Like lot of places, they kinda rush you thru it. I expected a bit more for the deluxe pedicure and manicure, 2 second massage on that. Color on nails looked nice, gel did last about 2 weeks give or take.

I have had one other experience at a nail salon and I said I would never going to do that again because the service was terrible, the nail technician was so mean. I went to the salon expecting more of the same and I was pleasantly surprised by how patient and informative the technician was which led to fast and friendly service. My nails are beautiful and I cant stop looking at them.

Went for a manicure and pedicure. Shellac on my hand... 4 nails didnt have anything on the my the midday the following day. Two days later the shellac peeled and chipped off 3 more nails. They were nice but I atleast expected my nails to last a week or two

They had great customer service, and teh nails were great, however their websites prices are wrong. I got a full set with gel and instead of it being 39$ it was 70$. Call and ask for prices, don’t use the website for a prove reference

I NEVER get my nails done, so the hunt for an amazing nail tech has been harder than what I imagined it would be because I don’t know what to ask for. I’m hunting for great nails for my engagement photos and really want them to be perfect for that ring shot. I went last week and had my nails done at a different salon and was underwhelmed with not only the service but the job they did so it left an unpleasant idea of how a touch up would turn out. I went in here today and had Vinny as my tech, he was AMAZING! His attention to detail is above and beyond and he really understood how important this is to me. He carries conversation with his clients, has an extremely personable personality, and wants his clients to leave feeling great about his work. I can’t get over how nice all of the staff was and how helpful they were. Out of all the places I have called and the one place I have visited this wasn’t only the most helpful, but the only salon that actually explained to me what the difference in all of the services were. They take pride in their work and care about their clients. I will definitely go back, and may start getting my nails done more often just for the extraordinary service they provide! Thank you Vinny for giving me one less thing to worry about for our engagement photos tomorrow! You rock!

They are very polite but the nails were lifting in 2 days!!!!! And the pedicure was subpar.

I made a appointment for 11 o’clock and at 12:30 they just coming to do me and hubby feet. Our feet been sitting in the tub for damn near an hour an half. They need more worker

I will not be going back. I got acrylics with gel on top, the gel is thick in some places and then sheer in other spots. i asked for short nails and only 3 of my nails are the length i asked for, none of them are the same shape either. some nails that have gel on them look like gum drops were glued to my nail, while some barely have enough color. overall just very unimpressed

This is a GREAT family nail shop! I have been going to this nail shop for years... a few of these 1 stars ratings are inaccurate, some of the people that gave 1 star ratings; I have been in the shop with them and they have been back for more service. Vu is very friendly and she LOVES people, especially her clients. She does any and everything to make sure her customers are satisfied. This shop is very clean... including the bathroom! I have never visited here and it wasn’t clean. They are open on Sundays and they do not have any signs outside their door stating anything different.Great service, Great products, and Great relaxing atmosphere! When you choose Glamour Nails you have chosen the very best for your nails!

I absolutely love Glamour Nails!!! The staff here is very pleasant and I receive great service each time I return. Vu, Holly, and Susan provide a very relaxing environment for manicures and pedicures. They also do a great job with waxing my eyebrows as well. I highly recommend Glamour Nails for these services

This is the only place I go to get my nails and feet done. Ive gone to other places and didnt leave nearly as satisfied as I do when I come here. It feels more personal and one on one instead of just another number.

I guess I should have read the reviews before going... the nail polish job on my toes is fine, but I certainly didnt get a pedicure worth $40. In fact, I was shocked when I received the total. It felt rushed and not relaxing.I have spent half on pedicures that were out of this world amazing at other places. Salon is nice and clean, but dont plan on going back.

Very friendly and well trained employees. I went at 930 on Saturday morning and there was no wait. I got a full set with dip, a pedicure and my eyebrows waxed. No complaints here.

