Kelly is the best nail tech

Great customer service they know everybody that comes down side I wish they’ll put more focus towards my toes but it’s fine and they have a small bug problem but it’s no biggie. Overall great place.

It was the BOMB I love Kelly and Kenny and Lee and her mom! Itd been so many years since I had been there, that after I got my nails done today...I knew waiting for Kelly to do them was worth the wait!!!

Well I like going to them when Im in memphis.. the man that did my nails didnt do them right..I have pics.. i asked for a fill in nd a replacement of one nail..this was Oct.06,2020 my appointment was at 11.. Now my nails are about to come off..The man that did my nails didnt know what he was doing...

First time visiting, always seen this place just never went in until i had a wedding to attend as a bridesmaid. They were very efficient and polite/courteous even when some of the customers were extremely rude/impatient, they maintained a postive and professional demeanor. The massage chairs were heavenly; i kind-of dosed off twice and the person who did my pedicure took her time and i was relieved when i seen her bring out new sterilized tools (fear i had from reading about other shops). Kelly did my nails and she took her time and i was happy with the results!

They did my pedicure. Picked my color..Its a family business. So sweet and very friendly. Best feet and leg massage😱😱🎉🎉

As usual this is the place to be!!!! People are waiting to get nails done by Kelly and her Boo! Place is always clean and staff are good at what they do!!!! I see it only took 20 minutes to be seen and it was standing room only up and through!!!!

I be wanting Kelly to do my nails but I always get the man the last time I went was the 21st of Jan 2 days before my birthday I liked my nails but I asked for stiletto nails in he dint cut them right at all

They close at 7pm it wasnt even 5pm when I pulled up and had doors lock. A lady just came out. Im looking like are yall closed. All they did was look at me like im crazy never again!!!

THE nail shop is very nice,the nail tech.are very good.

Terrible. Very slow and unprofessional. The man who was doing my full set kept watching the basketball game on the tv above us. I’ve been here for 2 hours and I’m currently still without polish. I will not return and I don’t recommend that any of you waste your money here!!!
