Worst people service for a business. I only go because it is convenient. The lady who does pedi is rude and rough.

Very rude and unprofessional!!! First they did not apologize for running late, then rushed me when I was trying to inquire about a nail color. This is not the first time the male nail tech has been rude, but I figured he was just having a bad day. I guess he’s just ugly all the time. Customer service is EVERYTHING!!!

If I could give this place a 10 ⭐️ I would. They were clean I mean extra clean. They wiped down everything especially with COVID 19. It was quite I took a nap in the massage chair. The price and quality of their work was great 👍🏼

I went to get a pedicure with a friend and my 5 year old daughter. They told me they don’t do kids because they put nails in their mouth... my daughter is 5... not 1. So I sat there and explained that and they agreed to do her toes. They were clumpy . And still costed 10$. Then they didn’t even scrub my friend and my feet all the way so we left with them still not soft. Toes look like I painted them.. wish I could post pictures because we left and it was 74$ total and seriously looks like I did them at home

Terrible customer service! I’ve tried this nail shop 3 times just to give it several chances but the nail techs were rude each time for no reason at all. Overpriced and just absolute terrible customer service.

I love this place. Ive been going for a few years now. If they mess up they fix it( if you let them know). Very friendly. Oh and the wife does a great job on eyebrows.😊

The lady that did my nails had an attitude, I did not like my length (she cut one hand too short and had to cut the other one down), my acrylic started breaking off at the back the very next day, I wanted my shape square with no rounded corners and she agreed but still gave me squoval nails, and the actual nails started coming loose in a couple days. I washed my hands and an entire nail popped off..all of the acrylic was gone, but thankfully my nail didn’t break or get snagged. I’ve never hated a nail shop so much!!!! I definitely won’t be returning!

If I could give them 0 stars and 3 thumbs down, I would! Most importantly, their customer service is TRASH, they DONT listen, and they try to get over on you, and did I mention their customer service SUCKS?! I wouldnt refer them to my WORST enemy.

Horrible customer service,need more training,dont let them do your cat eye polish. They nails pop off and the cant shape coffin nails at all,they also charge you to use your debit card with a chip on card it.

If I could have given this place zero stars I would have. Nail tech was rude, didn’t ask me if I wanted my nails shorter, didn’t ask me if I wanted to keep the shape and they turned out terrible; shape was ugly, acrylic was too thick and extremely sloppy around the cuticle. The gel polish they charge TWENTY DOLLARS for was chipping off within a week of getting it. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!

Got my nails done Saturday 22nd of June and they came off Thursday 27th of June. They did not even last a week🤦🏻‍♀️

NEVER ever ever ever go to STYLES NAILS on Whitten Road. They are not clean & they do N O T use clean gloves or a new file on request for each client. The gloves were FILLED with nail paint & MESS from other customers. They are also RUDE! You get what your pay for so dont ever let better deals & prices sway you into that unprofessional, disgusting, rude nail shop! I should have known when I walked in and it was no wait on a FRIDAY that this was going to be the worst mistake ever!

Poor quality. Will not own their mistakes. Closes early. The owners wife is EXTREMELY RUDE. She lied by attempting to state she was assaulted by a customer with two witnesses.

I dont always get my nails done, but when I do, I only go to Style Nails 😁
