The job was rushed and half done. My nails were sloppily shaped and half polished. I will not return.

Open on Memorial Day holiday when others werent. Service was only mediocre though. Staff was nice enough. Wont be back. Will definitely go back to my regular place.

The staff is very friendly, but they seem to be in a rush (no, the place wasn’t packed) and they’re forgetful.My Two Issues:1. While getting my Brows Waxed the technician tweezed my skin ...hard...due to rushing, however she did apologize.2. I requested Gel Nails, the technician applied Gel Color Base Coats to my nails. However, she proceeded to apply Regular Top Coating to my Gel then set me to dry under Regular Nail Polish drying. Which made no sense to me and cost me more time. Needless to say, while they’re friendly, I will just stick to the spas I know.

Didn’t care to make me feel comfortable at all. Spent the entire time speaking to the other nail techs in their language. Then kept changing the prices so I decided no designs or diamonds, my nail shape was so horrible smh. Waste of a full set. You will never get my business again

I love TN Nails. However, todays experience was horrible. Not anything the ladies did. The lady next to me brought her 3 young children with her and they were absolutely wild. Nail salons are supposed to be relaxing. Please do not bring your unruly children to the nail salon.

I live in Atlanta & travel for work. So I’m constantly going to different nail salons. I actually had intentions on going to another place but the lady who answered the phone was very rude. So I literally just pulled into the next salon I saw. Hannah did my gel manicure & was very good & nice. I had a very good experience! If I’m ever back in Memphis I’ll have to try them again!

Terrible experience. Full set was too thick, I asked for specific shape and came away with different lengths, and shapes.Even color which she assured was correct and what I wanted was wrong. Waste of money. Never again.

This is the fastest pedicure ive ever had! I feel as if it was half assed done and not happy qt all about it! It was rushed! You go up on your prices but the services are still the same! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONIES!

One word: TERRIBLE! I just went for a mani and pedi. My pedi was done with diluted polish so it looked dull and thin. Polish was all over the corners of my toes. I told them that there was no need to do the mani. If you want a terrible job, go to this place.

I waited 2 hours because there was only one technician that knew how to do acrylics. The other lady only knows how to do manicures & pedicures. I had to ask the lady to clean the dried acrylic off my fingers and from under my nails. She wouldve left it there otherwise. I will not go back.
