! If you are thinking about going to Queen Nails definitely ask for Tim....EVEN if there is a client in front of you he is definitely worth the wait.

They offer wonderful dip powder options that last for 2 to 3 weeks. Their gel pedicures are amazing as well and lasted for over a month. Highly recommend this location

Tim is a great nail tech but the manager and wife need some work with customer service and the new kids on the block don’t have good customer service neither. Use to go here all the time but last time the lady was so impatient I told her you don’t have to do my nails if you feel that way and she walked off. 😑Then I went back and tried again. This time I worked with someone else I asked if she had the toe color I was getting in gel polish she said yes. Then we went got to the table she said “we don’t have color in gel”😒 I said well can u just put the regular color on top of a gel color? And she wanted to charge me extra... no mam u tried it, didn’t succeed. Tim politely stepped in and settled that issue. Be careful some of them will try and get by. If u pay by card u will see the difference if u pay cash🤑 Also the wife I asked her for cuticle oil after a color change on toes she took the bottle and poured it on my leather sandals as I was trying to tell her to hold on wait, put something down. Just don’t let nobody touch u unless it’s Tim, the guy who where’s Lacoste, or the young girl with glasses she is nice. All instances happened over different times. So if your going to go look for those people.🙂 Anyone else try at your own risk! ✌🏽 & ❤️

The worst manicure I have ever gotten. Ppl seemed nice but the man cut me 3 different places and my polish chipped the next day on 3 fingers, then by the 3rd day all had chipped. Will never return. Hopefully I just had a bad experience and this isn’t their norm.

I went there for the first time, the young lady who perform my pedicure was amazing, however the young man who worked there was rude! Inconsiderate! and I changed my mind to have my complete service due to him! He showed horrid customer service!

I dont know where these reviews are coming from but its a lie! Tim is the only one who can do nails and maybe one more but I dont know her name. The rest are a bunch of nail shop drop outs! If Im paying I dont want my nails looking like nail school nails. Then when you suggest something they get an attitude. The prices are nice but you get what you pay for. Never again will I go here! They are unsanitary please look at the pedicure chairs and how nasty they are! What a joke! Please ladies and/or gentlemen dont waste your time or money unless you want to wait all day on Tim!

Horrible, I came to get a fill in with shellac they charge me 35 dollars. And I only got my hands done, rip off. I will not come back and I advise anyone not to go for average nails, and took long as hell.

I wouldn’t suggest anyone to come here. They close at 7:30pm, I came in at 6:59 for a full set. They immediately said were closing early due to them having a lot of customers. It’s literally 5 people in there with their kids and most of them were drying and finished. Poor Customer Service!!!! I should have taken a picture of how empty they were. (Literally)

Worse nail shop I ever been to. Terrible customer service. Nails all broke after a couple of days. Pedicure was half done. Service was not worth being paid for.

Dont go to this shop. Walked in, no acknowledgment,went to get polish, no asking of what services needed. Spoke to my daughter, who was getting her nails done. Still no one asked me anything. Sat down with polish, another customer came in. They asked her what she was getting. She told them, then sat down. We talked for about 10 min, they told her to come to the pedi chair, then I said I was here first for the same services. Now, she says you come too... We go to the chairs, no water has been run. Another customer comes in, of another race, she tells them what she wants. She goes and sit down in the pedi chair. She gets water and is soaking her feet. WTF, hell no. I work too damn hard for my money to be disrespected. Going down the street to the BLACK owned shop, where I should have gone in the first place. Now to teach my child to do better...
