I came in for acrylics and they turned out amazing!!! As my first time I believe they did a great job it’s been 2 weeks and my nails look decent. Will go again next time.

I love going to this shop ... Jessica does my nails and she free styles them every time and she never lets me down. Her work is clean and very very good. Ill be going to see Jessica more often

After relentlessly trying to find a nail shop close to me, I read the review of this shop and decided to try Jessica since she got rave reviews for her work. Upon arrival a man asked what i wanted. I told him I wanted a dip manicure but I wanted to try Jessica. So he asked was I going to wait. I told him yes and asked how long was the wait. He just said a long time. I again asked how long. Then a lady, whom I assumed was Jessica since thats who I asked for replied, Its gonna be awhile. AGAIN, I asked how long. She replied with a sarcastic tone, Awhile, because Ive got to take her nails off. I politely scratched my name off the waiting list and left. My issue was both responses were vaugue and unprofessional. Im sure she knew approximately how long she would be with that customer.(30 mins, an hour). Awhile is not enough information when a customer is waiting on you. I had never been here and really wanted to try her because Im looking for a regular nail tech but she definitely lost a potential regular with her unprofessionalism.

Been going to Anna for over 25 years for my nails went to a shop in Germantown and caught an infection first visit never go to no one else but Anna and team tell u the truth they all good even the mens and clean I mean very clean Sweet people and shop always open on timeLove u Anna and teamTiffany

I know the owner through my line of work. She gave me her card with a for a free pedicure and manicure as a Christmas gift. How sweet, right?!Now most times when free work is done, it’s mediocre at best.No ma’am, not here, her employee gave me the works. My feet looked like who did it and what for! She got all the dead skin from around my toenails and she did it all pain free. She paid attention to every detail. I love this salon. I’m making myself their new regular because I felt valued.

I like this shop most of the time they are quick. Go on a weekday if u go after 5 or on the weekend u will wait. Ask for a lady to do your service the men are a bit ruff. Good price for refill ..Ive Been going here for over a year and i have had a good experience most of the time. Plus they dont talk about u in Vietnamese very much like other shops i have been too.

I love Diva’s. Jessica does an amazing job on my nails every time. And “Old Man” lol make my feet feel like silk! Love, Love, Love this place. They have every color you can think of, knowledgeable, friendly and remember things about their regular customers. Most definitely should visit if you’re looking for a nail home!!! I will wait for hours for Jessica lol

Very nice owners. Shop owner lady is sweet (i didn’t know her name). She’s very knowledgeable, patient and honest. I will be returning after my break from acrylics !

Very bad service, no greeting, woman cutting her nails while seeing me waiting for service, guy doing roof work inside and dropping pieces of sheetrock beside me, and last but not least i got the shellac nail polish and was told it is better because it dont chip, same night i showered and shellac was peeling from tips 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ Never going back to this place

This used to be one of the nicest nail shops around. Now its like they dont care. They half do your nails and really dont care how the end results look. They used to have a variety of OPI nail polishes, now they use the cheap polishes. SO DISAPPOINTED WITH MY NAILS TODAY!!!!Angry Customer!!!!!!Divas you all need to DO BETTER!!!!!

I came to this establishment 4 times because i was recommended by my sister.i got my nails done by jessica the first time.1 nail came off the next day.then came back again and another nail on the other hand came off.then came back to correct it and an older lady corrected it which she did beautiful work.so i came and brought my significant other for a mani pedi which. I was cut horribly on my cuticle on my pinky toe which would not stop bleeding.i tried to refuse service but the gentleman wouldnt stop.so i politely got up to proceed to put my shoes on.sad part is with no polish and a sore cut toe i still paid 25.horrible gamble to take with them

I went to get my manicure done yesterday and i had some old shellac and acrylic on my nails the girl who did my manicure was kind rude she didnt say hello nothing like that ...she saw some polish on my nails i told her was shellac and she say ok but she didnt take off and she star painted my nails like thatBad costumer service.