I was referred to this place by my sister & the location, parking, and store were all great! There were only two ladies working that night, outside of my family there was only one guest/customer - 4 people total. They also had good customer service (friendly) and the salon didnt smell like harsh nail chemicals! I asked for a pedi and mani, dipped on the mani totaling $75. With the low amount of people & 3 hours to close I couldnt quite understand the rushing, though I respect the sense of urgency, attention to detail matters most. Cleanliness and safe use of products and utensils are number one as well and I didnt like that because of the rushing my hands were directly dipped in the powder that many others have already used and will use in the future. Is that not contamination? Maybe pouring a generous amount in a small container & dipping would have made me feel better. My pedi was nice, however. The massage chair worked & the end results of the pedi turned out nice. The leg sugar scrub kind of hurt with the & the scrubbing of the feet always tickles! (Will add pics later!) But Im concerned about the cleanliness of the nail dipping & dont like the detail or lack thereof.

Glamour nails is a great nailshop. Vu and her staff are caring and very friendly. They take their time to give you the best service. I ve been going here for years and each experience has been great. They have a great variety of colors. I love it there.

I came from NY and needed my feet done! Worse decision ever!!! I paid $30 to get my toe nails painted! She did a horrible job, didn’t clean my toes at all!! I was shocked when she said $30! I will never be back to that unfriendly over priced nail salon! I wish I could give it 0 stars!

I went on monday and had gel polish applied. No manicure. Just a gel polish. They charged 30 bucks! Just to paint my nails. She didnt leave the acetone on long enough for my previous polish to come off so she picked and scraped it off which tore my natural nails up! Not to mention she painted all over my cuticles. Its been 6 days and my polish and nails are chipping. It looks awful and i have to go somewhere next week and have it done all over again... WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Normally I can go two weeks between trips. Tbis one didnt last a week.

V is very good at what she does and shes sweet. Ive been looking for a place to call home for awhile and I finally found it. Good quality service, good atmosphere, nice & clean, great customer service, located in a good area, and reasonable prices. Thank you sooo much.

Way over priced for the service and quality you receive. I was in there for 3+ hours, all I was getting was a pedicure and overlay. My daughters nails were to be painted to match. She is 2, they waited until last to paint hers (knowing we had been there for 3 hours already) by this time she was antsy and hungry and irritated. I was irritated because there is no reason on Gods green earth I should have had to be in the salon that long for the services I was getting. My nails are all misshapen, the design that I paid extra for (which is some awful polka dots in which do not even match the other color pink on my nails) are all smeared and not of good quality even. My nails look like crap, my childs nails look like crap, we were in there too long and it was not at all handled professionally. I was charged full price for everything and no discounts given even though everything was of poor quality. I will not EVER be returning or giving any money to this salon.

Worst pedicure ever! The woman that did my feet was rude, didnt get all of the previous polish off, she hurt me several times and my feet look messy.I would NEVER go there again.

Horrible place. Extremely unsanitary! Got a pedicure and manicure and she didnt remove most of the dead skin I even pointed out specific spots and wouldnt do any more. Pulled her supplies out of a dirty basket or drawer and just put it back when she was done, never cleaned or properly sanitized. I even watched after I left and she just sat in another chair on her phone and never removed her supplies to clean. Even the towel she had my hands resting on had an old finger nail clipping stuck in it. Eww!! Wont ever go back!

Beautiful spa and service

My experience was horrible!!!! The fat lady didnt know how to file and design. My designs looks looked like insect legs and then she had the gal to ask me how my nails looked. I told her to take it off and start over. Then she got an attitude with me because she didnt know how to do nails. Just a piss po service there. Then I asked around and a lady told me to try Megans Nails on Poplar Street in Memphis.

Good quality and service. Very friendly. But I HATE the way my hands smell when I leave - they really need to get a new lotion brand because the one they have smells like mildew.

Vu is the sweetest and does an outstanding job each and every time!

I basically paid $30 for my toes to get painted. She did not get the dead skin off or my cuticles. It was not worth what I paid.

This is the absolute worst place Ive ever gotten my nails refilled. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Shoddy nail job. Poor customer service. Sue was my tech. She is terrible!
